Buen día, Estoy trabajando en presashop 1.7.6 y tengo un pequeño problema con las URL´s de mi ecommerce. Primero aparecía al final del dominio /index.php. Lo quité activando las URL´s amigables desde tráfico y SEO, pero al hacer eso, dejaron de funcionar el resto de las páginas (error 404) cómo categorías, contacto, productos... etc. Este sería un ejemplo de cómo se ve sin y con URL´s amigables en las página de categorías: Sin URL amigable: www.midominio.com.co/index.php?id_category=535&controller=category Con URL amigable: www.midominio.com.co/535-automoviles-y-camionetas Agradezco de antemano a quien me pueda ayudar.

Everything works well and I had friendly URL on my website until I tried to work with Advanced SEO plugin. After changing some titles things I got 404 error for products. Even after removing it from module I get the same issue. For catalog and other pages everything works fine. Only product pages got this issue. Cache is off Switching to debugging mode with switching off all 3rd party plugins doesn't help me to solve this issue. Do you have any ideas how to treat this? I want to add my best-sales block to the 404 error page, is that possible to do? I have tried to copy the content from my best sales template (best-sales.tpl) into my 404 template (404.tpl). But when i access the 404 error page, it says that there is no top products.

Peço uma ajuda a quem possa ter tido este problema. Ao editar uma página CMS basta colocar uma imagem ou modificar qualquer pequeno texto que ao gravar dá-me logo Erro 404 página não encontrada. Já coloquei o .htaccess como de origem, já desliguei os friendly urls e voltei a ligar, etc., e acontece sempre o mesmo. Se for num produto funciona tudo bem. Alguma dica? Obrigado!

Qualcuno potrebbe spiegarmi perché prestasho reindirizza alla pagina index.php?controller=404 le url delle vecchie categorie (quelle ormai chiuse) e perdi più con redirect 302, anziché 301? Se invece si richiede una qualsiasi pagina inesistente, per esempio sito.it/blabla, prestashop restituisce l'errore 404 senza fare il re-indirizzamento alla pagina index.php?controller=404 e con redirect 301. Grazie!

Bonjour, lorsque je change de langue en étant sur une page produit le site me retourne une erreur 404, cela fonctionne pourtant bien lorsqu'on est en home page ou sur la page catégorie. J'ai cherché dans tout les sens je ne trouve pas. Merci de votre aide ! Hello After upgrade my prestashop 1.7.3 to 1.7.4.2 we are trying to translate some email templates through the prestashop translator but each time we trying to when we press save the site redirects to 404. Any idea for a solution?

Hi everybody, I'm facing an issue while I'm trying to install Prestashop. In the Installation Assistant everythinf works fine, except Install Addons modules. It stops at 67% and gives HTTP 404 - error - . Does anyone know how to fix it? Thank you!

I'm new to PrestaShop and I just uploaded and installed the latest verstion. The installation process goes through fine but when I try to login to my admin https://mystorename.com/admin I get a 404 error. Any idea why this might be the case? The homepage and default products show up fine.

¡Hola a todos! Tengo una consulta sobre los enlaces del bloque CMS en un Prestashop 1.6.1.18 en tres idiomas. Para uno de mis clientes he utilizado esta sección para poner el apartado legal y las condiciones de compra del sitio web. Actualizamos el sitio web a la última versión el pasado mes de marzo y en ese momento todos los enlaces funcionaban correctamente. El caso es que ayer, al revisar el contenido de la política de privacidad del web, nos hemos dado cuenta que el bloque CMS no funciona bien. Enlaza al ID del contenido pero en vez de mostrar el contenido aparece el tooltip de "Esta página no existe". Creía que era un problema de reescritura pero... He desactivado las URL amigables, y las he vuelto a reactivar y sucede lo mismo. Por lo tanto, no es un problema de reescritura de las URL. De hecho, el .htacess se genera correctamente He desactivado el modulo Clean URL (lo tenemos activado para eliminar la id del producto) para descartar que haya algún problema de compatibilidad con este modulo. Sigue con el problema. He modificado la estructura de reescritura de las URL especificando la ID de la página al final de ella ({id}-{rewrite} a {rewrite}-{id}). Tampoco aparece la página. He activado la opción del modulo multiview de Apache. Tampoco aparece la página. He activado la desactivación del modulo mod_security de Apache. Tampoco aparece la página. He intentado crear una página nueva con contenido y un título y URL que no existia y tampoco encuentra la página. Los contenidos creados con el CMS block tampoco funcionan sin URL amigables. Se ha desactivado y posteriormente eliminado y reinstalado el modulo CMS Block y se ha vuelto a comprobar todo lo anterior, paso por paso, y sigue pasando lo mismo. En cada una de las pruebas se ha limpiado la caché del Prestashop y del navegador. La única modificación que se ha realizado entre el pasado mes de marzo y ayer ha sido añadir un nuevo producto (no hay copia de seguridad antes de añadir el nuevo producto). Durante este período de tiempo no se ha actualizado nada más. La página en cuestión es https://www.columnamusica.com/es/legal He estado mirando en el foro, y veo que habitualmente se trata de un tema de reescritura de URL, pero en este caso sin las URLs amigables tampoco funciona. ¿Os habíais encontrado con un problema así? ¡Muchas gracias!

Hi all! I recenetly installed PS on my server and installed it using IP address access (ie. without a domain name) and started to build my site. I have now purchased the domain name and set it up on my server. I changed the site URL in the admin section, deleted the .htaccess and turned off and on again the friendly URL option so a new .htaccess was generated. Now... my very first category keeps giving me a "page not found error" yet all of the other categories and products load fine? Any ideas what could have happened?

Hi all, I have recently installed and setup a Prestashop 1.6.1.6 installation on my website (boulderclothingcompany.com) and after installing my SSL and creating an account with Authorize.net I installed the Authorize.net AIM module in the admin side of my site, Unfortunately when a customer clicks the "complete purchase" button in the AIM module in the front end they are met with a "404 page not found error". After contacting first Authorize.net and later my own hosting provider, they both mentioned that I should contact the developer. Also I have done some searching through the forums here, I haven't found anything though. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the module and reset the API login key. If there's anything i can provide to assist in this manner please let me know, as this is my first post ever to the forums. Any ideas or assistance is greatly appreciated. Evan S.

He cambiado mucho los enlaces, las rutas e incluso rehice la web en el mismo dominio. Por tanto tengo muchas paginas indexadas que han sido cambiadas y por tanto se encuentran errores 404 penalizando el SEO. He visto que hay modulos que hacen redirecciones 301, pero... 1) ¿Que forma sería para hacerlo manualmente? (imagino que en el htaccess) 2) ¿Que modulo es el mejor para esto? ¿hay alguno que lo haga automaticamente? Un saludo,

Hi, I've been attempting to add a new page into a pre-existing prestashop store, but whenever I add in a new page (via a module, SEO and URL, or CMD) I receive a 404 error on loading the page. I have a local version of the test prestashop and have ran the page from there and it has worked fine. In this case I added it into the modules folder and just called it as a webpage, which ran fine. This has me wondering if there is a permissions problem now that its a live website. I have also tried moving some of the existing files to another place and get a 404 for them as well. I have got friendly url on and have tried re-creating the htaccess file, to no avail. I've heard that this could be a server error and was wondering if I should contact them now, or if there was anything else I can try first. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have a problem with product (only) thumbnail generate. When I click to generate new products thumbnails, I am waiting about 5-8 minutes (nothing happend at this time) and then I see 404 error on my webshop. Can anyone help me in that issue? Why is doing that? Karol

Hi, Until 2 days ago my PS 1.6.11 backoffice was working perfectly but suddenly today I cannot open it at all and it throws 404 Error. There are no changes done in URL, Admin Folder name, and AutoUpgrade is disabled. The Front End URL i.e., http://www.greatonlinesale.sg is working fine but not the backend. I need the solution urgently as it is a Live Instance. UPDATE: I tried to find some issues using the below steps 1) Enabled Prestashop Debug 2) Now the page shows the below error. I remember recently there was the blockuser module upgrade and I believe there was some issue in it. Now can you please share how to fix this issue. Sorry I am not a technical person, so please bear with me. In Google webmaster tools I have 24 URL's that are not found. 404 errors. I am seeing this occurs if you go to my site for example and type in www.mydomain.com/category and then click on the "brands" link at the top (fyi this link has been renamed from the manufacturing block). Does anyone know what is going on here? Would there be a manual way to redirect this so it doesn't have a 404 error? Thanks for your help. Hi, I get a 404 error message - This page is not available by clicking on languages button and selecting any one of the both languages. I managed to reproduce that issue and I find out that the issue is alive always when the friendly url option is enabled. If disable the friendly url (preferences -> SEO and URL's -> Friendly Url) I never get 404 error message. What I have done so far to fix that issue but without any success: -Clear cash-smarty; cash and compil folders, clear browser cash. -I restored twice to older dates when the issue wasn't available, but it didn't work for me. - I played with the .htaccess files browsing and testing with some suggestions found in other similar topics in this forum, but no luck. Hi, I am having issues with the translations regardless of what I tried to change, the page is just won't saved. Always 404 error. I am using Prestashop 1.5.6.2 (will try to upgrade to v.1.6 soon). Here are the steps of what I am trying to do: Localization > Translations > Installed modules translations > [select the theme(not default theme)] > [select ENGLISH] flag. Under Module stsocial, change "Get Social" to "Follow Us". Then Save. Error page 404. Here, doesn't matter which module and what text I tried to change, when click on the Update or Update and stay button, I received 404 error message. I researched on the previous prestashop translations issues and tried almost all the relevant options but still not fixed. I contacted the hosting company but they cannot help. What exactly can they help apart from restart the apache server and ensure that the mod_security and mode_rewrite are enabled? Below are those I tried. -make sure back office-->advanced parms-->performance-->smarty is not set to 'never compile' -cmod is 755 to public_html and all its folders and files under it. -.user.ini or .php.ini settings register_globals = Off; magic_quotes_gpc = Off; max_execution_time = 1000; max_input_time = -1; memory_limit= 1024M; upload_max_filesize= 128M; post_max_size= 512M; max_input_vars = 5000; (even set to 10000, still not work) suhosin.get.max_vars = 5000; (even set to 10000, still not work) suhosin.post.max_vars = 5000; (even set to 10000, still not work) -click on Update Translations button in BO. This is automaticailly create en.php file to all theme's translation files as informed by the author of the theme. -tried the .htaccess fault i.e In the back office under SEO & URL tab I have set "friendly" and "canonical" URL's to NO, saved the preferences, then i have deleted the entire code within .htaccess, went back to the SEO & URL tab, set "friendly" & "canonical" URL back to YES and pressed the save button. -created the AdminTranslations.php as someone had suggested in one of the posts. Still not work. Could someone please help me?

Hi all, I am having issues when I enable friendly urls on my shop, when it is switched on all pages return in a 404 error, I would be grateful if someone could shed some light on this issue as I have been looking for a solution to this issue for some time with no success. We have upgraded our Prestashop from 1.4.9.0 to 1.5.6.2. Everything seems fine accept when we turn on "Friendly URL" We have tried the following. Created new .htaccess Added: AllowOverride All to .htaccess file Check against other fresh installations of Prestashop 1.5.6.2 Found a lot of other people with same issues on this forum with no resolution. I'm sure its a simple fix. Would like to try have this sorted out ASAP. Thanks

I'm getting a 404 error after I change content in an existing product. I can create a product just fine, but it will not allow me to update any of the features, quantities, pricing, attachments, etc... I'm using PS1.5.6.1 I've got SSL. I'm forcing SSL on all pages.
