    I need an experience Prestashop developer with good experience in Database administration to help me resolve the problem with my site. I bought a template (uhu-bootstrap) and installed it to my existing website. I accessed it from the frontend, the alignment was out of synch; I decided to delete the old template to make it easier for me but ended up with a blank page. I contacted the developer they were able to install the theme for me but when I try to update any information on the theme using the UHU Theme Configurator module, I get a blank page and the information doesn't get updated. I also see this error message when I tried to configure the UHU Theme Configurator module "The requested URL /upload/uhu0125/1.2.0/update.txt was not found on this server. Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS) Server at www.uhupage.com Port 80" I'm sure an experience prestashop developer would know what to do. It is certainly a database problem which was caused by the deletion of the old theme. The deletion of the old theme was done through the Cpanel; I believe this would give you more information about the cause of the problem. I informed the developer, they asked me to set up a demo site on thesame domain to see if it would work. I did that and it worked but my live site still has the problem. The developer suggested that I replace the live site with the demo but I'm not sure how to go about that because the demo site in on www.mysite/test. I tried to upgrade it from 1.6.0.8 to 1.6.0.9 to see if the problem would resolve but the upgrade didn't go through. See attached the error message I got. If you think you know how to resolve please apply for the job; I want it done as soon as possible. Thanks Beshel

    I'm having a very serious issue with my prestashop. I bought a template (uhu-bootstrap) and installed it to my existing website. I have been struggling for the past 2 days to figure out why I can't get the template to work. I don't know if any of you have come across a similar problem before and how did you resolve it.     For the past 4 days now, I have been unable to login to the back office of my website. The administrator url opens up as usual without any problem then when I type in the login details, it doesn't let me in and I don't get any error message. I thought someone had hacked my website so I tried to reset my password and my other admin colleague password but I still couldn't login with the new password. I have done a search here on the forum to find out if any user had come across similar problem and I found a few posts here but none of them had their issues resolved. This is very scary, this might be some kind of bug sweeping across prestashop. I would be glad if anyone can come to my rescue; I'm using prestashop 1.6 Many thanks

    Yes, I am trying everything to see how I can solve the problem. I'm almost about to give up on prestashop, I have spent several days making very little progress

    I have just done that but I just have numbers 1 2 3 4 5 at the bottom of an image on the frontpage.

    Prestashop definitely looks like the real deal but the challenges of setting it up is driving me crazy. My image slide show on the front shop is no longer working, I have tried everything to figure out the problem without success, I'm sure this is not a big problem but I need some help here. The image slider was working perfectly even when I started adding my products but when I decided the sample products that came with the prestashop installation, the slider stopped working.
