Salve, ho bisogno di aiuto/consiglio Versione Prestashop 1.7.5.1 Vorrei implementare sul sito alcuni listini fornitore (con settori differenti) con vendita in dropshipping e avere queste caratteristiche: 1) Ad ogni listino fornitore deve essere associato un riferimento magazzino (es. magazzino Torino, Lecce, Parma, Roma etc.). Quindi gestione di più magazzini 2) Articoli uguali e presenti su più listini associarli a tutti i magazzini in cui sono presenti 3) Dare la possibilità al cliente che ordina di poter scegliere il magazzino da cui ordinare ogni singolo, così da poter scegliere spedizione da un unico magazzino risparmiando sui costi di trasporto o separare i 2 o più costi di spedizione E questi sono i quesiti in base alla vostra esperienza. E' fattibile una gestione così e secondo voi è una gestione corretta? Meglio un'unico sito ecommerce o separereste creando shop diversi specializzati sono nel settore e categoria? Grazie

Quisiera saber si hay algún módulo o método que renombrando las fotos por REFERENCIA se añadan al correspondiente producto. Es decir algo que automatice todo el proceso, tengo más de 1000 artículo sin fotos, entrar en cada uno de los producto y añadir mínimo 3 imágenes se hace muy pesado. He visto que se puede hacer a través de un CSV pero eso no es la automatización que busco. Busco algo más allá. Quisiera saber si hay algo parecido sea de pago o gratuito. ¡Muchas gracias! -
Hi, I'm using prestashop 1.7.6.8 and I'm trying to import my products using a csv file. Each of my products have one or more images and only those products with only one image are loaded correctly. I have tried to leave only 1 image per product and every image is loaded correctly so my conclusion is that there is a problem with the value separator. I've been investigating on previous posts and I've tried many different separators, even §, but none of them work. I don't use any space between elements in the column of the URL. The images are correctly uploaded on the server because when I use only one image all of them are visible. Hi! I need to export products to CSV file from a shop to build a new shop with old products But I need to export everything: multiple images for one product, features, multiple categories, EAN etc... Is there any way to do it? I tried to override the AdminProductsController.php, but I doesnt work well. Maybe because the file class_index.php is not created Or maybe there is a module that can do all this? Any help would be great!

HOURS spent trying to make Presta import happy. Zero luck. Now get these errors. ( for each product, this is example for one ) Bracelet (ID: 101) cannot be saved Property Product->show_price is not valid From looking at the provided sample CSV there are ONLY two entries possible 1=yes and 2-no I obviously need to show the price but if I put 1 in that column I get an error. Is there a third undocumented value to use? What I I leave it blank? Will no products display a price? If I had any hair left It will be gone tomorrow.

Estoy intentando importar un csv con enlaces a las fotos de los productos (pruebo el enlace en el navegador y sale la foto por lo que son correctos los enlaces) sin embargo no me las sube. He estado leyendo en el foro una solución que se le da al prestahop 1.5 pero en el Prestashop 1.6.1.17 no funciona. No se si es un bug o que puede ser pero me resulta imposible subir las fotos en el excel. No puedo subirlas a la carpeta import porque no las tengo y son del proveedor. Como puedo resolver esto o cual es el problema exactamente? Espero vuestra ayuda. El error que da es : Error al copiar la imagen: RESUELTO: El problema estaba que no ponía http:// en la ruta de la tienda por lo que no encontraba la foto para subirla. -
Hi. Unfortunately our web-shop was stolen including all our domains, mails at our hosting: Azero. We have to start from scratch as their backups and even their central administration systems, was hacked too. We now has the possibility to start from scratch ;/ Yay Y So what to choose? A version of 1.7.x? or 8.1? We want to try to make fast contents with CSV import with combinations - Is it possible and which version is best for that? Before: We had our web-shop at PS 1.6.1.13 and never got to use the Migration tool we bought for upgrading to 1.7.x. We didn't had a lot of modules - only the some freewares, Mega Menu, EU Cookie Law GDPR, Official GDPR Compliance by PS 1.5 & 1.6), Combinations pictures and Bulk Mass editing, which I think is either integrated or 8.1 ready. And the Theme was free and not without faults. -
Desværre blev vores webshop stjålet inklusive alle vores domæner, mails på vores hosting: Azero og deres sikkerhedskopier og endda deres centrale administrationssystemer blev også hacket. Vi vil forsøge at lave hurtigt indhold med CSV-import med kombinationer - Er det muligt og hvilken version er bedst til det? Før: Vi havde vores webshop på PS 1.6.1.13 og fik aldrig brugt migrationsværktøjet, som vi købte til at opgradere til 1.7.x. Vi havde ikke mange moduler - kun nogle freewares, Mega Menu, EU Cookie Law GDPR, Official GDPR Compliance by PS 1.5 & 1.6), Combinations pictures og Bulk Mass redigering, som jeg tror er enten integreret eller 8.1 klar. Og templaten var gratis og ikke uden fejl.

Estoy realizando un importador de productos en PHP para Prestashop 8 y las categorías de productos llevan medidas en pulgadas con lo cual llevan caracteres de barra (/) y comillas dobles de pulgadas ("). Al final he usado un cáracter unicode para salir del atasco: Unicode Character “∕” (U+2215) ¿Alguien sabe alguna forma de "escapar" las barras en el CSV para que importen correctamente en Prestashop 8 en los nombres de categorías? -
Hi! I'm getting totally confused because I can't find a solution for long days for my issue already. What we have: A working PS 1.7.5 production MULTISHOP site with 2 shops, VPS (Apache/Nginx, PHP 7.2) and Transformer theme by S-T themes. The items are updated daily and we can't determine the start of this issue but it started to stop with the "error" message. I figured out that there's an Internal server error 500 by the ajax call. Even if only 2-3 columns are imported! Please see the screenshot below. Sometimes after 5 products, sometimes 15, absolutely random values. The site owner told me that sometimes he managed to finish it for 3rd-4th try, sometimes totally not. The CSV files seem to be perfect. I had a developement version of the site and I couldn't reproduce the issue. (I hardly believed the owner that the issue presists.) The biggest comedy that I cloned the site on the server to figure out what the problem was and after several tries surprisingly it started to work. They are in the same environment and I'm not able to mess it up again -> so I don't know the solution. What I tried: - To find a registry in the server error logs for the 500 error (Apache, Nginx) - PHP memory -> 512Mb - Checked input times (300-600s) - Regenerated .htaccess - Checked the product numbers inside the 2 shops (they are equal) - Turned off memcache - Turned off overrides (btw debug mode isn't working on the import page) - Turned off non-offical PS modules - Fixed all the folder and file permissions (755/644) - Tried to cut back and forth the input CSV-s - Checked for duplicated product references - Read all the forums - Tried to debug the error message with additional informations with no luck - PS service module -> DB fix and optimize - And a lot more.... Please can someone help? What should I check more? Thank you very much. You can save a man going crazy.

Hi everyone, I am having trouble exporting data in CSV with the UTF-8 encoding. I tried different approaches, but nothing so far: - adding BOM to CSV file using fputcsv - tried using iconv - tried encoding the data (and decoding) with array_map I noticed that even the CSV files exported through the backoffice are not encoded properly (ex: when I export the list of my products or customers) Does anyone have an idea as to how to proceed or has anyone encountered that problem before? -
Bonjour, voici un module permettant de récupérer vos données via requetes SQL assez facilement. Le module contient quelques requetes SQL par défaut, vous pouvez les modifier, les supprimer, en ajouter sans limites. Les requêtes SQL peuvent utiliser ps_ (préfixe par défaut des tables, exemple ps_cart), ou _DB_PREFIX_ (conseillé, si vous souhaitez réutiliser les requetes SQL sur d'autres boutiques, _DB_PREFIX_cart donnera ps_cart par exemple), ou encore _PREFIX_ (si vous voulez faire plus court, _PREFIX_cart donnera ps_cart par exemple). Voici le rendu des tables SQL : Pour chaque requêtes vous pouvez sauvegarder une description afin de mieux vous y retrouver, les actions possibles sont : voir, sauvegarder, supprimer, voir le résultat sous forme sérialisée (voir l'image plus bas), voir le fichier CSV avec Excel. Résultats que vous pouvez avoir sous différentes formes : Version 1.1.0 : Et pour finir le zip : v.1.0.0 : bigdata.zip Première version, testée sous 1.5 et 1.6. avec quelques requêtes SQL provenant de https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/155423-astuce-generer-automatiquement-vos-fichiers-csv-via-requete-sql/page-6?do=findComment&comment=2236793 et une que j'ai rajoutée permettant d'avoir les données complètes sur les commandes sur les 3 derniers mois V.1.0.1 : v.1.0.1.bigdata.zip ajout des traductions en Espagnol (par masqueunaweb.com), ajout d'une nouvelle requête permettant d'avoir la liste des stocks des produits et déclinaisons, j'ai changé _PREFIX_ dans les requêtes par _DB_PREFIX_ pour éviter les confusions, mais vous pouvez toujours utiliser _PREFIX_ V.1.1.0 : v.1.1.0.bigdata.zip apparemment serialize peut quelque fois "bugguer", pour éviter tout problème je rajoute base64_encode, donc pour récupérer les données sérialisée il faudra rajouter base64_decode. le tableau de résultat possède de nouvelles fonctionnalités : tri (en cliquant les les en-têtes de colonnes), recherche, pagination (si vous avez beaucoup de résultats) v 1.1.1 : v.1.1.1.bigdata.zip fixe un bug qui empêchait d'enregistrer plusieurs nouvelles requêtes à la suite (ceci obligeait à rafraîchir la page) v 1.1.2 : v.1.1.2.bigdata.zip petite modification v 1.1.3 : v.1.1.3.bigdata.zip compatible 1.6 & 1.7 v.1.2.1 : v.1.2.1.bigdata.zip Pour prestashop 1.7, quelques modifications de présentation et un update pour https Pour être sûre d'avoir la dernière version : https://www.coeos.pro/fr/modules-prestashop/118-big-data-les-donnees-sql-en-csv-avec-facilite.html

Hello there, I had some with CSV export files and UTF8 encoding. - for the basic Orders/Customers/etc tabs, I solve the problem by adding this line in the AdminController.php file : 'export_precontent' => "\xEF\xBB\xBF", (was empty before "" ). It works fine in this case, but it stile a problem when it comes to SQL exports by using the SQL Manager. Notes: I use PrestaShop 1.6.1 I already select UTF8 in SQL Manager When I display my query in my browser, it's displayed correctly I found a solution by manually opening my CSV file with a notepad, adding random characters at the beginning (such "azerty"), saving the file, and then opening it with excel. Do you have any solution to directly open the CSV file with the right encoding from the SQL Manager? Thank you -
Hello. I'm new in the community and to the platform, but I've been experiencing one particular issue that I just couldn't solve. I've tried everything, but it just won't import unless the each combination's image number is less or equal to one. Not to mention that even when that's only one image it doesn't always import anyway (seems kinda random when I, whether or not, can import without an issue). Here's an example of what's been going on: Imagine a product A, which has 3 colors, red, blue and yellow. In this product, I want (in each combinaton) 2 images, one being the product A respective combination color image, and the other being an image with all variants of the product A. Here's an example of what I've been doing. Product ID || Atribute || Value || Image URLs 1 || Color || Red || http://mydomain.com/images/1-red,http://mydomain.com/images/1-set 1 || Color || Blue || http://mydomain.com/images/1-blue,http://mydomain.com/images/1-set 1 || Color ||Yellow|| http://mydomain.com/images/1-yellow,http://mydomain.com/images/1-set For some reason, everytime I try to import something like this, it just won't import. (Except maybe, a really big maybe, one or two lines, the first and second ones) I already tried to open chrome's console to see whatever is going on but everytime it keeps on coming the same PHP error: No file was uploaded (even when one or two lines were imported, which doesn't make any sense whatsoever). Hola comunidad ¿Cómo están? Les traigo un problema que estoy teniendo con Prestashop y no logo solucionarlo. Resulta que hace unos meses caducó host y por suerte la gente de Hostinger me brindó los backup del sitio. Aunque ahora esta nuevamente en fucionamiento la pagina "No puedo importar precios actualizados de forma masiva a través de un CSV. Una vez que adjunto el archivo, coloco siguiente paso y ahí queda la pantalla sin mostrarme nada" ¿Alguno tiene conocimiento de cómo puedo solucionarlo ? Gracias a todos. P/D: Adjunto una captura para que la visualicen.

salve a tutti 1) ho importato delle varianti di un prodotto nel mio prestashop 1,7..... il prezzo di vendita base è di 22 euro tasse incluse, con lo sconto di 9 euro, quindi mi restituisce il prezzo d'acquisto di 13 euro; nelle varianti ho messo un impatto sul prezzo di 1 euro per le misure piu grandi; mi restituisce il prezzo da scontare 23,22 meno 9 di sconto, 14,22. se ho capito bene mi ha aggiunto l'iva sul 1euro di impatto. come posso fare per togliere l'iva sull' euro di impatto sul prezzo base? 2) un altra cosa quando importo i prodotti con il file csv, mi ritrovo con un campo dove mi chiede se voglio cancellare le immagini precedenti, si riferisce solo alle immagini di quel prodotto, oppure di tutte le immagini esistenti sul mio negozio? saluti e grazie

Hello guys i have a question and you all might help me. I need in my store (prestashop 1.6.1.19) add a button in my account menu (already done) in front (client-side) so when the client click in that button, my store will generate a csv file with all products with prices and son on... like the exportproducts module (but this module only work in backoffice). Can anyone help me?

I'm having trouble with the export function on the backend order page. I'd like to export all orders within a certain time period. But for some reason prestashop only allows me to export what is on page 1, while I want all 20 pages of orders that's within my search parameter. If anyone knows what code to modify I'd appreciate your expertise. I'm using Prestashop 1.7.6.9 -
Prestashop 1.6.1.13. Hi. If I should look for a module that can help making an effortless price updating of existing products - which module would you recommend? I was thinking the tasks of: exporting existing products in Shop from a specific supplier (nice with editing the Query). (We logg the reference number by [supplier number]+[product ref.] so I won't need the supplier table.) Then update the price and maybe other data in excel. And then Import it back to the shop. - enlighten me if the tasks are all wrong? As now I don't see me using the module for products creation - I'm too insecure of not creating all the needed elements in different tables - For example I see more Price(s) elements in different tables that are not in use. =0. So we have been creating all products through PrestaShop Back Office. - If anyone can enlighten me differently and maybe point in module direction, it is much appreciated! Hi dear all, I'm using CSV to import one combination set for multiple products. As a start, I did it for wo products as test. After import, it pops out "Your .CSV file has been successfully imported into your shop.". However, when I check the results either on back or front office, only one value of the combination was imported. Did anyone know hot to figure it out? I tried to attached my cvs file here but failed. It pops out "You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file". -
Salve, ho un problema. Ogni volta che si logga qualcuno, certe categorie spariscono in quanto scompare dalla categoria il flag sul gruppo clienti. Vorrei sapere se qualcun'altro ha questa fortuna, se è un bug della versione 1.7.8 o cosa.... Ogni volta che vedo il problema della categoria scomparsa, da loggato, la rimetto a posto ma random si ripresenta. Uso un cron per l'aggiornamento prodotti col modulo Product Catalog (CSV, Excel) Import versione 6.5.1 (l'ultima). Ringrazio da subito.
