Hello, I have been experiencing an issue with error 500 for a few weeks now, and unfortunately, the problem is getting worse. It started occurring two weeks after migrating to PrestaShop version 8 and adding new products to the store. Since these were similar products, I didn't hesitate to create duplicates, especially since the specifications were similar. After some time, these duplications began to slow down more than usual (there were no logs in PrestaShop). I initially blamed it on the internet due to the weather conditions at that time, but even after the weather improved, the situation did not get better. My colleagues were the first to notice this – we share some of the same responsibilities and often exchange them, so they were the first to see the error message. I then started searching the internet for "truth" and various tips that could help with diagnostics. I began with the PHP server, but the parameters seemed to be even better than those described in forum threads. I then started looking into the PHP server files to see if any changes had occurred, but none had – I hadn't added any new queries to the server or any new modules. Of course, I also checked all the modules connected to the site, disabling and checking them one by one. Initially, error 500 was not very persistent, appearing sporadically with some changes as a pop-up at the top of the screen, but now it has become serious. Additionally, there was an interleaving message Doctrine\DBAL\Exception\ConnectionLost Code 0 (sometimes with a comment referring to a database query – usually an UPDATE), and of course, GENERAL ERROR 2006 MySQL Server Has Gone Away – why? I have no idea. Since the 500 error message led to enabling the debug mode, we haven’t touched the products at all – apart from duplicating, we were also working on SEO in the department, but as I mentioned, we haven't done any work on products since then. PHP server parameters: Memory limit: 1024M Maximum execution time: 900 Maximum upload file size: 1G Do you have any ideas on how to tackle this issue? "Server has gone" appears in the logs, but all settings seem to be within the norm. Debug mode from the admin panel unfortunately doesn't give me any clues, and I can't find anything specific in other threads that could help me with this problem. What is causing the problem to worsen? The admin panel, which should work flawlessly in Lightning McQueen mode, currently moves like a dragging ox, and some transitions between options end with a total error 500, suggesting enabling the debug mode. I get messages in Presta logs about missing templates, e.g., No template found for catalog/_partials/product-flags and not only this. If someone could tell me the path where the _partials folder should be located so I can find it on the FTP server, I would be grateful. I have a problem with editing products – I still need to perform many duplications and SEO section edits, and performance issues and errors make this impossible. I don't know if I missed any aspect, but I would be grateful for any help on this matter.

Witam , od kilku tygodni pojawia mi się problem z errorem 500 z którym nijak nie mogę sobie poradzić- a problem niestety się nasila. Zacznę od tego, że problem zaczął pojawiać się dwa tygodnie po migracji na wersję 8 presty i dodawaniu kolejnych produktów do sklepu- jako że były to podobne produkty nie wahałam się tworzyć duplikaty, szczególnie że specyfikacje miały podobne. Po pewnym czasie zaczęły te duplikacje przebiegać wolniej niż zazwyczaj (nie było żadnych informacji w logach prestashop)- zrzuciłam to na internet zważając na pogodę, która w tamtym czasie była, lecz pomimo poprawy pogody sytuacja wcale się nie polepszyła. Współpracownicy jako pierwsi to odczuli najbardziej- wykonujemy po części te same obowiązki więc często się nimi wymieniamy i to też oni zauważyli komunikat o errorze jako pierwsi. Zaczęłam zatem grzebać po internecie w poszukiwaniu "prawdy" i wszelakich tipów, które mogłyby pomóc w diagnostyce. Zaczęłam od serwera PHP, ale parametry wydawały się być nawet lepsze niż opisywane w wątkach na forum. Zaczęłam zatem doszukiwać się plików dotyczących serwera PHP i w nich przeglądać czy jakieś zmiany nastąpiły, no ale nie nastąpiły- nie dodawałam żadnych nowych zapytań do serwera, ani także żadnych nowych modułów. Oczywiście sprawdziłam także wszystkie podpięte do strony moduły, które po kolei wyłączałam i sprawdzałam. Początkowo error 500 nie był na tyle uporczywy, pojawiał się sporadycznie przy niektórych zmianach w formie popa w górnej części ekranu, ale teraz to zaczęło się robić poważne. Poza tym, przeplatał się komunikat Doctrine\DBAL\Exception\ConnectionLost Code 0 (czasem z komentarzem nawiązującym do jakiegoś zapytania z bazy- najczęściej chodziło o UPDATE), a w nim oczywiście GENERAL ERROR 2006 MySQL Server Has Gone Away- czemu? Nie mam bladego pojęcia. Od momentu, gdy komunikat z errorem 500 doprowadził do wprowadzenia trybu debugowania strony kwestii produktów w ogóle nie dotykam- oprócz duplikowania wykonywaliśmy w dziale działania z SEO, aczkolwiek tak jak piszę, od tamtego momentu, żadnych działań na produktach nie wykonujemy. Parametry serwera PHP: Limit pamięci: 1024M Maksymalny czas wykonywania: 900 Maksymalny rozmiar pliku do przesłania: 1G Czy macie może jakiś pomysł jak ugryźć tą kwestię? O co chodzi z nasilaniem problemu? Panel administracyjny który powinien działać bez zarzutu w trybie szybkiego Lightning McQueen aktualnie jest w formie włóczącego się wołu, a niektóre przejścia po opcjach kończą się wywaleniem totalnego errora 500 i sugerowanie włączenia debuga. Pojawiają mi się w logach w preście komunikaty o brakujących templatkach, np. No template found for catalog/_partials/product-flags i nie tylko to Jakby mógł mi ktoś podpowiedzieć w jakiej ścieżce powinien znajdować się folder _partials bym mogła go poszukać na serwerze ftp to byłabym wdzięczna. Mam problem z edytowaniem produktów- powinnam wykonać jeszcze wiele duplikacji i edycji sekcji SEO, a problemy z wydajnością i błędy sprawiają, że kwestia ta jest nierozwiązywalna. Hi there, I'm using the version 1.7.8.6 of Prestashop. Ok for my surprise (after many time without sales) I was visiting my website, The admin is working fine, catalog pages works fine... however, when I click in an banner ad, the link shows a http error 500, WHAT???.... ok I thought may be I put a wrong link... but then I try any of my products... and ALL are giving the same ERROR 500. Hello. I have a problem after transferring a site to my server with Debian, ispconfig and Apache. I don't remember the version of prestashop that was installed. I backed up the site with “Akeeba Solo Core” and restored it to my server with “Akeeba Kickstart”. In the /web/app/config/parameters.php file I corrected the db name, user and password. I deleted the contents of /var/cache/dev and /var/cache/prod . But when I open the home page I get the error “HTTP ERROR 500”. In the file /web/config/defines.inc.php I changed “define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);” And this is the error: If I install new Prestashop it works. What can I do? Thank you

Bonjour, je travaille sur la version 1.7.6.1 Pour répondre à la demande des sociétés de livraison j'ai voulu rendre obligatoire le téléphone dans l'adresse de livraison sur ma boutique www.boutique.mari-et-femme.com. J'ai coché la case "phone_mobile" dans le menu > client/adresse/définir les champs recquis <. Dans le tunnel d'achat, la rubrique téléphone est toujours "optionel" ce qui est étrange et si on ne renseigne pas le numéro de teléphone, lorsqu'on clique sur "commander" cela affiche une "500 server error" Au lieu d'indiquer que le téléphone est indispensable. Si on renseigne le numéro de téléphone, tout va bien. Il semble que la nécessité de renseigner le numéro est enregistrée mais qu'une moulinette ne se mets par en route. J'ai décoche "Phone_mobile" dans définir les champs requis, mais le message d'erreur apparait toujours. Pour décrire complètement mon malheur, En me référent à des infos sur le forum concernant une version plus ancienne de PS, j'ai modifié sur le serveur le fichier "classes/Adresse.php" en rendant obligatoire la déclaration d'adresse. Depuis j'ai remis en place le fichier d'origine que j'avais sauvegardé mais mon problème persiste. Cette manie a-t'elle modifié quelque chose dans la BD. Faut il faire une restauration de la BD. Quelqu'un t'il rencontré ce problème et trouvé une solution ? Merci !

Hi everyone, I recently upgraded to Prestashop 1.8.0.4 PHP 8.0, and my site URL is https://www.gr8-kitchenware.co.uk/ When attempting to checkout as a guest it takes me onto the checkout page and allows me to put my addresses and everything in, but as soon as I click proceed to payment the page returns an error 500 every single time. When I am already signed into my account and I click proceed to checkout, the screen automatically either whites out or returns the error 500 without taking me to the next page. De verdad que siempre es lo mismo con prestashop, lo hacen mas complicado de lo que es, siempre que transfieres el host te comes un error 500. El caso es que ayer migre la copia de OVH a una VPS con PLESK, y no me funcionaba, llegue a la conclusión de la versión php8 no servía y al poner la 7.4 funciono aunque se quedaba en la foto de error 500, en vez del error 500 que da el navegador, he reinstalado todo de nuevo y al activar el debug no tengo forma de quitar este error. Hi everyone, I have tried to update a prestashop from 1.7.2 to 1.7.8 4 times. The first and the second time I did it using the module 1 click update and I had this error: Failed to start the session because headers have already been sent by "/homepages/16/d868063837/htdocs/public_html/website/override/classes/Link.php" at line 245. I have checked that document and I see it is related to a module named ps it clean urls, I deactivated, activated it again and also reseted it. Después de seleccionar el campo de DNI como obligatorio para España dentro de Ubicaciones geográficas - Países - España, nuestros clientes ya registrados anteriormente en la web que no pusieron su DNI están teniendo problemas para hacer el pedido. Al pasar por caja, directamente aparece el error 500. ¿Se puede solucionar de alguna manera? No podemos dejarlo como opcional (como nos indican desde el hosting), ya que es necesario para realizar facturas.

Hi, For those, who could encounter Internal server error 500 during the installation of PrestaShop 1.7.0.x A small solution, that was discovered recently on some hosting providers. When you try to install your Prestashop ver.1.7 you receive the 500 internal server error. If it is not connected with php zip extension, then it is error with file permissions. Open your FTP account and locate the index.php file from your installation (after you have unpacked the downloaded archive). Change the permissions for this file: deactivate permissions from "all users" to "yourself" and activate "execution". And that's all. Your installation will start after this small change. Hope this will help for someone )

Salve a tutti ho un problema con il mio è prestashop 1.7.6.4 Quando l'utente conclude l'ordine anzichè uscire la pagina di conferma con eventuali dati per pagamento, il sito restituisce HTTP ERROR 500 quindi il cliente non sa se è riuscito a fare l'ordine, a me non arriva l'email di un nuovo acquisto sul sito, mentre nel back office mi viene notificato l'ordine. Altre indicazioni per capire il problema l'indirizzo che l'utente vedrà quando esce l'errore è https://www.miosito.it/module/ps_wirepayment/validation ho tre moduli per il pagamento, è tutti mi danno lo stesso errore se metto in modalità debug quando l'utente conclude l'ordine questi sono i dettagli dell'errore Riuscite ad aiutarmi? Hello, I feel ridiculous, but I'm getting 500 error on two different hosting companies while trying to install Prestashop 1.7.4.3 and 1.7.4.2 The error log is: [Mon Oct 08 13:11:48 2018] [warn-ioncube] mmap cache can't open /home/..../var/cache/prod/appParameters.php - Permission denied I tried the suggestions regarding this type of error: I made 777 permissions on /var and /cache directory including subdirectories and files. I tried to use United States settings during the installation. But still without success.

My PrestaShop v 1.7.4.2 Both servers from same hosting provider and they done migration. After migrate a server I got HTTP ERROR 500 Front office and back office are not working. Bonjour, J'ai 2 problèmes qui sont apparus sur le backoffice : 1. Je n'ai plus accès à la page Catalogue/Produits . Impossible d'accéder aux modules installés, la page ne met pas d'erreur mais me dit que je n'ai aucun module installé... Le mode Débug donne la même chose....
