Hello readers of this post ! :D I'm asking for your help on a topic that I can't find my answer to. Is it possible to retrieve deliveries that are directly assigned to a product with web service of prestashop ? It is not specified in the developer documentation but the question deserves to be asked because the back office part of prestashop manages to display the deliveries assigned to a product (see screenshot). resulta que tengo dos monedas ISO = USD y MXN, y usamos SImbolo en ambos $ en Back-Office, en la seccion de pedido, cuando queremos agregar pagos combina los dos simbolos ya que son el mismo 😞 y solo nos muestra 1.. ¿ Donde puede documentar el error.. para que este directamente hacia programacion de prestashop?

Hi everyone, I searching for a module for commissions the module must allow me to pay a sales commission (fixed amount for each sale) of a specific product that is different for each "customer" account. I'll explain: I will make graphic contests on the products that will be printed, the participants will send their proposals and the best ones will be chosen to be printed and sold. for each sale the illustrator will earn a fixed amount and obviously must be able to monitor the sale of his graphics. I thought the marketplace formula might be fine, but products don't have to be entered directly by illustrators. commissions must be paid every 15 days and will only be recognized when the product is delivered. Which module can I use? If there is no one who can do this for me? thanks to everyone

Hi . Currently i have multiple branches with same stock in a region . so I'd like to know a way, where either i can manually assign order placed by customer to nearest branch or at the time of placing order user should be able to select branch and that employee will receive mail about that order. please let me know if there are any modules available or any other way to achieve what i mentioned -
prestashop v 1.5.0.17 Describe the bug Purachasing is working fine in PC. When taking in mobile it doesnt not work. when add to cart it takes to a blank page. Expected behavior We need the product purchase should be also work in mobile browser too. How to make purchasing works exactly like in the web view. Please reply how can i make this work in mobile.Its urgent.

So I bought a theme to install in my new Prestashop. Before proceed to the purchase the developer to understand a few things from the demo and to ask him if it was possible to make a couple of small changes. He replied with a "yes, just give me 5 stars in the review". So I did... After that, I started asking for those changes, plus a few more messages. being one of them that I couldn't find any documentation available in the download section. I didn receive any answer. Just yesterday one message asking for my FTP and BO details to get inside. It's been 6 days since my first message after purchase and there is nothing from this guy. Any other contact email or number I can use to get to a more responsible person? TIA -

Hallo Prestashop Community, Ich habe momentan folgendes Problem ich hatte vor mehreren Monaten ein modul xyz gekauft welches soweit auch gut funktioniert hatte. Der Entwickler von diesem Modul hat vor ein paar Tagen ein update rausgehauen, welches ich dementsprechend über den modul manger im backend meiner Seite geupdated habe, jedoch hat dieses Update unsere gesamte Seite K.O gemacht, kriege einen 500 ERROR und komme sowohl nicht ins frontend als auch in das Backend. (Wie komm ich drauf das der Modul entwickler schuld ist? Ich hab den debugger angeschmissen und gesehen das das Modul die Probleme bereitet). Daraufhin habe ich den Modul-Entwickler kontaktiert welcher mir klar machen wollte das ich mir erst die Zen-Option holen muss das er das Fixt. Jetzt frag ich mich in Gottes Namen wieso soll ich "ihn bezahlen" das er das Problem löst welches er veröffentlicht hat mit dem update und er daran schuld ist. Ich habe ebenso versucht Prestashop zu kontaktieren mit der Telefonnummer. Hier geht aber auch keiner dran. Weiß vielleicht einer hier in der Community wenn ich bei prestashop wie kontaktieren kann damit er das dann vielleicht mit dem Modul-Entwickler klärt. Ich seh es einfach nicht ein nochmals 80€ zu bezahlen damit er meine Website fixt welche er mit dem Fehlerhaften update veröffentlicht hat. Wenn einer das gleiche erlebt hat oder auch einfach weiß wie ich da voran gehen kann wäre ich sehr erfreut wenn man mir hier helfen kann. Hello, I would like to put a label on my products on the front page, telling customers if an item is sold out. I have read several threads on it, but since I am quite new to coding I don't know how to get to the actual editing. Can anybody help me? First on getting to the place where I can edit the code, and then where in the code I need to put in the {if $product.quantity==0} IMG HERE {/if} -part or whatever the right code might be. Hello, I am new to prestashop and I am creating my first shop. I have installed shop on server but then my client told that he would like some bigger changes so I need to create local environment. For that I found nice tutorials so I should be a problem. mMy question about making releases of the website. If I would make a change to theme it's not a problem with git but how should be configuration released? When I make some changes to settings of the website settings, modules, translation? Previously I was working with Drupal 8 where it is possible to exctract whole configuration and then just update configuration on the live website. Where can I find more informations how to do it right in prestashop? Thanks for all the answers.

Hello everyone, I m interested in the following option: As my website is focused on selling for girls, girls nowadays still don't use emails all the time, and I get more than 3 calls per day that they don't have an email. I would like to have this: At checkout, they can select "NO EMAIL". I have this module active: https://addons.prestashop.com/en/express-checkout-process/6841-one-page-checkout-for-prestashop.html . As I know someone having that option, they told me when someone selects NOEMAIL, it automatically generates backoffice an email with the next info "a random letter"and phone [email protected] Is this possible for me also? I upgrade Prestashop 1.6 to 1.7.5 and using PHP 7.1 for new PS1.7.5 Now im facing issue on product page is unable to update, when i hit save button it say unable to update and showing 500 error and json error. I search a lot for this and my folder permission is as per 7.1 and all extension is active. Please help me in this.
