Hi I've seen some reference to this problem already but there doesn't seem to be a solution. Some customers are getting to the shipping part of the shops checkout and are being told there are no Carriers available for their address. This is not the case. I'm struggling to discover a pattern as to why this occurring. I'm using 1.7.5.2 but I believe this problem has been reported in previous versions.

Hi I've just updated Prestashop to 1.7.5.2 and I've also updated my theme, I don't know which update is causing my problem but the pagination doesn't seem to be working correctly. I have the products to sort by price from low to high but at the moment they are all over the place. Is any one else having this issue?

The only problem seems to be emails that are sent from the contact form, they are not sent or listed in the panel on Advanced Parameters > Email page, however is you request a forgotten password that request is sent and listed on the Advanced Parameters > Email page.

I have this same problem, the contact form says the message has been sent, but nothing is received. In the back office I can see the message listed under the bell icon in the top right hand corner but in the Advanced Parameters > Email window no message is listed. I have another Prestashop site and that works OK but it was an update to the latest version and not a clean installation. This new site is a clean installation of 1.7.5.0

Hi I've been having problems with emails being received from the contact form page of prestashop so as a test I've created a brand new installation of Prestashop 1.7.4.4, added nothing to the installation and then I've completed the contact form. I get the message: Your message has been successfully sent to our team. However no email is being received and if I login to the back office and select Advanced Parameters > Email there is no listing of the completed form, a listing normally appears when the form is completed. Though under the bell symbol on the top right hand sign of the back office under Messages a new message is listed. I've performed this installation online and offline on my local machine, it's not working on either platform. However if I perform an installation of Prestashop 1.7.2.2 the form works correctly, emails are sent AND received, plus the emails are listed under Advanced Parameters > Email Is this a known problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi My client wants to sell calendars on his website, the purchaser can specify address details etc which will be overprinted onto a generic pre-printed calendar but they can also add 1 photograph to the order. Can any one help me with the best way to be able to upload a photograph with a customers order? Thanks

Hi Not sure if this is a template or Prestashop issue, but I've added a 50% OFF Sales Catalog Price Rule, whilst the price is displaying correctly, the Sales Percentage is displaying incorrectly, I've included a screen grab.

Hi I'm having the same issue, currently setting up a new shop and I have it in maintenance mode and rather surprisingly I've just received 2 orders!!??* I've asked a few colleagues in different locations to see if they can see the site, some can some can't, also if I view the site in Safari the site is in maintenance mode but in Firefox the site is visible. I'm using 1.6.0.14. Was there ever an answer for this.

Are you being sarcastic or was there an actual fix because I've had the same problem once I upgraded to 1.6.0.14, going back to 1.6.0.11 resolved the issue but ideally I would like the latest software installed?

Hi I've rolled back my site to 1.6.0.11 and the manufacturer page is now working OK. It would seem there may be a problem with the upgrade.

Hi I've just updated to 1.6.0.14 and now when I select any of the manufacturers page it displays: "No products for this manufacturer." This is definitely not the case and I'm certain this was not a issue before I upgraded. Is this something that has already been reported?

Hi I've now created a brand new clean installation of Prestashop 1.6.0.11 and surprisingly the problem with the login/logout is still happening. Could this be a problem with the hosting, its not cheap hosting but they don't have a lot of experience with Prestashop, is there something they need to allow to make this work? They tell me that they fulfil your basic hosting requirements but there must be something else. I've also done a clean installation of Prestashop on my local machine and that works Ok Moving the hosting would be a bit of a hassle as I have a package with them where I run several other non Prestashop sites.

I have an intermittent problem with the shopping cart, after adding several products to the cart if you decide to remove one of the lines, when you select the removal bin the product can't be removed, sometimes not always. The only way to clear it is to clear the browsers memory. To add to this whilst the product can't be removed from the cart page, it can be removed by selecting the bin from the drop down cart menu at the top of the page.

Hi, thanks for responding. I've changed the theme to the Prestashop default theme and the problem is still there. Searching through these forums I see this is a recurring problem with lots of different solutions, I've tried many of them but nothing seems to work. Not sure where to go with this, would I be correct by changing the theme it points to a Prestashop issue rather than a theme problem?

Hi I've upgraded to 1.6.0.11 and all seems to be working OK other than I now have a problem with the sites login and logout. Login works Ok but when I select Logout nothing seems to happen only on a page refresh does the page display the user as being logged out. I'm using a purchased template but the developer is telling me its a Prestashop issue rather than template. This is extremely frustrating as its the last issue before my site can go live.

Any news on the stable release of 1.6.0.10? My client is suggesting I rebuild his shop on a different platform, with the amount of time and money spent developing his site on Prestashop this is not an option I want to visit.

Spent months creating this Prestashop site, (my first) and now when its due to go live, find the VAT doesn't calculate correctly. I know a fix is on the way, still in beta but I don't want to start a new site with other potential flaws. Fortunately I was able to reinstate the old shop but all involved, very disappointed.

Hi I've sort of got this to work, I've gone to Customers : Groups and changed Price display method to Tax Included. The order, invoice and payment are all the same but the invoice now shows VAT at 40%. Is there a settings that I've missed? Any help would be very appreciated.

Hi I'm just about to take a site live and have now found a problem when making a payment. Having created an order the total on the shop is correct with the correct tax amount: £7.56 x 20% £1.51. Having made the payment and then return to the shop there is a payment error saying the total paid and the order total don't match. As the attachment shows the tax has been reduced to £1.26 showing a difference of 0.25p. Any ideas why this is happening, thanks.

I'm currently working on a shop for a client and he has asked if it is possible to add the following search facility. There are about 500 clamp products similar to Jubilee clips, each clamp can cover a range of sizes, each clamp will have a minimum diameter (for example 5mm) to a maximum diameter (for example 7mm), when a user requests for example a diameter of 6mm he wants all the clamps returned that can fit the requested size. Is this possible? I've already added a min diameter and max diameter feature to the Layered Navigation Block but my client wants this extra feature. I hope that makes sense, any help would be appreciated.

Hi Thanks for your response, found the problem, browser was still looking for the home page within an /en/ and /gb/ folder. I thought I'd tried this but its working now.

I'm a complete new bee and have managed to get Prestashop installed Ok on my local machine, however I have one problem which I don't seem to be able to find a solution, I only want the shop to show UK, at the moment after installation it shows UK and USA, I've made the UK the default language and then disabled the USA under Localization > Languages but all this does is then return a page 404 until I turn the USA back on. Is this possible? Thanks
