When I try to disable any value of CCC and press "Save" it returns "Ok", but when I reload the Advanced Parameters>Performance page CCC values are still enabled. Please help! Using Prestashop 1.5.6.2

I am trying to work out why I can not see peoples shopping carts when they have items in there. In the customer page, under products or abandoned carts it shows what they currently have in there, when I click on to see what they have, the first page advises I have no permission to see the page....
