Bonjour à tous, je rencontre un problème qui me parait simple mais je n'ai pas trouvé de réponse (ou alors je suis passé à côté) Je suis sous PS1.7 Voila le problème : Je souhaiterais intercaler dans le processus de paiement d'une commande en ligne, la possibilité de contacter le client afin de lui dire que les articles sont bien disponibles avant qu'il ne fasse son paiement. En gros , vais-je recevoir une alerte comme quoi une commande est en cours et pourrais-je envoyer une confirmation pour terminer le processus... (une sorte de temporisation du workflow de paiement en somme) Merci à vous pour vos réponses Il doit probablement exister des modules qui font cela Thierry.

Hello, we have been working with PrestaShop 1.6 for a couple of years and decided to switch over to the latest version 1.7.6 (especially because of PHP 7). Everything works fine but we experience a strange problem with the order confirmation that is sent after an order has been placed. Every day, we have several orders but about once a week, the order confirmation does not contain the right values of that order (names, products and so on) but only the placeholders from the mail template (see screenshot). The shop logo (image) is also sent as an attachment but is not directly included in the mail body. Furthermore: When paying with PayPal, the invoice is attached as a PDF file — and it includes the real values! This is really, really strange ... Has anyone else experienced that behaviour?

Hi All, I'm trying to amend my email confirmation to say something similar to the below, I have got some of the hooks but I cannot work them all out.

After having completed a few test orders on our web shop I stumbled across a few things that needs changing, before we can go live. One of them is the order confirmation email, in which discounts and gift wrapping costs are shown regardless of the amount. I would like them to be shown ONLY if they are greater than 0. Can I change this in the back office under localization->translations->email-translations ? It seems to be limited to basic HTML / TinyMCE. I have also had a look in the mails folder, and here the order-conf.html seems to be the place to go, but its HTML, and thus conditional coding doesn't seem possible? Ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Cheers, K

Hi all, I'm setting up my site and I tried to place a test order paying with Paypal. The payment went fine but when redirected to my site to confirm the order some of the code is not showing in the right format (i.e. is showing as code). See screenshot attached. I'm using Prestashop v1.6.1.24 and PayPal v3.12.1 There was an old thread about this but it wasn't resolved. I did check what the author mentioned on the thread and I have {$paypal_cart_summary|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'} on order-summary.tpl If anyone could help would be great, thank you! Ignasi.

Quand je réalise une commande de 2 x (ou plus) le même produit avec un texte personnalisé (fonctionnalité prestashop customized_text), les produits et prix sur ma confirmation de commande sont corrects ... MAIS, le texte personnalisé se répète en-dessous de chaque produit. Cela peut prêter à confusion auprès du client. Je pense que le problème vient du fichier order_conf_product_list.tpl où le texte est affiché par une boucle foreach. Mais je n'arrive malheureusement pas à résoudre cela... (n'étant pas programmeur de formation et donc pas sûr à 100%...) Hi, I'm using PS in version 1.6.0.14 on a webshop. When the orderconfirmation is sent to the customer, the sender-name is always show as the shops email address instead of the shopname. I've made a couple of changes in the Mail.php class file, forcing the $from_name to a specific value, but without any luck. Any one else tried this?

We just upgraded to 1.6 and some of our customers are receiving emails with blank fields. Our logo appears at the top and the customers name but there are no products detailed, or any of the customer's information. I've attached an image here that shows a potion of the email someone received. I have no way of knowing what portion of customers are receiving this email. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Hello Everybody, I'm facing this problem when a new customer complete his registration. When a customer completes the registration form and selects the option [x] "Subscribe to our newsletter" He receive correctly the confirmation mail of "new customer registration" but he doesn't receive the "newsletter subscription mail message" with a discount code for the subscribers to the newsletter. the confirmation mail with the discount code arrives correctly when you subscribe to the newsletter directly inserting your mail in the form provided by the newsletter block. Hello, When I do order with bankwire and write message to order than I don't see messages in confirmation email and in BO aren't messages too. I see message in email and BO If I choose cash on delivery. I see message in database in ps_message. See attached images. Bonjour, J'ai un soucis lors de la confirmation d'une commande. Une fois la commande effectuée avec paiement par chèque (il y a probablement le même soucis par CB mais je n'ai pas encore mis cette solution en place), l'utilisateur est dirigé vers une page "Votre commande est confirmée" avec la liste des articles commandés (page "confirmation-commande?id_cart=......") Le soucis vient des images (miniatures) de cette liste d'articles. Seule l'image du dernier article de la liste est affichée pour chaque article. Je ne sais pas trop quoi faire pour corriger ce bug. Merci de m'aider si vous le pouvez!

Bonjour, Actuellement en cours de validation des remontés de données de tracking analytics, je bute sur un problème. Lors des paiement par carte, je retombe sur la page historique des commande et non sur confirmation de commande. Ce qui empêche la remontée des bonnes données. Par contre, lors des paiement par chèque, le problème ne se pose pas, nous arrivons sur la page de confirmations. Nous utilisons le module Atos pour les paiement par carte. La version de prestashop est la 1.7.2.2. Est-ce qu'il y a un moyen de paramétrer la page d’atterrissage après paiement dans le backoffice ? Car nous n'avons pas trouvé. Merci d'avance pour votre aide.

Peut-être dans le code directement ? (ajouter en CCI mon entrepôt lors de l'envoie du courriel au client de son bon de commande) ? Merci

Hi community, I'm trying to adapt one of my small module for PS 1.7, this one is hooked to the product page (in the "Modules" tab, with "hookDisplayAdminProductsExtra" method) and i have a question about how to make it returns error or confirmation message (as the ones that appear on the top-right corner when updating a product). Currently the module is correctly showing in the tab and the data are sent to the module when clicking "Save". But i don't understand how to pass an error or confirmation message to the product page. Hi everyone, I am encountering a crazy problem within PrestaShop which is probably Sisow to blame. I am hoping someone else encountered this problem as well before and knows a solution. We are using Sisow as payment gateway to use iDeal (Dutch pyament gateway), Mistercash, credit card and more. Now it seems that customers aren't receiving any confirmation emails after succesfully paying for a product, while the administrator DO is receiving an email. All other e-mail stuff is working perfectly though, after creating an account, changing status of orders in BO, contact form and others are working without problems. Extra information: Website is running on PrestaShop 1.6.0.14 Customers do are receiving confirmation email if paid via for example PayPal without the use of Sisow. Thanks for taking a look into it.

Bonjour, je suis sous prstashop 1.6.1.12 J'aimerai faire en sorte que lorsque le client reçoit un mail, il y ait un prix total HT dans un premier temps. Quand je vais dans modifier les modeles de mails dans localisation>traductions et je choisi order_conf je vois qu'il y a {total_product} j'ai essayé de le modifié mais ce n'est pas bon. Ma démarche est-elle mauvaise ? Puis j'aimerais que toujours dans le mail de confirmation, les personnalisation n'aient pas un prix, c'est à dire que là je vois la liste des produits avec les fichiers joints etc, sauf que par exemple mon pdf ou mon texte de personnalisation va avoir dans la colonne du prix, le prix unitaire du produit, meme si le total est bon. merci d'avance pour vos réponses, Bonne journée à tous

Hi. I have a problem with the confirmation emails sent. I want to show the order number in the emails instead of the order reference. I changed the template from: Order: {order_name} to Order: {id_order} To test, I create an order in the backoffice, and when I receive the confirmation emails, the payment email is ok Order 2612 - Payment processed Your payment for order with the reference 2612 was successfully processed. but the order detail email is not ok: Order details Order: {id_order} Placed on 04/22/2015 11:08:05 Is there a variable that needs to be added somewhere, or can this be a cache issue?
