Hallo Zusammen Ich bin der Stephan und neu hier. Seit gut 3 Wochen läuft mein Frotend vom Shop zwar aber ich komme nicht mehr ins Backoffice. Wenn ich den Adminbereich öffne, kann ich die Anmeldedaten eingeben und nach ein paar Sekunden kommt die Http Error 500 (weiss mittlerweile das dieser nichts aussagt). Ich kann die Anmeldedaten eingeben aber nachher passiert nicht mehr. Durch die verschieden Beiträge habe ich bereits den Ordner gamification unbenannt. Bis jetzt ist der Shop einwandfrei gelaufen und wir hatten keine Probleme. Währe euch sehr dankbar wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen könnte, da wir anfangs November den Shop Live schalten wollten. Sollte ich etwas vergessen haben, füge ich diese gerne hinzu. Buongiorno, sto lavorando con uno store PS 1.7.2 da circa 3 mesi e sinceramente sono veramente sconfortato dalla quantità di problemi rilevati e dalla difficoltà a trovare documentazione adeguata per lo sviluppo. Sto lavorando quotidianamente per ottimizzare un negozio che sulla carta doveva portarmi via meno tempo rispetto allo sviluppo su base magento, ma che nella realtà sta mostrando limitazioni per me assurde. Essendo problemi comuni a molti utenti vorrei ricevere assistenza da qualcuno che se ne intende più di me così da poter capire se e dove sto sbagliando. Provato disattivando tutta la cache Provato la modalità disattiva moduli non nativi di prestashop che però NON sembra funzionare (i moduli continuano a funzionare) Provato a disattivare manualmente i moduli uno per uno senza successo! Aprire un singolo prodotti impiega 2,88secondi scaricando 5.3MB di dati e 109 richieste. Tutto nella norma. Modifico la quantità o qualsiasi altro parametro e salvo 3 minuti per completare l'operazione di salvataggio, la rotella in alto a SX rimane a girare per sempre. Hi guys, Every shop with 1.6 version works awfully slow in the backend. Ive tried disabling non native modules and overrides, no change at all. Various ps 1.6 diferrent shops affected, so its something widespread. Any problem out there ?

buongiorno a tutti, purtroppo ho un problema che non mi permette di lavorare correttamente: quando modifico un prodotto da BO il pultante salva carica all' infinito e compare l' avviso "impossibile salvare impostazioni", ho già provato a cambiare browser ma stesso problema, online ho trovato guide utili ma vecchie, che non mi permettevano di seguirle perchè facevano riferimento a percorsi che ora non esistono più. ho la versione 1.7.6.1 Mi affido alle vostre competenze

Hola, cómo están? Trataré de ser lo más breve posible. Necesitamos que al momento de cargar un producto en el back office, se permita elegir entre dos moneda USD o $. Actualmente solo se puede hacer en una moneda pero hemos visto que en varias tiendas presenta un celular en $ y un televisor en USD al mismo tiempo. Espero nos puedan ayudar o recomendar Módulo que solucione ésta situación. Muchas gracias!!

The frontend seems to work fine, as long as I don't set the PHP version to something newer than 7.4... HOLA soy nuevo en prestashop. trabajo con la version 8.1.2 en la cual importe un par de productos. la importacion por un archivo CSV salia sin errores. Ahora tengo unos 20 productos. Algunos puedo editar, subir foto y agregar categorias, etc... ALGUNOS PRODUCTOS AL EDITAR NO MUESTRA EN EL FORMULARIO ARRIBA LA POSIBILIDAD DE SUBIR IMAGENES NI DEJA CAMBIAR ALGO. No encuentro ninguna diferencia entre aquellos que funcionan y los que no. Ningun ajuste veo posible. Quiza hay algo que no conozco todavia, por lo cual espero que alguna persona me puede ayudar a resolver el problema Habitualmente, encima de "Resumen" aparece el dialogo para subir fotos. Buenas, Estoy teniendo problemas a la hora de crear usuarios desde el backend, accedo al formulario, relleno los datos del cliente y tras darle a guardar, se queda pensando varios minutos hasta que me lleva a la ruta: https://www.dominio.es/admin*****/index.php/sell/customers/new?_token=***** con error 404 con las llamadas que se ven en la imagen. Si luego accedo a la lista de usuarios, aparece creado. He hecho el proceso con el modo depuración activado, adjunto captura de las llamadas de AJAX, una de ellas: https://www.dominio.es/admin*****/index.php/common/notifications?_token=*****&rand=*****, da una latencia exagerada (lo mismo que en las llamadas tras dar error 404) y por ahí debe estar el problema, pero tras investigar no he dado con la solución. (ademas como se ve en la captura, la llamada a esa url se repite varias veces, tal vez sea normal, no lo se). He desinstalado el módulo de 'Experiencia minorista' y desactivado la llamada a addons.prestashop modificando el archivo 'AddonsDataProvider.php', pero no ha servido de nada. ¿Alguien sabe que puede estar pasando y como solucionarlo?. Bonjour, Ca fait des semaines que j'essaye de trouver une solution, j'espère pouvoir la trouver ici Suite à 3 ans d'utilisation de Prestashop (1.7.8.X) certains clients ressentent de grosses lenteurs et il s'avère que ceci vient de 2 facteurs, (je précise que nous sommes distributeur par conséquent nos clients font régulièrement des commandes avec beaucoup de lignes de produits) Le premier problème est le nombre de commandes qui s'accumule (de mon coté j'ai pu faire un nettoyage tout en gardant les factures), Le second qui est problématique dans mon cas est le bloc des produits déjà vu par l'utilisateur disponible dans le profil utilisateur du backoffice (Customer Settings > "Utilisateur") Le chargement des pages du front par les clients qui commandent depuis ces 3 années est aussi ralenti (quelques secondes de chargement), en revanche les clients qui ont peu de commandes n'ont pas ce problèmes. Donc je pense sérieusement que ce bloc en particulier est la source du problème. Sauriez vous ou sont stockés les données des Produits Déjà vus dans la base de données ? j'aimerais pouvoir vider cette table Merci d'avance !

Hello, It's been weeks that I've been trying to find a solution, I hope I can find it here After 3 years of using Prestashop (1.7.8.X), some customers are experiencing slow performance and it turns out that this is due to 2 factors, (I specify that we are a distributor so our customers frequently make orders with many product lines) The first problem is the accumulation of orders (on my side I was able to clean up while keeping the invoices), The second, which is problematic in my case, is the block "Viewed products" by the user available in the user profile of the back office (Customer Settings > "User") The loading of front pages by customers who have been ordering for these 3 years is also slowed down (a few seconds of loading), On the other hand, customers with few orders do not have this problem. So I seriously think that this block in particular is the source of the problem. Would you know where the data of already seen products is stored in the database? Hi guys, we use Prestashop 1.6.1.10 and we have a strange problem hapenning. When i activate APCu or Memcache(-d) Cache, we have very fast frontend, but we can't work in the backend. For example, i go into one product and change the Meta Title. After i click save in the input field stands the old Meta Title, but in the database is the new Meta Title. When i after that disable APCu i refresh the form and see the right Meta Title. Is there a way to somehow disable cache for backend? Or move backend to separate instance? What are the best practices there? Every time to turn off APCu when i change something in shop is impossible ... Will be very thankful for you help!

Having major issues with the slowness of the backend - Takes around 30 seconds to login into the backend accessing any of the the tabs take around 5 - 10 seconds to load make a change in the backend then affects the frontend - slowing the website access sometimes to a point when it is inaccessible Any recommendations? Buenas, Tenemos instalado un Prestashop 1.7.5.1 y hemos notado que cada ciertos minutos (creo que entre 5-10 minutos) la sesión del bakcend se cierra automáticamente, lo cual nos está resultando algo molesto a la hora de trabajar. Ya que, por ejemplo, si estamos escribiendo un artículo para el blog, de pronto se cierra la sesión y perdemos los cambios no guardados. Supongo que este comportamiento será por algún motivo de seguridad para evitar que la sesión se quede abierta siempre. Pero, ¿existe alguna forma de desactivar este cierre de sesión automático del backend o al menos poder hacer que el intervalo de tiempo sea mayor? Muchas gracias de antemano.

I have an issue, where my the backend of my shop is somehow broken. I think it happend after I tried installing a free third party module. Orders which don't have a invoice or order form are displayed normal. but orders with it are displayed like in the file i added. somehow there is an error, that css and javascript and somhow other information don't load.. anyway, i found an old backup of the database. and now i would like to restore this order page from that backup. which tables should i overwrite? What I dont want to touch are the customers, the orders and my products. It doesn't matter if I have to reinstall the modules and configure them again. But I cannot afford to lose the mentioned data. can anybody help me out? thanks in advance!

Buenas, Tenemos instalado un Prestashop 1.7.71 desde hace tiempo y nos acabamos de dar cuento de lo que parece ser un error en el backend de Prestashop. Si nos dirigimos a Diseño>Páginas tenemos una categorías principal con 109 subcategorías. Cuando entro para ver las subcategorías creadas el listado me muestra 100 máximo, por lo que necesito acceder a la página 2 del listado para ver todas mis subcategorías. Pues cuando pulso, ya sea sobre el número o sobre la flecha para dirigirme a la segunda página de las subcategorías, Prestashop no hace la redirección esperada, sino que me redirige a la segunda página de la página principal de las categorías. Debido a este problema tengo 9 subcategorías a las que no puedo acceder desde el listado. Parece ser un error interno de Prestashop en la generación de los enlaces de la página para las subcategorías. ¿A alguien más le ha ocurrido esto y ha podido solucionarlo? Hello all, J'ai un gros soucis avec mon site, après quelques pages de navigations j'ai une erreur qui m'empeche tout simplement d'aller sur le site : Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit. si je prends un autre navigateur ou un navigateur privé je n'ai pas l'erreur, j'ai beau supprimé les cookies l'erreur revient toujours et je suppose que si j'ai l'erreur, les clients l'ont aussi également. Une idée ?

Añadirlo como un campo que sale en la foto adjunta. He mirado y buscado información, y he seguido los pasos de Víctor Ródenas (usuario: nadie), en la siguiente página: https://victor-rodenas.com/anadir-campos-en-el-formulario-de-registro-en-prestashop-1-7/, que es una traducción de Prestacraft (https://prestacraft.com/adding-new-fields-to-the-registration-form-in-prestashop-1-7/#modal-fb). La primera parte bien, pero cuando voy al apartado de BackEnd, los archivos no están, porque se han movido, (Yo utilizo Prestashop 1.7.6.4). Seguí buscando información y tengo entendido que se han movido a la ruta: raiz/src/PrestaShopBundle (https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/1020714-overide-admincustomerscontroller-no-funciona-en-la-1764/). Busco el archivo y no lo encuentro, supongo que se habrá renombrado pero no veo ningún archivo similar al que menciona Víctor. He buscado en Prestacraft si había algún tutorial más reciente sobre este caso y nada. Bonjour à toutes et à tous, J'ai modifié mon formulaire de inscription de client, pour déterminer le type de client, professionnel ou particulier. J'ai créé la colonne status_customer dans la table ps_customer. J'ai également créé un override de classes/Customer.php et classes/form/CustomerFormatter.php. Enregistrez et modifiez correctement dans le Frontend. Résultat: Je voudrais ajouter une nouvelle colonne à la liste des clients ou nouveau champ dans la fiche client J'ai consulté différents guides, mais je n'arrive pas. Hello, here is a long nice history about an error and the understanding for a newieb like me😄. So the error in fact its just the Status on the back office and front its not working automatically, doing a new installation on the demo website it works automatically. Back-office: Front-office: I saw in a lot of diferent topics here (Prestashop Forum) the same error and people doing his own module to do this, or just updating the modules and PS works again (not my case) i wan to know exactlly what its happening, if is possible. What is happening: When the customer make a order, and choose, the wire payment, its should send 2 emails, one for the confirmation (this sent automatically, works fine) and the second one with the wirepayment details (this not work auto, only if changuing manually its sent). The emails works fine and i have a SMTP server well configured. The email with the bank details as well work fine and no problems with the templates. I check aswell the configuration of the estatus and its only with the option "Send a email" (last one on the pic) Then: When i go to PHPAdmin and looks the orders (ps_orders) i can see the "Current_Status ID" its 0, and it should be 10 (for the status awaiting for bank transfer o bank payment). Thats for me means that a module or a hook its doing a conflict. So i desactivated all the payment modules except bank payment and still not working, (some are current_state 10 because i changued manually). All this hapenned in PS 1.7.6.8 and with the module "1 click upgrade" i update to 1.7.8.5 (last one) and still same error, its not changuing the status. So: In my adventure to solve this i found a lot of dev trying to do this by a custom module, but im a rookie on PHP and im not sure how to doit exactlly. But i manage to understand how the php works, i found that might the problem its in the "ps_wirepayment/front/validate.php" but not sure how to fix or try it. I'm having trouble with the export function on the backend order page. I'd like to export all orders within a certain time period. But for some reason prestashop only allows me to export what is on page 1, while I want all 20 pages of orders that's within my search parameter. If anyone knows what code to modify I'd appreciate your expertise. I'm using Prestashop 1.7.6.9
