Hi, As I explain in my article on the implementation of the European VAT thresholds since July 1, 2021, it is possible to manage this simply by using the VAT of the destination country from the first order, which requires us to make a quarterly declaration of the VAT collected in the different countries to then make a simple transfer and be in order with the tax authorities. To facilitate this declaration and to be able to do it in record time, I have developed a module that I have been using since 2015 on a personal basis. Hi, I present to you a recent development to manage customers and addresses with a VAT number valid for intra-community operations and to be exempt from paying VAT. The module is Advanced VAT Manager in sale in Prestashop addons. The Advanced VAT Manager module is the most advanced module with the most features developed for Prestashop, manages customers' VAT numbers in an advanced way so that they are exempt from paying taxes if they have a valid VAT number for intra-community operations, through the official VIES or GOV.UK systems for UK numbers. It also has many configuration options and a scanning system to check the VAT numbers of customers that are already registered in the database and to check that they still have a valid VAT number. Tax-free purchase invoices will be generated for all customers with valid VAT numbers within the European Union. Bonsoir, Quelqu'un connaîtrait-il le paramétrage nécessaire pour appliquer une règle de taxe spécifique ? Exemple: Une TVA de 20% en france. Un objet vendu 100 euros TTC, - 20 euros de remise = 80 euros ( prix affiché pour un client en europe) Pour une personne non européenne le prix doit être , 80 euros - la tva (20%) soit 80/1,2 = 66,6. ( il n'y a pas de TVA hors UE) Or prestashop calcule 100/1,2 - 20 euros soit 63 euros. Je voudrais que la TVA soit retiré sur le prix remisé et non sur le premier prix. Tous mes prix à l'international sont faussés pour l'instant. Merci par avance. Cordialement.

Hello, I am using Prestashop 1.6.1.4 and I am currently using old module for Paypal (3.10.2) because new one does not allow me to configure settings. I get the following message: Your country is not available for this module please go on Prestashop addons to see the different possibilities. My default country is Slovenia which is on supported list. (http://addons.prestashop.com/en/1748-paypal.html) If I change my default country to United Kingdom it allows me to configure the module but I did not tried it because I am not sure if this is valid solution to my problem. I have already contacted a developer (month ago) but I just received some generic answer which doesn't answer on my problem. So my question is if changing default country is valid solution or are there any other solutions? It is pretty critical as I read that next month old modules will be blocked due to new security updates. I am looking forward for reply Best regards Jan

Dear All, I successfully installed PayPal Europe module for my UK website: www.easywares.co.uk During testing out with my dummy item order placement, It took me to the PayPal payment / login page successfully. But after successfully verifying the login credentials, it took me to the Order Summery Page, with the below text, of my website prompting to click on the "order confirmation link or button" but I do not see any such link or button on the page? The PayPal Europe Module is set for the "Standard Website Payments" as well as the "Express Checkout" options in PrestaShop. Would anyone please suggest any solution to the above problem as soon as possible and whether its the right version of PayPal module (I downloaded the "PayPal Europe" module from http://addons.prestashop.com/en/payments-gateways-prestashop-modules/1748-paypal.html ) for my website? Good Afternoon, This is the fourth day I'm trying to understand what is the issue and how to solve it. I read a lot of articles about this issue on prestashop forums but didn't manage to get the answer. I hope you can help. The problem is that anytime clients pass to PayPal checkout page and then filling their paypal login credentials to pay for the order, they returns to a blank/white page. The url of the blank page is like this: www.sitename.com/modules/paypal/express_checkout/payment.php?token=EC-2KK20372K5596102Y&PayerID=X85N8PCQ7CH58 The order is shown in the prestashop backoffice and the client gets email confirmation from paypal. But as I said after paying for the order on paypal checkout page, client doesn't return to order confirmation page but see blank/white page instead. Could you please help me with this issue ?

Bonjour, J'ai effectué pas mal de recherches avant de vouloir poster le topic. Après une foire sur les comics et manga en Italie, nous voulons permettre aux nouveaux clients (italiens) de pouvoir commander sur notre site. Le problème, c'est que j'ai reçu un message d'un client me disant qu'il ne voit pas son pays. Je vérifie donc et effectivement je ne vois pas l'Italie. Je check d'abord dans Localisations > Pays : sans problème l'Italie existe et il est coché, il est aussi associé à une zone. Je check ensuite (suite au forum) si l'Italie était associé à plusieurs zones et ce n'est pas le cas. Je check également Transporteurs, sa zone est bien active, et les autres pays de cette zone existe dans la liste des pays lors de l'inscription du client. Tout semble ok, mais pourtant, je n'ai pas possibilité de voir apparaître l'Italie lorsque quelqu'un souhaite inscrire son adresse. Avez vous une idée ? Merci beaucoup !

Bonjour, Nous sommes sous prestashop 1.6.0.9. Module ebay 1.8.2. à l'apparation de ebay 1.8, nous nous sommes dit génial, nous allons pouvoir vendre à l'internationnal. Installation du module ebay faite, déconfiture. Plusieurs bugs sur chargement des catégories, caractérisqtiques produits... résolu par notre webmaster. 1 seule photo envoyée même en marquant 10 dans la config, résolu aussi. Maintenant, il nous reste un bug. Nous avons configuré plusieurs pays avec un seul login ebay (même identifiant pour 5 pays différents). Dès que nous envoyons nos produits sur ebay version française, ceux ci sont dupliqués sur les 4 autres pays en langue française alors que la config ebay est bien faite uniquement pour ebay.fr. Si l'on supprime sur une plateforme ebay ces produits, par exemple ebay.co.uk, les produits sont aussi supprimés de toutes les autres plateformes ebay (dont la France). Résultat, nous ne vendons pas un produit en europe puisque nos fiches sont en français partout... Nous sommes en multiboutiques avec une langue par boutique. Cordialement ChaussMoi

I want to set different shipping costs for countries in Europe. We are based in the UK but have loads of customers from overseas asking for shipping to their countries. I have imported the localization packs for the different countries but can't find how to set the different shipping costs to these countries? Anyone have any ideas? Do I need to set up a different localization for each country? I have searched for hours and am getting slightly frustrated :-(

Hi, i'm using an older version 1.3.7 of prestashop. I just want to exclude "Switzerland" from my usual tax, but i can not find a menu / setting, where i can change the countries or set a rule. There is only Payment > Taxes > Rate -> Edit where i can choose between Africa Asia Deutschland Europe Europe others Oceania US But where can i edit "Europe", to exclude Switzerland from the usual tax ?

Bonsoir, J'ai un soucis avec les navigateurs dont les utilisateurs ne sont pas renseigné dans un pays. Ils sont en Europe, tous mes pays sont placé en zone, la France à sa zone personnel. Donc ma boutique ne s'affiche pas, dans Géolocalisation j'ai pourtant coché la case afficher la boutique même si l'ip n'est pas reconnu. je suis sous 1.5.2.0 Que Faire ? Merci
