Hi! I have a problem with the check out in my store. I have tried to solve this with my delivery module developer and my theme developer, they don't seem to be able to fix this. Here's the problem: We have a delivery module in the shop and there is a problem with the theme and the delivery module working together. When in check out, the module should give delivery options PLUS a menu with specific delivery points below every delivery option (like radio buttons). screenrecorder.mkv But that is not working. I can only see the upper level delivery options. To see the menu, i need to refresh the page. And in mobile version, it's not working at all, so one can't buy anything. When in shopping cart, once you get in delivery method options, the theme should show the content of the modules that use 'displayCarrierExtraContent' hook at check out. At the moment mobile users can't do any shopping at the store because of this problem. My module developer explained: In check out, each shipping method has a div element: div class="col-lg-12 col-md-12 carrier-extra-content js-carrier-extra-content" style="display:none; But my theme developer don't seem to understand this. Can someone help me to fix this? Where can i find the right page to fix the code?

Hi, The intelligent payments module has suddenly stopped working on my website. When someone goes to pay, this error message appears. stat failed for /home2/kokodesi/public_html/shop2/cache/smarty/compile/a2/c7/16/a2c7161f50fe60ac8e439da2ced635185a09db18.file.error.tpl.php Does anyone know what the problem is? Is this an issue with the bank, intelligent payments or a setting I need to change in Prestashop? I am running version 1.6.1.19 Thanks very much

When I set up Carriers, whether I set my own, or use a module like "USPS Module" I get the following error at check out "No carriers available." I have truncated (reset) all of the tables in my database related to carriers several times (as suggested by other forum posts) and still no go. When I use the USPS module it makes a connection to USPS servers and everything runs okay. Also, if I use the 5 step checkout and turn on the Shipping Estimate Module, all my carriers show up in the checkout process to compare ONLY. When you continue on to select a shipping meathod, I still get the same error. I'm not much of a programer, but I understand the basics. I just can't figure out why it is not recognizing my carriers on check out. Any ideas?

Hi everybody I have problems with the values picked by the customer not being shown in the final order, OR the cart in general. For example if a customer picks a size and color, I can not see which color they have picked. Really hope someone can help me.. :S All the best René Pedersen www.military-rytteren.dk
