Hello everyone! I am using PS 1.6. What is the easiest way to display product attributes (or options) not only at product view itself but also when list view? Here what I have now (marked blue): And here what I want to get (to place radio buttons to list-view plus total cart amount calculation): Is this some module responsible for it or I shall code some controllers/templates myself? That's ok in general. Or even that is great news! On other hand there are some promising e-commerce solutions based on Symfony already. And PrestaShop now enter their market. Symfony is now everywhere.

Hi! What are system requirements for v1.7? One of the strongest point for me is that 1.6 version can run at cheap shared hostings with easy installation process (unpack zip and step-by-step installation). What about system requirements and installation process of 1.7 version?

Hi vekia! Thanks for your reply! No, that's ok- I have two different languages with proper set options for sure. I tried to find the problem but couldn't so I just restored from backup and after it works ok. I have no idea why it was so. I will continue to customise and tweak my shop soon again and if I find somethning I will make a remark here. Thanks again!

Hello everyone! I am using PS 1.6.1.3 and default-bootstrap theme. After changing some text in blockcmsinfo module I do not see any changes at homepage. I cleared cache (via BO and then manually) but still no changes at front office. At the same time I can see new changed strings in ps_info_lang table in database. Custom CMS information block (blockcmsinfo) attached to displayHome hook. I switched to dev mode but no error aslo. How it can be? How may I catch or trace this bug? Thank you!

Yes, I've tried to find solution before asking and found few posts where home category was mentioned. And I have Home category ticked: And still if I decrease days count of "new" status of product these products are gone from home page.

Hello everyone! I am using PS 1.6.1.3 default-bootstrap theme. At home page I have only "new" products under "new arrivals" tab. If I decrease amount of days, some "old" products disappear from home page but can be found under "popular, featured (sale)" etc. tabs. At the same time my home page starts from "new arrivals" tab and this tab is active. But I need them all at homepage even if they are not new. How can I do it? Thank you!

Hello Genfortune, I am almost sure this is custom solution and you will not find such a ready module. May be some theme has it. You can acieve this effect with so called off-canvas navigation ideas. What exact data do you plan to put there?

Hello everyone! I am going to change sendtoafriend module behaviour: to add more fields to front-end form and to change front-end form look. As far as I get from official PS documnetation module can be overriden once: I use default bootstrap theme with PS 1.6.1.3. So I have sendtoafriend module in the root /modules/sendtoafriend folder and also I have sendtoafriend module at my theme folder /public_html/themes/default-bootstrap/modules/sendtoafriend. Does it mean that this module is already "overridden"? And if I need to change its behaviour do I need to tweak module files under theme folder? Thank you!

I think this was different encoding between FTP client, web hosting, web page encoding etc. The problem is gone when I use different ways of changing CSS files on live website.

I'm using PS 1.6.1.3 default-bootstrap theme. When I change or add any line in file /public_html/themes/default-bootstrap/css/global.css my website starts look bad. It's like it can not find global.css file anymore (or some part of it). But looking in source HTML I can see global.css attach properly and I can see even my changes inside it. But they are not applying in the broweser. Even more - page looks like some css is missing. I tryed to work with smarty cache, clear it manually and in back office, use different ways. No result. The page is stll incomplete (but inside everything is ok, broweser console is clean, all css files uploaded without any errors etc.). If I comment any line in global.css I got broken page, if I uncomment this line immidiately after I also again get broken page. I can get it back only if I upload global.css file back from original PS source. Whan can be wrong and how to solve? Thank you! P.S. it looks like the system calculate some file md5 hash and make some wrong decision P.P.S Sorry for such a short post title. I could not create topic with more explaining title

Hello everybody! I am going to use Prestashop as a cataloge with receiving requests via e-mail (no cart, no checkout). Visitor chooses product, press button , fill the form and send it to me nicely. Relatively simple and easy to use system. So I need to change add to cart button behaviour or switch to catalog mode and add another button to send request from each product. Is there any easy and clear way to do it or I have to make it hard way myself after reading docs, code and forum? I feel like I can use some hooks and controllers but I am not very sure. Please point me to the right direction! Thank you! P.S. I use Prestashop because of native multilingual catalog support and e-mail sending features out-of-the-box.
