for the first time, i work on existent custom modules developed by old web developer on prestashop 1.6. My problem is about a custom module used to manage status for new publications. I work on two controllers class in /controller/admin who manage two admin views. I have done some modifications on second view controller without any problems (add / manage customs field on form or tab). But in the first admin controller who manage main view, as soon as I process to modification in postProcess() function, I have a "access denied" on the module view in backoffice. I've verified acces rights on tab and permissions/employees, access right on ftp files, i didn't see any problem. I am super admin. Is there something to do after modifying custom module file to access to its view in backoffice ? This module has many tabs / views and others don't have this issue. It's the first time i work on existent custom modules, and i didn't find anything on documentation or others posts. Please help me, any advises are welcome. I didn't change any .tpl files. Just the custom module/controller/admin file. I try to clear cache manually. When I put back the old controller file, everything work fine. I verify access / permissions / roles on BDD for module tabs and everything is ok. EDIT : issue doesn't occurs on another server containing same file for another website. (same project architecture) I think the problem is based on server settings or WAF. EDIT 2 : After resolve WAF settings, my php file displaying in plain text. My web hosting has confirmed everything is fine in apache conf.

Tengo una instalación de Prestashop que me está dando el siguiente error al intentar traducir un módulo instalado o al usar el AP PAGE BUILDER de la plantilla de LeoTheme que estoy utilizando (en concreto Minimal). 403 FORBIDDEN ERROR You do not have permission to access this document. El error se produce en el momento que quiero guardar y me ocurre desde que trasladé el Prestashop a un nuevo servidor y actualicé la versión de la 1,6.1.10 a la 1,6.1.13 Facilito alguna información adicional La versión actual de Prestashop es la 1,6.1.14 La versión de PHP es la 7.0.19 Panel Plesk Todas las carpetas tienen permisos 775 Todos los archivos tienen permisos 664 He cotejado la base de datos y no tiene errores. He vaciado la caché de de Prestashop y del navegador, incluso he probado con varios navegadores. No he detectado ningún otro problema, el Frontpage parece funcionar bien. No tengo ni idea de por dónde seguir, agradezco cualquier idea que me podais facilitar. Un saludo.

Cuando accedo a mi dominio me aparece un error "403 Forbidden". Si intento entrar al backoffice también. Mensaje en pantalla: Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource.Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe Como puedo solucionarlo? Gracias

I am currently having a bit of a nightmare with my prestashop dashboard. Everything has been running fine up until now (as is usually the case) For whatever reason now when I try to use the catalogue in the prestashop dashboard I will get a random Error 403 forbidden which then makes the front end site and the dashboard inaccessible from my current IP address for around 3 minutes. I have whitelisted my IP in maintenance and geolocation on the dashboard and I have also whitelisted my IP with the host side. It is pretty random, sometimes I can use the catalogue for a short time before getting the 403 error and other times it happens straight away, then after around 3 minutes I have access again.

Olá minha loja estava funcionando normalmente quando instalei alguns modulos como mercado pago e o modulo do correio gratis a minha loja depois de um tempo não conseguir mais acessar só apresenta erro 403 proibido e o pior não consigo acessar o painel administrativo para modificar os modulos...,. não sei mais o que fazer não tenho certeza se foi os modulos ou alguma outra coisa. Já mantive contato com o meu servidor de hospedagem e o mesmo informou que provavelmente modifiquei a url para redirecionar mais não mexi em nada disso.... Alguém pode me informar se tem como resolver? Obrigado!!!

Hi friends. I'm trying to integrate my shop software with prestashop using the webservice option, but I have several problems. I'm using php and following the official documentation on web (http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/Using+the+PrestaShop+Web+Service). I can create (POST) and retrieve (GET), but I can't delete(DELETE) or update (PUT). On those both I always get: HTTP/1.1 403 ForbiddenDate: Mon, 20 Jul 2015 15:21:19 GMTServer: ApacheContent-Length: 297Connection: closeContent-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1 I have review and activate all permission on webservice configuration, and I'm using 1.6.0.14 version. Was trying to edit the footer information in the BlockCMS section under Localization > Translations and after I hit save, I was hit with a 403 Forbidden. I checked the permissions and .htaccess files to make sure everything was fine and it seemed like it was. It happens when I also try to modify Instant Search settings under Preferences > Search as well. Would someone please share some insight on what could be causing this issue? Maybe it is a .htaccess or permission problem and I just overlooked it. Not sure if it happens anywhere else but would like to get to the bottom of this issue as this platform has grown on me. Thank you.

Hello forum members! I have had a terrible accident. A long story short. I have been working on a webshop for about a year towards a launch that is supposed to be tomorrow 4/4-2014. Whilst working on the final parts and getting these done. I stupidly decided to try an upgrade. I did a backup of the site before starting the one-click upgrade just in case. When the upgrade was done, I noticed that the layout was different and totally corrupt, so I had to do a rollback. So I did a rollback to the backup I created...Sadly It did not work because of some frekking Readme.txt belonging to my shipping module that did not get removed. If I don't get this sorted out by tomorrow I will probably get fired. I am most grateful for all the help I may receive. I have included a screenshot. Now I am unable to even log in at all. All pages returns a 403 forbidden. Hope there is someone out there that is able to save my night Kind regards Leonard

V1.5.6 (20 janvier) Le site marche mais je n'ai pas accès à l'admin (je changerai le nom du dossier quand ça marchera ) J'arrive sur une page 403 Forbidden avec comme texte : Forbidden You don't have permission to access /admin/ on this server. J'ai, ce matin, eu la bonne idée de vouloir tester l'activation du SSL à partir du back office de mon prestashop (sans vérifier la compatibilité de mon serveur ou je ne sais quelle étape à faire avant évidemment). Je me retrouve donc avec une belle page "403 forbidden : You don't have permission to access bla bla" lorsque je tente d'accéder à n'importe quelle page de mon site ! Etant novice, j'ai recherché sur google mais aucune aide ne m'a été utile (le SSL est bien desactivé dans ma BDD). Je fais donc appel à votre aide ! Hallo, wenn ich in meinem PrestaShop 1.5.4.1 unter Voreinstellungen -> SEO & URLs die Option "Vereinfachte URL" auf "Ja" setze und dann "Speichern" wähle, erhalte ich vom Webserver die Fehlermeldung "HTTP 403 Forbidden" Folgende Tests habe ich nun durchgeführt: 1. Gem. diesem Test funktioniert mode_rewrite auf meinem Server (Test) 2. Die URL welche den 403 zurückgibt ist: /admin1234/index.php?controller=AdminMeta&token=b50100d5c109c9ea9ccb4fc88d8dd841f Auch wenn ich VOR dem "Speichern" in /admin1234/index.php ganz oben ein die("hallo"); einbaue, erscheint der 403 Error. Wenn ich dann in Internet Explorer einen Refresh (F5) mache, wird das hallo ausgegeben. 3. .htaccess im root Verzeichnis umbenannt, ohne Erfolg. 4. Die Berechtigungen geprüft, scheinen aber auch korrekt zu sein: Dirs 755 / Files 644 Anbei 3 Screenshots. Bis auf diese Funktion funktioniert der PrestaShop ansich ohne Probleme. I just bought and installed Slideshow Advanced 7 in 1. Its a beautiful slider but I cant get it to work. After installing the module, I got to add images and it throws: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /prestashop/adminXXXX/< on this server. It seems there is something wrong in the module, its trying to access the admin folder directly instead of the url. This is a paid for module, can someone please help me? Environment: Apache on windows: Apache 2 Mysql 5.6 Php 5 Prestashop 1.5.4
