We recently moved our prestashop site from a some host to GoDaddy. Customers are not receiving any mails ever since this has happened, when the site was on a different host it was working fine. I tried using phpmail() function and even the SMTP but couldn't change anything. I am able to receive the test email properly with either of these configurations but not the account creation mail, password recovery (forgot password) mail, order confirmation mail etc. etc.. We are on Prestashop 1.5.4.1 I even followed these things and tried working with "Mail Alerts" module but nothing as gone in our favor and nothing worked. Any help in the same lines would be most welcome as this is stopping us from taking the site live from a long time now. -
Hello everyone, My server requires STARTTLS support to be able to send emails. But in prestashop 1.5.5 does not have this option. I've tried with encryption "TLS" and "SSL", with port 25, 80 and 465.587 and nothing. Error aperece when I try to send a test email is: The SMTP connection failed to start [mail."my_server".com:25]: fsockopen returned Error Number 111 and Error String 'Connection refused' Anyone have any solution? Thank's
