Bonjour, Je suis très heureux de vous présenter mon nouveau module, car cela fait plusieurs années que je voulais avoir un module comme celui-ci afin d'entretenir les boutiques de mes clients que j'ai en contrat de maintenance. Je l'ai déjà adopté et il me fait gagner beaucoup de temps et surtout il améliore considérablement les performances des boutiques de mes clients en conservant une base de données de bonne qualité. Donc, ce module va vous aider dans la tâche de l'entretien de vos données afin de retirer toutes celles qui sont inutiles ou obsolètes. Le module intègre des scénarios précis et expliqués pour vous permettre de prendre les bonnes décisions pour programmer avec des tâches cron certains des scénarios ou simplement de les lancer manuellement lorsque vous en avez besoin. Bonjour, je rencontre actuellement un problème avec ma boutique(1.6.1). Les clients ne reçoivent plus les confirmations d'inscriptions, commandes, newsletter etc... Par contre, je reçois bien les notifications de commandes en backoffice ainsi que les mails clients mais lorsque je fais un test envoi de mail je ne reçois rien non plus... Hola, llevo varios días que se generan emails continuos desde la tienda log_alert Español (Spanish). Registro: Tienes una nueva alerta desde tu tienda Por cada actuación como editar un producto, se generan varios. Desde logs veo que va unido a Product modification (Gravedad 1) o Conexión al back-office (Gravedad 1) ¿Como puedo desactivar esos emails? No sé porque se han activado de repente. He visto en el foro que se puede deber a Prestashop Metrics o Google Analytics pero al desactivar estos módulos no he tenido resultados. ¿Se puede desactivar el correo correspondiente a log_alert sin que se afecten los correos de aviso (account, order_conf, nuevo pedido, etc.)? For some reason, emails sent from Prestashop has a wrong url. It's the old domain of dev site. I can not find any old domain in the DB or the htaccess or the config file I'm aware of. Template variable is "mailThemesUrl." i.e. Wrong url on emails https://dev.***.com//mails/themes/modern/assets/baseline-location_on-24px.png The url should be like this. https://www.***.com/mails/themes/modern/assets/baseline-location_on-24px.png Strange thing is that when I preview emails in the backend, it has the correct domain. The old domain appears only on sent messages. Do you guys know how can I update it? Prestashop version: 8.1.2

Hallo, ich benutze Prestashop 1.7.7.1 noch relativ frisch. Manches ist echt unfassbar unübersichtlich, z.B. würde ich gerne die eMail Adressen löschen mit denen ich die Newsletter Anmeldungen ausprobiert habe. Allgemein ist es sehr schwierig zu durchschauen, was mit welchen eMail Adressen passiert und was an die Kunden gesendet wird und was nicht. Ich habe mich zb. über das Newsletter Forumular mit [email protected] angemeldet. Wenn ich mich mit der gleichen Adresse nochmal anmelden möchten, um etwas zu testen, wird natürlich sinnvoller Weise darauf hingewiesen, dass die Adresse schon registriert ist. Wo kann ich die im Backend löschen?

Bonjour à tous ! Malgré plusieurs recherches sur le sujet, impossible de comprendre ce qui ne va pas. Je cherche à modifier le template de mes mails automatiques (par exemple order_conf, payment, etc.). J'arrive à accéder à la page de modification des templates, j'arrive à enregistrer les modifications, mais aucun changement lorsque je teste !! Des idées d'explications ?? Merci par avance !

buonasera a tutti, ho controllato ovunque ma non ho risolto il problema. Lavoro su server aruba con database mysql vers. 5.7.32-35 e php 7.1 Ho testato due versioni diverse di prova, dopo essersi bloccato l'invio sul mio sito in seguito ad upgrade. Fino alla 1.6.9 prestashop manda le email, anche impostando solo () senza smtp, senza problemi Installata la versione 1.7.2 senza moduli aggiuntivi sullo stesso database e server NON manda le email. Sia con " Usa /usr/sbin/sendmail " la mail test dà errore "Errore: controlla la tua configurazione Expected response code 220 but got an empty response" sia con i valori "smtp". la mail test dà errore " Errore: controlla la tua configurazione Connection could not be established with host smtp.aruba.it :stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://smtp.aruba.it:587 (Connection refused)" avete già visto il problema?

Bonjour, J'ai depuis 3 ans un site web sous Prestashop (version 1.7.8.9 aujourd'hui), et depuis toujours en fait, je n'ai jamais réussi à paramétrer correctement dans Options de SAV les infos pour les emails. C'est plutôt "fou" pour moi, j'ai essayé toutes les possibilités je pense en potion à cocher ou décocher (Options IMAP (/pop3) par exemple en of ou on) mais rien ne va, quand je tente la synchronisation en bas, il y a toujours un message d'erreur, parfois différent, mais jamais une synchronisation réussie. Pendant ces 3 ans, je m'en contentais, en allant dans le le SAV pour voir les emails reçus, mais là ça commence à m'ennuyer un peu pour mon travail. Ce qui est le plus fou, c'est que j'utilise beaucoup d'autres outils où j'ai paramétré ma boite email avec ces outils, et tout fonctionne parfaitement. Mais pour prestashop : impossible et je ne comprends pas pourquoi ! Quelqu'un peut m'aider. Pour info, j'utilise Exchange sous server Ionos. Merci d'avance

Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein wirklich schlimmes Problem. Genau jetzt vor Weihnachten steigt mein Webshop so aus, dass ich auch nichts mit Backups einspielen richten kann ! PS 1.7.8.10 https://www.einradshop.ch/einrad-kaufen-schweiz Dieser Shop lief bis gestern abend einwandfrei und plötzlich aus unerfindlichem Grund nicht mehr. Das Schlimme ist, dass ich mich auch nicht ins Backoffice einloggen kann. Ich kann also auch nichts ändern. Ich betreibe noch 2 andere Webshops mit der gleichen Prestashopversion und dem gleichen Stand der Module und Updates. Dort läuft alles einwandfrei. Ich bin nervlich echt am Ende, habe versucht bis morgens um 2 Uhr alle möglichen Backups einzuspielen auch solche die 2 Wochen her sind samt dazugehörigen Datenbanken. Das Ergebnis ist immer das Gleiche: Ein Shop der nicht mehr laden möchte und mich auch nicht ins Backoffice reinlässt. Als Startseite habe ich eine ganz zimple html seite https://einradshop.ch/ die lädt problemlos und blitzschnell. Ich bin echt am Ende mit meinen Nerven. Denn genau jetzt ist es wichtig dass der Shop läuft. Der Hostingsupport hat auch noch nicht geantwortet. Ich kann nicht mal die einstellungen posten da ich ja gar nicht ins Backoffice reinkommen. Memory habe ich aber auf dem Maximum eingestellt und wie gesagt, es lief alles, es gab keine Anzeichen dass was nicht funktioniert. Hat jemand einen Tipp was ich machen kann. Das ist ein echtes Desaster Das Schlimme ist, dass ich auch nicht auf offene Bestellungen zugreifen kann Danke !

J'ai contacté infomaniak pour vérifier si le problème ne vient pas de chez eux et selon eux RAS. il me suggère de regarder côté Presta. " erreur // Erreur : veuillez vérifier votre configuration Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "[email protected]" using 2 possible authenticators. Authenticator LOGIN returned Expected response code 250 but got an empty response. Authenticator PLAIN returned Expected response code 250 but got an empty response. \\ J'utilise la version 1.7.8.7 de Presta Je ne sais pas si quelqu'un a rencontré ce problème svp ? Merci

Bonjour à tous, J'aimerais supprimer certain mail que PrestaShop envoie directement aux clients comme la confirmation de paiement réussi ou le suivit de la commande car j'utilise une autre source que Prestashop pour générer ses mail. Cependant j'aimerais vraiment garder les mails automatique notamment pour les mots de passe oublier etc... Est il possible de faire une sélection des mails que l'on souhaite garder en automatique avec PrestaShop ou même plus simplement de supprimer ceux que j'envoie en doublon ? Merci d'avance pour votre aide !

Hi! This is an odd one. I noticed that "{carrier}" is used in the order_conf.html email template and new_order.html email template and when emailed, shows the name of the carrier selected for the order. I'd like to include that info in a couple of other emails the customer receives when I update order status, including the shipped.html template. Well, I figured it would be as easy as typing in "{carrier}" just like "{shop name}" etc., but for some reason it doesn't work. I'm using PS 1.5.3, is there something I need to check or edit in order to be able to do this? Thanks in advance! Elaine

Hello, I am on a fresh install of Prestashop 8.0.3. While testing my shop, I realized that I didn't receive usual transactionnal emails when buying stuff. I went to advanced setting > email and tried to send a test email. I got a 500 server error in the ajax call. No consigo configurar el servicio IMAP en Prestashop en 1.7. Eston son los datos que he configurado: En Atención al cliente > Customer service: OPCIONES DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE Tengo configurado todo tal y como se indica en la página de ayuda de Gmail: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7126229?hl=es También tengo activado: Permitir aplicaciones menos seguras. Y me aparece este mensaje: Cannot connect to the mailbox : [CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response) También he probado activando: Opciones IMAP (/ssl). Y también falla.

Buenos días gente, estoy intentando enviar los archivos adjuntos de todos los productos que se hayan comprado, para ello lo que tengo que hacer es adjuntarlos en el $file_attachment del mensaje que se envía por correo al hacer un pedido y que lleguen al correo. El problema que tengo, es que no se como puedo recorrer los productos y a su vez recorrer los attachments que tengan estos productos para ir añadiéndolos al correo. No me sirve hacerlo mediante un producto virtual, es algo importante dejarlo claro antes. El archivo que estoy editando es el PaymentModule.php que se encuentra en la carpeta classes. A ver si alguien puede echarme una manita por favor, que no consigo solucionarlo Un saludo y gracias de antemano!

Hi! I was trying to add more than one product to my order_conf but when I add more than two products it doesn’t continue on the line below but rather one next to the other. Ideally the products should appear centered and two per row. I don´t know how to fix this as i am working with the variable {products} and I´m not sure how to alter it to understand how it should display

Tivemos uma serie de ataques de spams atravez do modulo envie a um amigo. Desde então removemos o modulo e a Kinghost nos disse que nossos emails estão funcionando normalmente. No entanto nenhuma funcão de disparar email do site esta funcionando. Nem quando atualizamos o status dos pedidos, ou quando recebemos mensagens pela pagina de contato. Prestashop 1.6, com php 5.6.

I have a customer who registered and ordered with one email address. Subsequent to that order, he registered with his new email address and ordered with his new email address. Is there a way I can merge his old account / orders with his new account so everything shows up with his new email login? Edit: I used brute force approach with phpmyadmin access to database. I located and changed the id_customer filed in the various database tables associated with the old email address to that associated with the new email address. I located the following tables that have the id_customer field (ps_customer has the master id_customer filed): (all prefaced with ps_): address, cart, customer_group, customer_thread, message, orders, order_return, order_slip

Hi! Does anyone know how to sort the order summary products by category on the admin notification e-mail? Is it somewhere an "order by" which can be modified, or is there a good module for? Thanks already! Kind regards, Cedric
