Hi, I'm working with Prestashop from a year now and this is the first time that this happen to me with module dash trends. Since this week I'm having problems to see the sales, visitors, benefits and everything from this month, specific since 09-07-2020 until today in two sites that I have allowed in the same VPS, everything is in 0 as you can see: But if I selected from this week, 09-07-2020 until today 09-10-2020 the information is working good as you can see: These are two different sites with two different versions of prestashop (1.7.5.1 and 1.7.6.0) and the only in common is that there are in the same VPS. So my question is if there a problem of the hosting and where or what can be the problem or is a problem with Prestashop and this module specifically? I already delete the module and reinstall again in both sites, reset the module many times, update the PHP Version many times and nothing is change, it still simply not working if I select this week and one or two day from last week or the entire month. Bonjour, J'ai une boutique Prestashop installée en version 1.7.6.7. Récemment, mes pages de détail de produit dans le back office sont toute cassées. J'ai trouvé ce topic où la personne a exactement le même souci que moi, avec des listes déroulantes cassées et des erreurs javascript en console navigateur. Plus particulièrement l'erreur "Cannot read property 'split' of undefined". Dans la réponse du topic, la personne qui répond conseille de downgrade la version PHP en 7.2, chose que j'ai essayée mais qui se révèle infructueuse. D'une part car cela ne résout pas le problème, et en plus, cela casse d'autres éléments dans mes pages. La solution de downgrade n'est donc pas viable pour mon cas. Auriez-vous des solutions à m'apporter pour résoudre cela ? Merci beaucoup

Hi all! I've been having a hard time with Prestashop (1.6.0.14), which I sort of picked up on the go. I actually I have three problems, but would be really grateful with help on at least one of them 1. When a new user wants to create an account and gets an error, the error shows up at the top of the form, with no notification, which means there's a chance they won't see it. How can I either make the error list be displayed just above the "submit" button, i.e. at the end of the form/below it. 2. If I disable guest checkout, the new user creation form appears 'open' when a user enters the checkout page. Is it possible to set it to closed, i.e. allow the user choose whether he wants to login or he requires to create an account? 3. If the user clicks on sign-in, the user creation option disappears and there's no back button. So ideally I have only two options (sign-in/create account) which appear collapsed on page load and then they expand alternatively based on what the user selects. Thank you!

Hello! everyone. I have a question about the paypal modules, the case is I ready install the free module and I can't make this works property, I have several errors, and I ready check many solutions but non ones works for me and I read many people take the option to change the free module to paid module, and that works for them. Well my problems the first is with a PayPal Express Checkout and the Tax Items, this options is works fine when I click on the PayPal button is send me to the PayPal page to make the payment and give me the total amount correct, but when I have any single Item that includes a Tax % I got error code: 10426 "Item Total is Invalid". Also this options is only allow payments with some one ready have a PayPal account. (the tax Items is only with California Billing Address, and the only country allow to buy or register is USA.) The second error is with PayPal Standard, with this one all ways I get error "Thinks appear don't working at the moment, please try again later." and in this case is not matter if the items include Tax or not. Always is the same error and this is for a whole week trying everything and I'm ready frustrated. This is the option I need to be working, I want to collect the payment direct with PayPal without the customer need to get and a PayPal account just with their Credit/Debit Card. The other problem is when I have activated PayPal Express Checkout and Standard Is 2 different buttons to pay with PayPal, but don't said anything witch one is what. The account in PayPal is a Business account and I ready registered and be approved as premium account the one is a $30 monthly fee plus the Regular fee on payments, this is a USA account and the module is also the PayPal USA/Canada. - My website I got the SSL certification for business. - I ready try to delete the module and get the most new version, I updated the Prestashop to the most new 1.6.1.17 and the PayPal module to 1.3.9. - I try to modify the module for incompatibility with the total format PayPal allow only 2 digits on the cents and the Prestashop use 4 Digits, and still not working. Do you think I have to hire a programmer to fix the problem or get and other Paid Module works with PayPal or Contact PayPal to resolved this with them or get and other payment options some think like Square. So I tried upgrading my prestashop version from 1.7.1 to the stable 1.7.2. (something) but after the upgrade it didnt look very good so i tried rolling back but my website crashed, then i mistakenly deleted my database with the help of my provider 1&1, then I hired a person to bring it back. the front office is back but when i try logging into my back office it says user doesnt exist. how do i gain access to my back office??

Recently I started to use PSWebServiceLibrary to update the product price remotely (I could not update the stock yet, but that's another story). However, in order to debug it I needed to enable display_errors in PrestaShop to see what is happening in the backend (at least in version 1.5.x). This is ok unless that your store is in live mode and you start getting users to the web at the same time. What I did was enabling the errors only for Web Service API calls that came from PSWebServiceLibrary. Here is the solution I found: 1. First, go to PSWebServiceLibrary and specify a custom User Agent. I added the following line below line 135 of PSWebServiceLibrary.php curl_setopt($session, CURLOPT_USERAGENT, 'PSWebServiceLibrary'); 2. Then, go to PrestaShop /config/config.inc.php and added the following line below the display_errors setting: if ( preg_match('/PSWebServiceLibrary/i', $_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'] )) @ini_set('display_errors', 'on'); This way, if the User Agent is PSWebServiceLibrary then it will enable display_errors, otherwise not. Hello everyone! I'm not very experienced with prestashop but I am familiar with editing scripts and html a bit. My script has been running fine up until 2 days ago. I figured I'd tamper around with it and try to fix it my self before creating a post. My main problem is that I can't upload product images in the admin panel. I'm not sure what's going on when I click on edit a product and the image tab it loads. When I click add files it just does nothing at all. Today I have clicked ctrl + shift + j and it gave me 1 error and this the only tip I have. Any one can help or can point me in the right direction that would be great and a big help! Hello Guys, I have just recovered my website from backup and i m getting errors on best seller tab, the module used is top-seller module. i am getting top seller tab on home page a tab as best seller just next to popular and new arrivals, when i click on best seller's i get images of the product which are sold recently but the problem is when i hover on it i get the following error's. Hi all. I had to do a reinstall of the paypal module today. I knew it was going to be a nightmare but had no choice. After entering the details secret,password and API name etc, going through the checkout process and tapping the paypal button to checkout the following errors arrive.
