  4. Hi guys! During configuration of emails in my shop, I've noticed an issue. I want to put name of the shop in the caption - but I want just a text, not a link. In the emails module it looks fine, but when I make some tests and I send the same email to my inbox, name of the shop convert to a hyperlink. Do you have any idea how can I stop this problem?   7. Hi, this may be a strange question, but what is the best way to track conversions from PrestaShop in Google Analytics? I know, there is a default module for Google Analytics, but this module (at least in our case) is not tracking any conversions (maybe there is something wrong in our installation). So we are using our own goals in Analytics based on final URL in order process, but also this way is not always working as i expect. It is possible that i am missing some informations how to setup this module, or some general informations about analytics. So any help or guide is welcome. Thank you.
  8. Although I rate less than a dozen visitors to my shop per day, dashboard stats 500-1000 visitors a day for over a year. As I am interested in the conversion rate a 0,02% score doesn't make me happy. How can you exclude counting searchmachines as real visitors ? For if you can't what's the use of this dashboard statistic, to see in a blink it is not going well with the shop, while real rates are rising ?

Bonjour à toutes et à tous,j'ai grandement besoin de votre aide s'il vous plaît, voilà, cela fait 5 mois et demi depuis que j'ai lancé ma boutique et malgré que j'ai une moyenne de presque 100 visites par jour, je n'ai pas pu vendre ne serait-ce qu'un seul petit produit, rien, c'est tout de même bizarre, quand j'ai voulu voir les stat j'ai vu un chiffre qui m'a effrayé, et je ne sais pas comment le résoudre, en plus je n'ai pas de graphiques sur la plupart des options de stat comme par exemple l'évolution des visites ou les sources de connexion, je vous ai fait des captures d'écran pour mieux illustrer mon propos, merci beaucoup de bien vouloir m'aider, je vous souhaite une bonne journée.
  10. Hola Buenas Tardes! el ecommerce en el que tengo alojada mi tienda online, está en un Prestashop 1.6.1.18. Me encuentro con la siguiente situación en Analytics, que detecto al entrar en Conversiones, Comercio Electrónico, al apartado "Rendimiento de Producto". Me encuentro que del catálogo de producto que tengo en mi ecommerce, hay productos de los cuales Analytics identifica bien el precio (según esta en la tienda online) y hay otros que no. He estado intentado analizar si había algo diferentes entre ellos, los que si y los que no. Y si hay algo en común entre los que no son bien identificados, y lo único que he visto es que el error se produce en aquellos productos cuyo valor, superan los 4 dígitos, es decir precios por encima 999,00€, por ejemplo, todos los productos que tengan por base imponible (es un ejemplo), 1.749,21€, en vez de darme este valor he detectado que me da, 1,75€, otro ejemplo si el producto tiene por base imponible 3.525,75€ analytics detecta 3.53€ Por si sirve de aclaración, el precio de los productos se introduce en PrestaShop con el siguiente formato - para algo que vale 1.749,21€, se introduce como 1749.21, en este caso en analytics me lo identifica como 1,75€ - para algo que vale 300,00€, se introduce como 300.00, en este caso en analytics me lo identifica como 300,00€ - para algo que vale 3,5€, se introduce como 3.5, en este caso en analytics me lo identifica como 3,50€ PrestaShop me calcula bien el precio PVP en base al IVA aplicable en todos los productos. Creo que es un tema de formato del número que representa el valor del producto, base imponible, en función de los simbolos "." y "," para identificar decimales y millares enPrestaShop y como lo interpreta Analytics y por eso he estado mirando: - en PrestaShop, Preferencias y parámetros avanzados de PrestaShop y no encuentro nada relacionado con la interpretación de los precios de millares (). en PrestaShop, también he ido a Localización monedas, y he visto que de las opciones existes, la que te marco como rojo es la que esta seleccionada. Con esta configuración en el escaparate de la tienda se ven 1.749,21€, siguiendo con el ejemplo. X 0000.00 (Tal como los dolares) 0000.00 X (Tal como euros) 0.000.00 X 0'000.00 X - en Analytics, no he encontrado nada ni en la configuración de la vista, ni en la configuración del comercio electrónico en dicha vista, que me permita configurar tema de formato de monda y símbolos de millares y decimales. He revisado tb el Id de seguimiento en analytics y su implementación en el ecommerce, y creo que esta bien Creen que puede ser por esto que comento o por otras cosa?. Quedo pendiente de sus comentarios, haber si consigo disponer de la información correctamente al final Gracias

  13. Bonjour à tous, Après quelques recherches, j'ai trouvé des spéculations sur une nouvelle update Google et son index mobile first pour la fin Mars... Est ce que vous rencontrez aussi des soucis de conversion ces jours-ci ? D'accord c'est la fin du mois mais bon... La baisse est tout de même suspecte. Le 18 Mars, nous avons eu un pique de fréquentation vraiment étrange ( +300% ) sans rien changer à nos habitudes sur le Paid Search. Sa n'a peut être rien à voir... Voilà voilà... Cet addon à pour objectif de vous permettre d'augmenter votre taux de conversion pour les utilisateurs mobiles.   15. Hi, I work for a portuguese company and we're starting to sell to other countries including some outside of EU (countries with other currencies than Euro). Of course, we'd prefer that visitors from these countries could check prices in their own currency, for instance swedish visitors checking it in SEK. Now, I've tried International/Settings/Currencies (defining the ones we want and make them active) but I'm facing two issues: 1- Rates aren't accurate (updated?...) 2- Even if we accept the minor differences in rates, the prices aren't converting well. For instance, a product that costs 10Eur (ten) should be around 100Sek (one hundred) but it converts to 10Sek (ten). Maybe it's my "newbiness" with PrestaShop settings, but... would someone be so nice and try to help me figuring out the whats and whys, please?   16. Hello, I can do anything but the conversions at my order confirmation page is still 0 or 1. I tried module Google AdWords Conversion Tracking from dh42 and there is always 1 for the value of the order. Module from Benichou makes always 0. Also currency is always empty. When anyone tries to place an order from my website (Prestashop 1.6.1.7) from MAC - Safari or Iphone - Safari browser, the following error is displayed: Trying to get property of Non Object in tools.php on line 768 & 769 This error is shown before the button 'I confirm my Order' is clicked on the top of the page. When the person is redirected to the payment gateway and error with 'oops' is displayed. On line 768 & 769 in tools.php the following codes are there: $c_id = (is_array($currency) ? $currency['id_currency'] : $currency->id); $c_rate = (is_array($currency) ? $currency['conversion_rate'] : $currency->conversion_rate); To BE NOTED: This error is not there in Google Chrome & Mozilla Firefox. This error is only there for Safari browser for iPhone & MAC. P.S. No changes were made in tools.php by me. Decimals are used for INR Currency. Buenos días, Me dirijo a ustedes como medida de desesperación ya que no encuentro solución al siguiente problema: Al parecer cuando se realiza un pedido y se paga mediante Tarjeta, por el módulo de TPV Redsys de pago que adquirimos aquí, en algunas ocasiones se registra en Google Analytics la conversión correctamente y en otras ocasiones no se registra. No entendemos a que se puede deber, es muy extraño. Nos hemos puesto en contacto con el desarrollador del módulo, que se puede ver aquí: http://addons.prestashop.com/es/pagos-prestashop-modulos/6492-pago-con-tarjeta-tpv-virtual-redsys-servired-sermepa.html y después de realizar numerosas pruebas y abonarle la cantidad de 72€ para que lo revisara "a éxito", no lo ha solucionado. Hello, i'm facing this problem: Since when i started using paypal pro solution in an iframe embedded in the payment page i always had the same problem: most of the payments done in the iframe are not tracked by adwords. I'm assuming after many tests that customers after the confirmation inside the iframe are not redirected on the standard prestashop redirect page, and they just go on another page or close the browser. This is a huge issue because most of the payments are credit card and so i lose track of most of the data i need. Is there anyone who has faced the same problem and came up with a solution? I thought about using the return url, for the confirmation inside paypal settings. Is it possible? Any advice on how to set this in a multilanguage environment ? Thanks in Advance
  20. Witam Mój problem dotyczy dodania pixela konwersji z facebooka do prestashop. Posiadam wersję 1.5.5 Nigdzie nie znalazłem żadnej pomocy, a sam nie potrafię tego problemu rozwiązać. Przy generowaniu pixela facebook prosi: Ja chciałbym ten kod umieścić na stronie potwierdzenia sprzedaży produktu. Teraz pytanie: Czy w istnieje możliwość edytowania znaczników head tylko na tej konkretnej stronie, czyli potwierdzenia sprzedaży? Jeżeli tak, to jak to zrobić? Z góry dzięki edit: Ok, znalazłem plik header.tpl w którym jest cała zawartość head, tylko problem nadal pozostaje. Trzeba monitorować tylko akcje sprzedaży.

I know services like optimiaely, visual website optimizer, convert etc. And i know that there are modules for prestashop that integrates these services. But i need more advanced testing. Besides simple variations like buttons and colors I also need to test different modules that are enabled on version B and disabled on version A. Here are some examples: One step checkout vs. 5-step checkout Related products module vs. nothing Having 1 carrier only vs. having multiple I could use some ideas for how to code this. I have been thinking about multistore, but will management of the store more complicated (e.g. when updating categories, products, cms etc.)?

  24. Hi all, Hopefully this is something that is easy-ish to help with. Our web hosting upgraded from Windows Server 2005 to 2008 yesterday and prestashop ceased to work, throwing out 500 errors. We found out this was due to an issue with the database not migrating the password correctly and an SQL query solved the problem. Buen día, Me gustaría saber si alguien sabe como puedo modificar PayPal para al momento de pagar no utilice la moneda de la tienda (en mi caso pesos mexicanos MXN) sino que utilice el monto convertido a dólares de acuerdo al tipo de cambio del módulo de moneda de Prestashop NO al tipo de cambio de PayPal.
