Thank for reply the shop is working for long time but recently during adding new products I used Making URL from name bottom in Seo&Url tab seems this option is not supported for Persian language. I regenerated URL for those products which had this issue then it was solved

Recently I upgraded my Prestashop from 8.1.2 to 8.1.4 Now I have problem whith products release with error An unexpected error occurred. [PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Domain\Customer\Exception\CustomerException code 310] I enabled debug and got this: An unexpected error has occurred. [PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Domain\Product\Exception\ProductConstraintException Code 310]: Invalid Product localized property "link_rewrite" for language with id "1 can you help me friends

I had this issue after I changed my WHM server and restored site full backup. Back office was OK but in front office I had white screen. I tried all solutions but none worked. After many tries I installed fileinfo and intl extensions for all PHP versions on WHM(WHM/easyApache4/customize/Extensions) then the issue solved. If you dont have this access and only have access to Cpanel you can ask your host provider to install this extensions.

Thanks for reply I tried several solutions I read on other similar topics. No one worked for me . I spent 10 days to find the solution but Finally I decided to add pictures one by one manually from online site😰

I recently decided to upgrade from 1.6 to 8. For this purpose, I installed version 8 on the local host, downloaded the database host, and imported the information into it. Now all the registered products (34000 products) and customer orders and information have been loaded in PrestaShop Local. I also downloaded the images folder from the site and after deleting the extra images (such as _small.jpg, _medium.jpg, ...), I kept the necessary items that often have the word _default in their title and copied them to the localhost images folder, but These images are not visible in the store. Please help me how to solve this problem
