Hello, I need to apply a 10% discount for multiplies of 50 units of the same product, for example, if the user chooses.... - 50 units, a 10% discount is applied - 51 units, a 10% discount is applied to 50 units and 1 unit will have the normal price. - 110 units, a 10% discount is applied to 100 units and 10 units will have the normal price. And so on... Does anyone know how I can do this, any module that allows free or paid? Thanks and best regards.

I have an issue. I am setting up a discount code of 20% on a particular category of products. Almost all of these products have a perpetual discount of around 10$, that I've set up for each product individually from the product menu. When I create the voucher I put in 20%, but the 20% is substracted from the already discounted price, instead of the original "retail" price. If I exclude already discounted products, I'm basically making the discount code void, cuz all of them have discounts set up from the product page. I want to make the discount of 20% be extracted from the base price. How do I do that? Another thing I've thought of doing is deleting the 10$ discount I have on this category, but Idk if I can do that for every product together, because I don't want to change each individual product (1000+ items) -
Hi, I have discovered this on PrestaShop 8.1.7. It applies to rounding methods: Round on each line and Round on total when currency Decimals is set to 2. PrestaShop 8.1 rounds Unit Price with discount applied value but uses unrounded value for further calculations. This makes the calculations appear wrong. Example: Product base price: £0.30 Discount from 1000pcs: 31% Product price with discount applied: £0.207 (rounded to £0.21) PrestaShop makes the following calculations: £0.21 * 1000 cannot be £207.00 The problem is that rounded Unit Price with discount is displayed (£0.21) but unrounded value is taken to the calculations (£0.207). Possible approaches to correct this: 1. Display rounded value and use it for further calculations (as it was in PrestaShop 1.6): £0.21 * 1000 = £210.00 2. Display unrounded value and use it for further calculations (but the shop is set to 2 Decimals which is an issue): £0.207 * 1000 = £207.00 How to fix this? Thanks

?> </body></html> With this code I can successfully create a new cart_rule, a new cart and a new order that all appear in my prestashop backoffice The problem I have is that even though the discount is correctly added to the order (name and amount are ok and displayed in the order) the order appears with a payment error status ans de cart_rule quantity remains at 1. The cart_cart_rule and order_cart_rule tables are correctly changed with new entries for that order as well. The cart_rule is valid for the day so if I enter a new order with the same customer just after the first one, the discount is again added to the order and this time the status is ok (no error payment) and the quantity of the cart_rule is successfully changed to 0. I tried changing the code by separating it in 2 different files running one after the other from my frontend app. I have the same issue. I don't want to have 2 buttons on my front end one creating the cart_rule and the other creating order. it might work but it is not what I want for my UX. Thanks in advance for your help ! -
I have several freight options, amongst these are the ability to bill freight for separate shipping and similar. When a customer buys for over 1000 SEK the discount code in question should kick in and remove freight costs based on freight selection. I've made sure each customer probably never will reach the upper limit of times of shipping, it's compatible with all rules bar one, and the little checkbox that should apply it to discounted products is on the right setting based on the text. What on earth am I doing wrong?

Hi, I need help figuring this out. One customer order has a -$10.50 under Tax. What does this mean? I checked the other orders but they dont have it. I am not so familiar with the tax settings in prestashop. I appreciate any help. Thank you.

Hi, I use Prestashop 1.7.4.0 I am looking for a solution that can solve my problem : I sell books edited by different publishers to different groups of customers : I have 3 categories of publishers : X, Y and Z and for example 3 customers from different groups : A, B and C Client 1 must have 40% discount for a book from Publisher X, 30% for Publisher Y, 20% for Publisher Z. Client 2 must have 33% discount for a book from Publisher X, 25% for Publisher Y, 15% for Publisher Z. Client 1 must have 25% discount for a book from Publisher X, 25% for Publisher Y, 20% for Publisher Z. I had two solutions: the first: a - Create a group for each discount rate of each publisher : X 40%; X 33%; X 25%; Y 30%; Y 25%; Z 20%; Z 15% b - Add customer 1 in groups X 40%, Y 30% and Z 20% ; Add customer 2 in groups X 33%, Y 25% and Z 15% ; Add customer 3 in groups X 25%, Y 25% and Z 20%. Except that a customer must be in a single main group and discounts can only be applied to the main group. So I go to the second solution: a - Create a group with each publisher discount: Discount X40-Y30-Z20 (for customer 1) with 40% discount for books in the X editor category, etc. Discount X33-Y25-Z15 (for customer 2) … Discount X25-Y25-Z20 (for customer 3) ... b - Add customer 1 in the group "Discount X40-Y30-Z20" and put it in main group etc. The discounts work directly on the product page but there is no display of the discount rate or the initial price ... Hi, after add a percent discount cupon in my shop in a cart with free shiping (more than 60€) the new price not show the shiping cost (new price with cupon is 50.38€). The new price using the cupon must show the shiping cost because the free shipping is over 60€. When I have create the cupon I select NO FREE SHIPING and the transporter is well configurated. Hello, I currently have an eCommerce running and it started to do very well. I work with the 1.6.1.22 version of Prestashop linked to Easyfatt Danea (an inventory management). I'm looking for: 1) an Affilate Addon: I currently using All-In-One Rewards and i can't complaint but i'd prefer to have a system which rewards the selling rather than the signing up. My competitors have a system like that with a seven day cookie and some channels are in common prefer to push our competitors. 2) a Discount Manager: I would like to suggest a list of products that i want to put on discount and the min-max discount i would apply to it. Every once the system should pick a certain number of it and apply a discount on it. A dedicate section and a countdown to the end would also help. 3) A bundle addons. One of our biggest problem is when we import the orders from Prestashop in our inventory management Danea, the system recognize a bundle as a single product instead of a list. Thanks. -

After added 2000 cart rules the system is extremely slowed down. Cart rules are depending on single product with percentage discount without any specific code, they just apply directly when you buy the product. What are any optimization tips to rich better performance....

Hi, I am using 1.7.3.4 I'm not sure if there is a bug in Discounts when creating rules in the 'product selection' in 'conditions' in 'basket rules'. It will let me create more than 1 rule but they don't work together, so discounts are still being applied to items that should be disallowed. For example: I have an attribute that is pink coloured items, but I only want to offer the discount on pink coloured items that are only in a certain category. So in 'basket rules > 'conditions' > 'product selection' I create a rule for the attribute, then another rule for the category. One would think that this should mean that the discount is only applied to items with that attribute that are in that category, but it doesn't. The system allows discounts to be applied to any of the rules as if they are seperate Also, when trying to create multiple rules in the same product selection it sometimes doesn't allow me to add the items from the 'unselected' to 'selected' boxes when I try to add a second rule. thanks

Hi, I need to create a bulk discount pricing function in my new Prestashop site. Discount Pricing I have set up at the moment: The more you buy of a certain category, the lower the price goes, until it reaches the minimum. (This I have already done using a free module: Category Quantity Discount). In the cart the discount shows, with the percentage reduced and the new price per product. The Job: I need that in the main product page, under each product, has a function that the price changes every time you add to cart. With static text displaying the minimum reachable price: Add to cart 1st round: €5.00 Minimum price: €4.00 Add to cart 2nd round: €4.80 €5.00 Minimum price: €4.00 Please see 3 screen shots to show functionality. Hi Hoping for some help here! I would like to set up a discount to go across 2 types of products with a minimum, Basically the deal is buy 3 or more jackets & Trousers and receive 20% off - i have allocated the selected products into a category (wolf wedding store, not active as yet). I had this working except it was going across the whole category which has socks, shoes, ties etc however i need it to go across the certain product types (jackets & Trousers) in this category. Any ideas? I have tried setting the cart rule. but it doesnt work? Unless im doing something wrong? Is this discount to complex for the system? thanks Giulia

Hi, I'm trying to find a solution to tranfer special prices and promotions via webservice. But in the API, the fields where you specify restrictions for a special price rule or a cart rule such as country, category, produtc, etc. do not exist. With prestashop 1.7.2 in the BO main menu is show 'discount' (italian 'buoni sconto') in menu Orders instead of 'credit slips' (italian 'note di credito'). The traslation is correct (in the language module), and the form show the right content but also the first box show the wrong label 'discount' (italian 'buoni sconto') see the image attached. There is anyone can help me? Thanks in advance.

Hello, one of my customers has presented me a problem laying in PS 1.5 and I found no solution to this apart from open requests left unresolved on the forum and issuetracker. Suppose you have a shop with a number of items on sale with reduced prices. Say you are placing these on sale items in a specific category (named, say, "on sale") or that you are ticking the "sale" flag to active the "on sale" icon, or even both things. Now suppose you create a new cart rule (voucher) to give a discount of 25% to all products... of course you do not want to apply this discount on items already on sale. Well, it seems there is absolutely no way to avoid this. If one gets the voucher, she will get the 25% off discount even on items on sale. I think that an option on cart rules saying: "exclude items on this category: ----" or "exclude items marked 'on sale' " would do the job, but it's not there. I think this is a very common case. Perhaps I am tackling the issue in the wrong way? Hope to get a few suggestions, thanks in advance
