Hi I got a problem with the Google Analytics module that whenever I enable it the customers cannot add the product into cart and the error message says: Impossible to add the product to the cart.<br/>textStatus: 'error'<br/>errorThrown: 'Internal Server Error'<br/>responseText:<br/> Then I disabled the module and it works fine again. After a while I check the Google analytics and look like the analytics is not tracking properly anymore ( see image) Does anyone know if the module is the reason for the wrong tracking on google analytics and how to fix this? Thanks!

I've figured out finally. I was added from Groups and Atributes. Thanks.

Can anyone helo me with this. I am setting products combination for different frame sizes for bike. Under the value drop down I only see inches but I want to set it in centimeters. Does anyonw know how to do it? Thank you!

Hi all. Does anyone have the same problem with mine? When I tried to create a new category, the back office get frozen and not working. The rest is working fine. Any ideas why and how to fix this?

I need help. Does anyone know how to set the left column on the home page to spread a part of the page and the CMS blocks at the bottom still spread out the whole page width (like the attached image below). Also I don't know why but the Specials only display one product although I set it to display 4 items in the back office. Thank you!

Anyone know why when I uploaded this image for the top category banner, it displayed as very low resulution. The original image I uploaded was 1170x217px, 72dpi, which was supposed to be alright. The link to my website is http://bikes24-7.com/44--hybrids

HI thank you for your respond. I am pretty sure I logged in as superadmin but are there any ways to double check that, since i wasn't the one who built the website from scratch.

Hi, This is weird but I cannot find the Theme option in the preference menu bar (see picture). I am using pretashop 1.6.05 I installed a new them but didn't like it so I want to switch back to me default theme but I couldn't find any way to do it. Please help! Thank you everyone.
