Hi, we searched the entire forum but unfortunately didn't find a solution. We need to remove the text "waiting for validation" from the order_conf email that the customer receives after a successful sale. (See the screenshot) Does anyone have an idea how we can fix the problem? (Remove the rule, change the translation, change the value to  ... it will work for us) Additional Info: PS: 8.1.1 We use an third party theme - warehouse 4.6.2 Many thanks in advance!!!

Hello, We have a problem with the order_conf template that is sent out to our customers. The card codes are not converted to correct values. How to solve it? Do we need to reset the email templates? If so, where can I get the Swedish e-mail templates?

I'm just on my 2nd day with the code base of prestashop and I need to modify {payment} in Order Confirmation Email. I want to change the name of a specific payment method to something else (a more descriptive name) Prestashop version: 1.4.x Target: Order Confirmation Email In the B.O, this can be found here: Tools > Translations > Modify translations > E-mail template > Core e-mails > order_conf.html But I need to be able to manipulate the variable {payment} in there. Anyone knows where this variable is handled in the code?
