Hi There, Recently, I tried to do upgrade PS 1.7.6.1 to PS 1.7.6.3. My hosting has backup of images and files daily, I skipped image/file backup in the option in 1-click upgrade. However, it still backup files (I got a large number of image in img/p folder. Anyone knows whether it actually backup image file as list in the windows log ?! Thanks David

Hi to all, I got an issue upgrading my site from 1.6.20 to 1.7.5.1. Basically I can update the site without problems and the module says me that all operations are ok. When I log-in to 1.7.5.1 BO everything is all right. The shop with the dafault 1.7 theme is on-line, too. But when I try to add an item in the cart the cart remains empty. The Ajax script is ok (I got status 200 OK inspecting element) but nothing happens. Even without ajax cart the issue is stille there. Cart always says 0 elements and is the same for the /cart page. Has anyone a fix for this issue?

Po aktualizacji nie da się wyłączyć trybu "mainetance". Strona ładuje tylko nagłówek. Strona z wtyczkami się wysypuje. Nie działa nic w zapleczu a 1-click-upgrade nie potrafi przywrócić kopii (są kopie ale nieaktywny jest przycisk do jej przywrócenia). Czy spotkał się ktoś z tym problemem po aktualizacji z 1.7.5?

Hi, I update my store 1.7.4.2 -> 1.7.4.3 with 1-click-upgrade, and now appears the error: But it dont show any correction, for this reason I tryed with a new clean install of presta 1.7.4.3 and dont listed any error in required parameters, with this test, I discard any change to server side. Before the updating Presta 1.7.4.2 to 1.7.4.3 with 1-click-upgrade, displayed ok and ok, I tryed upgrade manually and when I execute https://dom.com/install/upgrade/upgrade.php display error 32 (dont anything to update)I check in the Database the version of the BD and Files: and display for the install version of files 1.7.4.2 and DB 1.7.4.3 I changed to 1.7.4.3 and dont solved yet. Any idea??? The shop work fine, but Display the error of parameters necesary.... When dont changing anything in the server or php.ini config. After update I having a error to update module filters, I solved modify the Install Version and Version DB to 1.7.4.3 and updating manually the files in the host, This way I can update the module.... But yet display the message of required parameters

Hi, I have recently upgraded the prestashop version from 1.6.0.6 to 1.6.1.20 using the 1-Click-Upgrade module. Everything else seems to work fine and as they should except in the back office when I click on 'Modules' or 'Modules > Modules' then i get the following error: [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/home/content/41/9066541/html/nextdivan/modules/blockreassurance/blockreassurance.php:Interface 'PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Module\WidgetInterface' not found I am still pretty new to Prestashop so have no clue how to fix the above errors. Can someone please explain / help? Thanks in advance

Bonjour, J'essaye de passer d'une version 1.7.1 à 1.7.3 avec le module "Mise à jour en 1 clic". Problème le bouton "MEttre à jour prestashop maintenant" ne fonctionne pas, disons qu'il ne lance jamais le traitement... Aucune action n'est lancée. Une idée ? Merci d'avance ! PHP 5.5

Hi Guys, I had my website working nicely. the front page has a specials block, new product block and the featured product block. But i used the 1-click-upgrade to update my website. It said all had been done and everything seemed fine. but when i checked my index page of the website the specials block and new product block had vanished. So i tried resetting each module with no luck. I then tried to disable them and then enable them again with no luck again. So i uninstalled them and reinstalled and that hasn't worked either. Después de actualizar Prestashop de 1.4.7 a 1.6 usando el módulo 1-click-upgrade, no puedo acceder ni al panel de administración ni al front end, el backend me da el siguiente error: Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty: Call of unknown method 'clear_compiled_tpl'. <-- thrown in /---/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 858 No encuentro información por ningún lado... Alguien sabe a qué se puede deber o cómo solucionarlo? Gracias

Salve ragazzi, ho un problema con uno dei nostri e-commerce, www.ishoppers.it il sito è costruito ovviamente on PS però una versione parecchio vecchia, la 1.4.7.0 Avremmo bisogno di aggiornare il tutto ma il caro 1-click-upgrade non sembra voglia saperne. La questione è che nell'apposita sezione indicata strumenti/upgrade la tab non si vede, o meglio: si vede l'indicazione "tab" ma quando ci clicco non si vede nulla, nesuna info di configurazione. Ho provato, come letto da qualche parte, a cancellare quella pagina (sezione Impiegati/Tab) e a riscriverla ma nulla. Ho provato più volte a resettare il modulo e ogni volta mi dice che è "impossibile caricare la tab" L'host è Aruba, li ho chiamati ma non mi sanno dire nulla. Voi ne sapete qualcosa?

Hola a toda la comunidad por favor podría explicar alguien de como actualizar de la v1.5.0.17 a la v1.5.10 ó v1.5.11 con el 1-click-Upgrade y como lo configuramos para hacer una correcta actualización? saludos
