Buenos días, Con el cambio a GA4, he decidido aprovechar para hacerlo todo desde Google tag manager y así no tener más de un script para lo mismo. He introducido el código sin problemas, he enlazado GTM con Analytics y todo funciona correctamente. La página no da errores en el debug de tag manager e interpreta correctamente las etiquetas. He generado un evento para medir las conversiones (purchase), y lo dispara correctamente en las ventas. El problema es que solo cuenta las ventas, pero no esta cargando el resto de datos que antes sí tenía (articulo, precio, etc...). Creo que es un problema con el Data Layer, pero no estoy seguro de como hacerlo. Sé que hay módulos de pago que lo hacen, pero el coste no es menor y encima tienen ahora mantenimiento anual, por lo que me gustaría poder evitar pagar por algo tan aparentemente sencillo. ¿alguna idea de por donde pueden ir los tiros? Buongiorno, Vorrei capire alcune cose in merito al numero di visitatori, in quanto dal backoffice di Prestashop ci viene indicato un numero spropositato di visitatori quasi 17k rispetto ai solo 115 che ci vengono fatti vedere da Google Analytics con lo stesso lasso di tempo ovvero gli ultimi 28/30 giorni. Su quale piattaforma dobbiamo fare affidamento? E' più plausibile che siano veritieri i dati di Analytics o quelli di Prestashop? Anche perché il numero di conversione è veramente basso. Attendo un vostro riscontro in quanto sicuramente più esperti di me da questo punto di vista. Davide Banzaii

Hi! Google Analytics does not track ecommerce info, Does anyone know how to fix it? I have Prestashop 1.7.7 installed with the free / official Prestashop module. I have activated the ecommerce option in the GA panel Both Visits and my own events are shown without any problem The ec.js file loads without problems It happens with all my clients Prestashop websites. Bonjour à tous, Je n'arrive pas à trouver la Destination de la page de confirmation de commande de mon site ; c'est pour configurer un Goal dans Google Analytics afin de tracker la performance des ventes (transactions). J'ai configuré l'objectif sur CHIFFRE D'AFFAIRE et EFFECTUER UN PAIEMENT. J'ai activé aussi Ecommerce Enhanced. Par exemple, lorsqu'un client achète un produit par carte bancaire ou avec Paypal, il est redirigé sur le site avec une page qui récapitule la commande. Ce que je cherche à faire, c'est placer cette url dans Google Analytics pour obtenir des données sur les ventes. Le problème, c'est que l'url est différente selon la commande : voici l'url d'un achat test -> https://nomdusite.com/confirmation-commande?id_cart=XXXX&id_module=70&id_order=XXXX&key=numerodelacle Si je mets cette url dans Analytics, ça ne marchera pas bien sûr, parce que ça concerne uniquement 1 commande. J'essaie de trouver la destination qui prendra en compte toutes les commandes. Je me suis renseigné, d'autres personnes ont eu le même problème sur 1.6. J'ai mis pour l'instant /order-confirmation.php. Cela me fait une estimation de conversion 0.03%. Je pense que ce n'est pas la bonne Destination. Il y a eu depuis des ventes, et aucune donnée n'est disponible dans Conversions -> Commerce Electronique -> Performance des ventes Vous auriez la possibilité de m'indiquer comment je peux trouver la bonne destination ? Le site utilise le module de paiement Systempay. Si vous pouvez me renseigner, je vous remercie d'avance !

Bonjour, J'ai voulu activer le suivi du e-commerce amélioré sur GA et je n'ai pas les performances des produits. Tout est en "Not Set" Après quelques échanges, on m'a fait ajouter la balise ci-dessous dans le fichier order-confirmation-table.tpl ce qui me permet de remonter au moins le CA et les transactions. Par contre, si toute la première partie du code fonctionne correctement, tout ce qui vient après le "items = [{foreach from=" ne fonctionne pas. Hi, I want to track abandoned carts in Prestashop 1.7 (my actual version 1.7.6) and try to use this method : https://www.knowband.com/blog/ecommerce-blog/use-google-analytics-tracking-shopping-cart-abandonment/ The fact is that we need to create Goals in Analytics with destination URL and a funnel with Cart page URL and Checkout page URL. I don't know what are the URLs in Prestashop 1.7 because it's dynamic. I'm not sure if it's the right method because if someone only add to cart and never goes to the cart, it will not count in the Goal. So my first question : is this the right way to do that? The Google Analytics module doesn't track those informations. If not, could you purpose me an other solution? And the second : if it's the right way, what are the URLs to use? Thanks for your answer. And do not hesitate to ask me for additional information !

Bonjour, Je viens d'installer Prestashop Metrics pour un site nouvellement créé (Prestashop 1.7.6.8), et pour lequel une propriété Google Analytics a été créée sur la nouvelle version (G.A. 4) Lors de la configuration de Metrics, sur la recherche de propriété, seules les anciennes propriétés ressortent (d'autres sites Internet liés à mon Analytics), et malheureusement pas celle qui a été créée sur le nouveau format. Metrics est-il compatible avec cette nouvelle version d'Analytics ? Peut-être ai-je mal configuré ma liaison ? Merci pour votre aide.

Hola, tengo una duda respecto a la manera de instalar google analytics en mi tienda de prestashop 1.7.6.5 he investigado al respecto y sé que hay dos maneras de instalarlo, la primera es mediante un módulo y la segunda es copiando el script que me da analytics en el header de mi tienda, mi primer intento fue con un módulo, pero sentí que se alentó un poco mi tienda, he leído en algunos blogs que es mejor poner directamente el script en el header ya que el módulo consume más recurso ¿es eso verdad? Agradecería mucho que me pudieran aconsejar, gracias.

Las búsquedas arrojan este parámetro en la url: midominio/busqueda?controller=search&s=miel ¿Sabéis qué debería poner en el apartado "Parámetro de consulta" de Analytics? Gracias foreros!

I've been trying to setup Plausible.io but fail in integrating it 😂 There is a documentation and the whole magic should be to insert this snippet: <script async defer data-domain="my-prestashop.de" src="https://plausible.io/js/plausible.js"></script> into I tried to add it into /themes/classic/templates/_partials/head.tpl and /themes/classic/templates/_partials/header.tpl but didn't succeed. Somehow they both don't contain a clear <head>-section. Can anyone hint me where to add this code?

Hallo, Ik zie niet alle bestellingen terug in mijn Analytics account en Facebook business manager. Ik heb de missende transactie-id's geanalyseerd maar zie geen verband tussen de transacties. Ik heb bijvoorbeeld een periode waarin Analytics aangeeft dat er 55 bestellingen zijn geweest, terwijl dit er in werkelijkheid 80+ zijn geweest. (relatief gezien, groot verschil dus) Ik heb het idee dat het misschien kan liggen aan het feit dat niet al mijn klanten de 'thank you'-page zien. Daar haalt Analytics immers de 'conversie' vandaan (volgens mij). Wat zou ik kunnen doen dit te verhelpen (& hoe), Ik ben erg benieuwd of jullie mij kunnen helpen want ik ben inmiddels radeloos bij dit probleem. Met vriendelijke groet, Bas

Bonjour, Je suis entrain de finaliser ma boutique sur prestashop, j'ai ajouté le module "Google Analytics" en l'installant directement depuis prestashop. J'ai ajouté le tracking ID commencent par G-X.... cependant lorsque je vais sur mon espace google analytics je n'arrive pas à visualiser mes visiteurs ou avoir un suivi. Avez-vous une idée du problème ? J'ai testé avec un autre compte google analytics, même problème. Merci d'avance

Ciao a tutti, utilizzo PS1.7.4.2 con PHP ver 7.2.x e ho notato che le statistiche da backoffice di prestashop non sono complete. Mi spiego meglio, con utenti attivi nel frontend del sito non vedo utenti attivi online comparire nella dashboard. ho anche notato che se abbandono alcuni carrelli questi non sono sempre visibili sulle statistiche. Qualcuno ha riscontrato questo problema o sa indicarmi una soluzione? magari devo attivare qualche funzione su Apache o simile? Chiedo perchè ho anche un problema di tracciamento su google Analytics del sito che non da la funzione tempo reale e ho aperto post su forum generico e non vorrei ci fosse correlazione. attendo suggerimenti, grazie!!

Hello, we are on the Prestashop 1.7.4.3 platform using the Warehouse theme that has Elementor built in. Also on a Macbook Pro OS version 10.13.6 using the Chrome browswer. 1. I've using it as a landing page as part of a funnel to launch a new product. It is located in Design>Pages>Page Category: Home. As simple as it sounds I'm confused. How do I make it go live for others to see it? 2. How do I connect the buy button to the the shopping cart built into Prestashop? 3. Is there a way that this page can have analytics? Things like Unique Visitors, Click Through Rates, etc.? (Of course I know it can't have detailed analyicts of a professional funnel builder like a Click Funnels) @Guest @Dh42 Thanks!

Hello la commu :) Selon Google Analytics, j'ai un temps de moyen de chargement de page de 1,85sec. En fait, presque tous les navigateurs affichent mes pages bien plus rapidement, mais Analytics m'informe que Chrome les affiche en un peu plus de 6 secondes (!!) alors que c'est le 3ème navigateur le plus utilisé par mes prospects ce qui est assez problématique. Personnellement, j'utilise Chrome et tout est rapide lorsque je me balade sur mon site (même en vidant le cache). Quelqu'un connaîtrait les raisons de cette différence avec les autres navigateurs? I have a situation where we are getting strange bounce rates. Google have stated that it may be because there are two 'pageview' instructions on each page. Has anyone come up against this and have an easy solution baring in mind we are not developers? Do Prestashop acknowledge this issue?

Bonjour à tous, J'ai quelques difficultés à créer des balises sur Google Tag Manager. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi celles ci ne se déclenchent pas. Par exemple : Je souhaite tracker le slider "accessoires" pour voir si c'est utile ou non. J'ai donc repéré un ID et j'ai configuré ma balise comme cela : Type de suivi : Événement Catégorie : Crosselling Action : click_slider Libellé : accessoires_clic Le déclencheur : Type de déclencheur : Clic - Tous les éléments Conditions : Certains clics, click ID contient accessories_slider En utilisant le debug de GTM, je m'aperçois que la balise ne se déclenche pas. Avez vous une idée de pourquoi la balise ne se déclenche pas ? Merci d'avance pour votre aide!

Bonjour, Je ne sais pas si la question a déjà été posée, et je m'en excuse si c'est le cas mais je cherche depuis des jours des réponses sans succès. Ma boutique, Le Monde d'Anna et Matteo, est sous Prestashop 1.7. J'ai installé depuis l'admin le module officielle Analytics développé par PrestaShop. Pas de souci, les visites remontent parfaitement, la liste de mes produits apparaît une fois les paramètres e-commerce activés. Par contre, ensuite, c'est le vide. Je n'ai aucune mise au panier qui apparaît. Aucune transaction. Rien, nada. Or dans le module, à part l'UA, il n'y a rien à mettre. Qu'est-ce que j'aurais raté? Merci par avance Mélanie

Salut à tous, Je reprends à peine mes marques sur PrestaShop que je suis confronté à un problème assez pénible. Je bosse pour un e-seller qui possède un multisite. Après avoir un peu observé les comptes Analytics et Adwords, je me suis rendu compte qu'un problème était récurrent : les conversions ne comptabilisent que les payements en CB et pas le Paypal... Gênant pour avoir des stats propres et surtout pour Adwords. J'ai découvert que les pages de confirmation TPL n'étaient pas les mêmes pour le module Paypal que pour les autres payements. J'ai donc pensé à installer le script GA simplement sur le TPL avec les balises {litteral} mais je me suis rendu compte que cela allait "donner" toutes les ventes Paypal à une seule vue GA et évidemment pas aux autres. Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà résolu ce problème ? Difficile de continuer à faire de l'Adwords à l'aveugle avec une bonne partie des conversions en moins... Merci à tous !
