Hi All, I am receiving abundant cart emails & after click on button it's redirected on website but the website cart is empty . This is default prestashop 1.7.5.1. Please help me . Thanks, Rohit

Hi folks! Being logged in to my store, I add products to the cart. Then, if I sign out of my customer account and sign in again, my cart is empty. Of course, the cart appears empty for the first time just after signing out. I would like PS to retain my cart between sessions and thought this was the default behavior. What am I missing? I'm running PS 1.6.1.11. Any help much appreciated, Tom

Hi we have the following problem: I fill the shopping cart with products and then I would like to do an instant checkout ("order as a guest"). After I have filled all required fields and go to the next step, the shopping cart is empty. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance. With kind regards, Robert -

Hello, I have problem with cart in prestashop version 1.4.4.1. The steps are : 1.Logout from prestoashop 2.Login again - the cart is empty at this step 3.Order a product and check the basket if is ok 4. Press on a link in site(no matter what link) the result is that the basket is empty, even before was a product in basket. In shopping cart from AdminShop, the previous cart contains the product, and now was create another new one empty. Has anyone any idea what can happen in this sittuation and if there is any solution to this problem? Thank you . -
Hello! I'm running PS 1.4.8.3 with two languages, One Page Checkout from default PS and SEO URL is enable. When adding a product to cart it says the cart it's empty. When SEO URL is disabled it adds the product to cart. I've checked the htaccess file and it seems to be ok. Edit: Actually all cart functionality (plus/minus button, delete product) when the language id=3 doesn't work with SEO URL enabled. With the default language it works.
