My starmen.com/shop site is showing a blank page (white screen) on the shop page, and there is no file when looking for pagesource. This occurred after updating the security certificate, which makes no sense. The debug mode is widely used to see the errors on your shop and when: you get blank pages; you get 500 Internal Server Error; you have strage issues with your shop and don't know where to start; Edit: Debug mode on PrestaShop 8.0 PrestaShop Dashboard > Advanced Parameters > Performance > DEBUG MODE PANEL > Set it to YES Debug mode on PrestaShop 1.7 PrestaShop Dashboard > Advanced Parameters > Performance > DEBUG MODE PANEL > Set it to YES To turn on the Debug mode on PrestaShop 1.7 is more simple comparing it to the previous versions of Prestashop. Running PS 1.7.1.0 on a VPS, PHP 7.1.4 From the admin, I go to Sell > Catalog > Categories I click the Add New Category button Enter a name for the category Click Save Next page is blank If I refresh, I still get a blank page but behind the scenes the category is added again. Seems like Prestashop's favorite thing to do is show a blank white page when it gets confused. I haven't tried turning on debug mode yet, but wanted to know if anyone else was having this problem and if so, how to fix it. And a note to PrestaShop ... a *little* bit of information in these blank pages (especially on the admin side) would be VERY helpful!!

Hallo Zusammen Ich habe auf die neuste Version upgedatet (PS 1.7.8.3 mit PHP 7.4). Leider erhalte ich von Zeit zu Zeit im Backoffice plötzlich eine Blank Page ohne Fehlermeldung. Ich kann danach nichts mehr machen. Bin ausgesperrt vom Backoffice. Kann alle Browser Cookies löschen, bringt alles nichts mehr. Dies passiert einfach, wenn ich im Backoffice arbeite, egal was ich drücke, ob Bestellungen ansehen, Thema anklicke oder unter Einstellungen den Cache löschen will. Plötzlich kommt die Blank Page. Danach muss ich das Verzeichnis /var/prod löschen, erst ab dann habe ich wieder Zugriff. Ist nicht effektiv, täglich das Verzeichnis 2-mal zu löschen. Ich habe mem-cache installiert und nutze zusätzlich noch das Modul JPresta - Page Cache Ultimate. Hello. I did not know where should post this problem therefore i posted in this sub-forum. I have installed prestashop 1.7.7.5. I create 2 shop by enabling multistore. Main shop show properly to customers but second shop always blank white. I enabled dev and see this message when use url of second shop in browser: Whoops, looks like something went wrong. Dzień dobry, nagle przestały działać płatności tpay. Kiedy próbuję sfinalizować transakcję, wybieram metode płatności (te które ma tpay - mbank, ing, blik itd.) i akceptuję regulamin, to przerzuca mnie na całkowicie białą stronę. Screen poniżej. Dodam, że mam jeszcze płatność przelewem, za pobraniem oraz odbiór osobisty i wszystko działa, oprócz tpay.

Hallo, wir haben das Problem, dass wir keinen Zugriff mehr auf unseren Webshop haben. Es erscheint lediglich eine Blank Page. Unser Support, der den Webshop hostet, teilte uns mit, dass es ein für ihn ein unbekannter Fehler sei und auch keienn Zugriff bekäme. Kennt einer diesen Fehler? Hi, After changing some front-office translations from the backoffice "Translation" tool, my backoffice stopped working and has been displaying a blanck page ever since. Hello. My PS stopped working properly. All product page stopped to display. Just blank page with title: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. All other pages (home, category, CMSs) works OK just product pages do not. Everything works perfect for 3 month jut yesterday it broke. My site is http://www.stolarskenastroje.sk/. You can click on category "Nože" or " PÍLOVÉ KOTÚČE FREUD" and try to display a product. Just bank page. It does not matter if you try to display produt by this way or in Back Office by Preview the product. Same URL with same blank page. I thought that it is someting with URL settings. But I do not change any of URL settings: My settings: Route to products: {category:/}{rewrite}_{id}.html Rouse to category: {rewrite}_{id} I also try to turn off friendly URLs but same result. Just bank product pages. So I do not know what is wrong since all eshop runs with out proble just product page does not. I tierd to scan this forum, but nobody had this problem. Can anybody advice mi, hat is wrong or what to do to fix it? Please...

Recently, when a product is ordered, on the product checkout page, the last step that has to do with payment confirmation, a blank white page appears and the payment is not confirmed though the money is deducted from the client. The client cannot have access to the product to download. site url: www.gcmonlinestore.com I have tried a couple of solutions like increasing memory limit of php.ini file and also changing the file permission of paypal module to no avail. I will be very grateful if someone can help.

Hello there, I've came across an error on my PrestaShop store a few days ago and I tried everything I could think of to resolve it with no luck... That's why I'm here to seek some help of the forum. I'll try to explain the error the best that I can. If you go to my website (semprein.net) everything look ok and working, when you go to a category page for the first time the category page loads just fine and you can browse the products, go back, go to a different category, etc... The problem is if you refresh the page, or go back to this category from another page on the website, the page gives me a blank page with a "Fatal Error" message (you can try with the link I posted) this happens always on the second time you try to load a category page... If you go to the page the next day it works the first time again but gives the error on the second. I get no errors in the logs or console... I turned on debug mode, when I refresh the page I don't get the Fatal Error but get a PHP Notice Notice: Undefined index: id_customer in /home/pg40034/public_html/modules/blockwishlist/blockwishlist.php on line 320 Then I tried to deactivate the wishlist module... Then another slider module I have... After some fiddling arround, as I refresh the page or go there a second time I don't get the Fatal Error but some images do not load like the logo image, javascript doesn't work... Some problem persists even doing this... And I have no idea how to solve this and need help. I tried clearing caches, different browsers and devices with the same result. This is a multistore installation of 2 stores, the other (semprein.pt) is working with no problems or errors. I hope I could explain myself, and some of you can help me out as I have no clue how to solve this issue. Thank you in advance, best regards!

Cześć! Po raz kolejny wystąpił u mnie problem z panelem administratora. Otóż od pewnego czasu prowadzę zajawkowo sklep na preście 1.7. Pewnego smutnego wieczora zauważyłem, że nie działa mi panel administratora. Strona działała normalnie, strona do logowania się do panelu też, ale już sam panel nie - jest biała strona, absolutnie pusta. Wykonałem przywracanie plików i działało - przez pewien czas. Niestety dziś nastąpiło to ponownie - kolejny raz samoczynnie. Nic nie grzebałem, nic nie robiłem. Rano wszystko działało - po południu już nie. Czy wiecie może o co chodzi? Oczywiście mogę przywracać za każdym razem stronę z kopii zapasowej, ale to kiepskie dość rozwiązanie. Pozdrawiam serdecznie, Tomek

I have try so see log with activate _PS_MODE_DEV_ in _PS_MODE_DEV_ but no log error report. Salve, da giorni sto provando l'ultima versione di Prestashop 1.7 ma ricevo sempre lo stesso error nella pagina moduli e servizi: Mentre cliccando su "Moduli installati" ricevo pagina bianca e nei log trovo il seguente errore: AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'GuzzleHttp\\Ring\\Exception\\ConnectException' with message 'cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 5514 milliseconds' La versione di prestashop installata è la 1.7.2.4 rilasciata il 24/10/2017. Prima di chiedere qui sul forum, ho cercato alcune soluzioni, ho visto che è un bug segnalato diverse volte ma nessuna soluzione ha funzionato. Mi sono accertato di avere tutte le estensioni richieste da prestashop abilitate, curl aggiornato all'ultima versione, l'opzione allow_url_fopen abilitata, ho cambiato versione di php (5.6.31, 7.0.22, 7.0.24, 7.1.10), l'opzione verify_ssl impostata su false nel file config.yml e mi sono accertato di avere il certificato nella cartella app/cache/prod. A qualcuno è mai capitato? Come avete risolto?

Hi Guys, it is almost 2 years i'm using prestashop. Now i manage a store that has prestashop 1.5.5.0. Till today it was working great. Today i started to have a problem: when somebody try to create a new account inserting his/her email and pushing CREATE ACCOUNT they got a blank page and nothing happen. I turned on true the errors debug and i get no error. Please help me. I really do not know how to fix it. Thanks
