At my site i have a standerd theme of presta addons working with version 1.6.1.5 When i go to the standerd contact page url.com/contact-us I've added succesfully the phone and e-mail address altered the customer and webmasters name and discription. And now testing the form, the generated mails go to the backoffice so that works. But after clicking the send button the page go's to a http 500 error "could not load the page" But the mail was sent and received in the backoffice. The same in the backoffice while sending the e-mail also a http 500 error. Here the customer doesn't get the send mail. So a couple of issues apear. I'm working with a different mailadres then the shop url, it is also integraded in GMail. Could someone help me or shine a light for new perspective? Thanks Kind regards

Bonjour à tous, Dans le comportement standard de Prestashop, il y a un email de notification envoyé à un client de la boutique lorsqu'un administrateur répond à un message dans son suivi de commande. Cet e-mail contient un lien permettant au client de répondre sauf que ce lien le redirige sur la page "Contactez-nous". Le client ne voit donc pas l'historique de sa conversation ni le détail de sa commande. J'aimerais qu'au lieu de cela le lien redirige le client directement sur son historique des commandes dans sur la page de la commande associée. Ainsi, le client pourrait voir l'historique de sa conversation ainsi que les informations relatives à sa commande. Est-ce que vous savez comment modifier ce comportement ? Est-ce qu'il existe un module pour cela ? Je suis sous Prestashop 1.5.4.0. Merci beaucoup,

Hallo, De contactgegevens in het rechter bovenmenu en in de footer geven een "404-melding". Ik heb al op diverse plekken gekeken (CMS, diverse modules "Contact), maar kan niet vinden waar deze informatie vandaan wordt gehaald. Iemand enig idee? (zie bijlage) Groet, Edwin

Problem: Submit a question on /contact-us page, which invokes the ContactController. The result says it's been sent successfully. In fact, the actual result is that the message has not been stored in the DB table "ps_customer_message". And no email was sent to anyone in the table "ps_contact". Why: On the line 152, this method returns false. if (!$cm->add()) So, there will be one error in $this->errors. And One the line 205, if (count($this->errors) > 1) array_unique($this->errors); else $this->context->smarty->assign('confirmation', 1); I couldn't believe my eyes. Even with one error, the $confirmation is still 1. I think this should be if(count($this->errors) > 0) Why add() returned false? I tried everything to make this work out. I found if I modify the field "date_upd" in the table "ps_customer_message", to either cancel the "not null" property or set default value to 0, could make the add() return true. I think it probably has something to do with the configuration of mysql. But I can't figure out what config should I change. Anyone knows about this? Thanks in advance.

I have a question related to the contact-us form I added several ´customer service´ groups yet only the first one called ´ambassador program´ (see immage attached) seems to work. I tested all the other options and no messages are recieved in both the backoffice and the mail that I linked them to. It only works for the ´ambassador program´ Does anyone have an idea how this is possible? Thanks in advance!

hello there, i would like to know if there is any way to make some fields shown only when a specific department is selected i want to have a choice where people can send me some specifications of their used mobile and fotos of it in case they want to sell it so only when they choose the option of "used phones" the extra fields would come up i would also like to know if there is a chance to have a dropdown list of mobile phone manufacturers so the customer can choose from so the fields would be: the first for are globally shown independently of what you will choose on the department dropdown *firstname *lastname *email *phone number *textarea *manufacturer - dropdown list from the list of manufacturers i have with an option of "other" where a field would come up to write your manufacturer in case i dont have it on the list *model of mobile phone date of buying warranty expiration date an textarea where the customer can write more details like if it is updated to the latest version or if they have extra parts and an "upload fotos" option so i can check the condition of it prestashop version 1.4.7.0 i know its too much to ask but if you could help me out on this, ill make it work and upload the files so the other people can have them and modify them at their pleasure i am from greece,so, sorry for my english!
