Hi selectshop.at, Apache / PHP version 5.6.31 / The cache module I believe is called Varnish Cache I will activate the debug mode once we get a blank page but any thoughts on better performance settings?

Hello everyone, We have an issue with the cashing of our website. It is still on the old version 1.6.1.8 .. I know we need to update it .. :/, but this hasn't been our priority so far. Last couple of weeks we started getting cashing issues .. the headers and banners disappear first and in the next hour, the whole website goes blank. There is no problem to login from the BO and once the cache is cleared everything goes back to normal. The problem is we don't know when this is happening and sometimes there have been hours with a completely blank website. The current settings of the performance page are attached. What is the best way to set up the cashing so it doesn't cause such a problems? Any help or advice would be much appreciated!

Hello everyone, I just got a blank index page out of nowhere. The website was working fine without any problems. I was trying to add a new voucher code and at the same time refreshed the FO and ... blank After 10 minutes someone placed an order, not sure how as I tried to check the page from few different IP and there was nothing .. Back office works fine, without any problems. The maintenance page appears fine if I turn it on. Version: 1.6.1.8 Any ideas what it could be? Need your help urgently guys as we are having sales campaign at the moment and loosing profit. Thank you in advance!
