When you place an order, whether you are a guest or logged in, and choose to pay on delivery, a message pops up: Error - The following email template is missing: cashondelivery For payment we currently use the Wire payment module from prestashop. 2. the messages about the order are not sent to the customer either, this applies to the guest and the logged-in person. Things I have tried: 1. - Uninstalling and reinstalling the Wire payment module - Increasing max_execution_time to 3000 - I uninstalled and reinstalled the Cash on Delivery module - I generated email templates through the admin panel I copied another email template, renamed it and it appeared in the templates, but in the statuses it was no longer possible to choose to associate it with a specific order status. - I have chosen another selectable email status and after that, when choosing payment on delivery, the same message appears as in the case of an order with payment by bank transfer. 2. - I changed the email address associated with the store - I wanted to try ways from other forums, but there are no paths on the server such as: /tools/swift/Swift/ /tools/swift/Swift/Plugin/ The version of prestashop I am using is 8.0.4 and the version of PHP is 7.4.5. Does anyone know how to solve the above issues?

Bonjour, J’ai adapter le mode de paiement cash on delivery en paiement à la fin du mois. Le souci c'est que lorsqu'on choisi ce mode de paiement, le statut de la commande passe directement en "En cours de préparation", j'ai créer un état de commande "paiement à la fin du mois" et je voudrais mettre ce nouvel état de commande lorsqu'on choisi ce mode de paiement. Hello, After I complete my order, select payment option as cash on delivery, and click on confirm, I get an error 500. Weird thing is, the order is recognized and I can see it in back office. I would like to give the user option to choose one payment option i.e. Bank Wire or COD but during checkout on the last step (5 step checkout) the only option visible/available is Bank Wire. I have checked and re-checked the settings in BO but unable to understand what I am missing. Screenshots attached. Please help.... Also I would like to change the title for COD module to read 'Delivery after Payment'. Please provide steps on how to modify/change the title. Thanks.

Hello, Don't know why, but there is no default module "Cash on delivery" on my Presta 1.7.4.2. I've checked whole module list twice and there were no such module. Do you have any idea what's wrong and how can I get the defauld COD module? Thanks

When a customer reach final page of shopping process client doesn't not receive the confirmation web page. It stops on a white page ( for both of pay methods - pay on delivery and payment by transfer). Ok, I wonder how the F*** no one wrote about this I have problem and I think that I am not the only one. I am using free cashondelivery module which is developed by PrestaShop and I am also using free GAnalytics module recommended by Prestashop and there is a one problem. Ganalytics uses hook displayOrderConfirmation which is not triggered when using cashondelivery module. This module is not passing order informations through this hook on order completion and there is no {$HOOK_ORDER_CONFIRMATION} or {$HOOK_PAYMENT_RETURN} in .tpl file. Does anyone figured it out how to trigger them in this module?

Καλησπέρα φίλοι.. Έχω καιρό που ψάχνω να κάνω την εξής μετατροπή.. Θέλω στις επιλογές πληρωμής να ορίσω μέγιστο όριο ποσού στο καλάθι και πάνω από αυτό να μην εμφανίζετε το COD σαν επιλογή πληρωμής,, Βρήκα διάφορα άρθρα αλλά όλοι αυτοί που και καλά δίνουν συμβουλές λόγο του οτι είναι και developers δεν βοηθούν δίνοντας μισές λύσεις... Μέχρι στιγμής σε πολλά Post έχω βρεί το παρακάτω κώδικα σαν λύση αλλά αν και πολλοί λένε οτι δουλέυει στην έκδοση 1.6 δεν λειτουργεί.. Hi there... I have 2 problems 1) I finished moving my e-shop data and while i was editing products i noticed that all products that had other products associated as accessories were shown as html . That is happening only when there is an association and only for the main product not for the one associated. Hy all, I am using prestashop 1.5.6.2 with a custom theme and as payment method Cash On Delivery module. I am also using One Page Checkout. I would like clients to skip order confirmation page ( .../module/cashondelivery/validation ) and when they click on the one page checkout the confirm button, the checkout process will be finished. I guess this way we will have a better conversion rate.

I have installed the following 1.Payment by cheque 2.Bankwire 3.Cash on delivery I have given all permissions of countries , Users , products to all the above. However none of the payment options are visible when I try to purchase a product. The payment gateway 5 page method works fine with all pages loading and the final page shows the total amount with the taxes but no payment option visible as it used to before. I have the following enabled public $display_column_left = true; in all my payment plugins and also they are hooked to the following 1. displayPayment 2. displayPaymentEU 3. displayPaymentReturn I think there is no left and right column enabled on my payment page. there seems to be just the center column. Also i tried to open the global.css to change the width of the column to see if that helped . However it was such a lengthy code that i didnt know where to add the following body#order #center_column {width:500px;} body#order #right_column {width:500px;} body#order #left_column {display:none;} What changes should i make and how should I make . Please explain in detail . Many users seem to have this issue. View the attachments I dont mind a session on team viewer to make things simpler.
