Changed those values and still no luck in upgrading to PS 1.6.1.11 I am EXTREMELY fed up with PRESTASHOP! I can't even use my back office to make changes with Chrome right now until I upgrade and I can't upgrade!!!!!! TOTAL BS!

Having the issue with PS 1.6.1.4 and Chrome 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit). Not happy. I don't want to update the PS version yet as I need functionality and I've had problems with custom modules in the past when I update. Again, Not Happy.

NOBODY cares. Similar issues here. Problems with this from other users since 2012 and FIVE years later, there's still no fix. Great.

ANY RESOLUTION??? Since 2012, it seems that this has been a problem with the PP USA module. I can't get PP Standard or Express to work with voucher codes (values mismatch!) - WHY is nobody fixing this problem??? I'm on the latest PP USA module version and the latest PS version. Totally screwed. I need to investigate other e-commerce platforms besides Prestashop.

SAME problem here. Nobody seems to have fixed this, even after years of complaints. Maybe it's time for me to finally be done with Prestashop.

So, YEARS later, there's STILL no solution to this problem with the Paypal USA module??? I too have the same problem of not being able to use a voucher with PP Standard or Express - it won't send the customer to Paypal and only gives them an error message. I AM LOSING BUSINESS AND MONEY! I am SO ready to completely ditch Prestashop. Has anyone resolved this issue yet? I even paid more money to Paypal for Advanced Payments and there's MORE issues with the module there! This is so completely ridiculous!

I can't believe that this module STILL has so many problems after several years of existence!!! I seriously need to just ditch Prestashop I think. Thank you for the OP - I followed the PDF instructions and I followed surferboy's original set of instructions and I STILL have the same problem of not seeing Paypal as a payment option in checkout with PP Advanced Payments. WHY is there such terrible documentation with this module - there are so many people who have problems with it!

This is ridiculous. It's 2017 now and I am having the same problems. WHY is this module so difficult to setup and why is there no clear documentation on how to do so? I started with one problem using vouchers with PP Standard and Express - so i PAID MORE MONEY to Paypal to setup a Paypal Advanced Payments account - and now I STILL can't process payments on my site with Paypal. This module appears to ONLY work well on Standard or Express when you have no vouchers in use or other complexities. WHY has nobody addressed this? I've followed detailed explanations on how to "fix" the issue but still can't get it working. I can't even get to the point of seeing PP as a payment option at checkout!

Any updates on these issues? I started with the PP USA module and got completely stuck with the voucher problem using Standard or Express. I chose to setup a PP Advanced Payments account to bypass this issue. Well, now I don't have the PP payment option in my checkout! Argh. I followed all the steps of surferboy earlier in this thread and there's no change whatsoever. I can see my Pay By Check and Pay by Wire options but PP doesn't show up at all. Latest version of PS and latest version of the PP USA module. Any new news or tips regarding setup of PP Advanced or with the first issue I had where you can't use vouchers and PP Standard or Express?

FINALLY got this integration of PS 1.5.5 and Stamps.com to work after 13 hours of fiddling! I created the 32 character key within PS's webservice section and used that same key for BOTH fields in the ShippingZsetting.php file (the Token AND API Key). I also used the SAME 32 character key in the Stamps.com webstore data source setup. One key note - once all of these are the same - then MAKE SURE you go and save the Enable Web Services button in PS and ensure that you go to the SEO and URLs section and Save there to regenerate the htaccess file. I don't know enough about all of this to understand WHY it worked - I just know that it did. I can now see orders from my PS site automatically come up in the Stamps.com software. ** I haven't seen the tracking number come back through to update in PS yet though. That's my next project I guess... I could use some help if anyone has any ideas.

Stuck exactly where you guys are I think. Super-noob to Prestashop and eCommerce and Stamps.com - need to make something work asap for printing shipping labels as automated as possible for USPS. Spent all day on this and I'm noticing that Prestashop 1.5.5 is requiring a 32 digit key but I read here and in some of the setup help text in the Stamps.com install package that I should generate a 31 digit Token... Does this mean anything to anyone out there? If any of you have figured out why the Stamps.com integration isn't functioning properly in 1.5.5 and have a fix for it, PLEASE update this thread with the information. I had to literally spell P-R-E-S-T-A-S-H-O-P to the last Stamps.com technical support rep after he asked me to spell it for him, so ANY help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
