  3. OK, I now realize that because I'm using a theme (Alysum theme) that I needed to find the file by the same name within the theme folder here => themes/alysum_2.0/mails/en/password_query.html Here I was able to make the edits I needed in both the body and footer of the Password Reset email. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction!
  4. Thank you and yes I located these two files: password_query.html and password_query.txt They both seem to address the text in the body of the email but not in the footer of the email. Do you know where I can locate the file(s) that will allow me to change the info in the footer? Or is this done somewhere in the admin area of the back office?
  5. When a customer forgets his password an email is sent to reset the password. How can I edit the text message in the body of the email? Example instead of the message saying: "Hi" I would like to say:"Welcome to Password Reset". And can I change font styles?
  6. Currently when a customer can't remember their password, an email to reset the password is sent. In the footer of the email there is default information that i want to edit to show our information?
  7. Can anybody help me with this please? Is what I am asking to be done even possible?
  8. In step one of the checkout process sales tax is listed, but in step 5 of the checkout, which is the "Choose Your Payment Method" window, it does not list the sales tax as a separate line item, it just adds it into the total. I need the sales tax to be listed here. Is this possible?
  9. Thank you Dave!!! All is looking good as it should. Gratefully, Kyle
  10. This could be a data base issue. When you moved your site to a different URL, the URL of the images also changed. Maybe when the site was moved this was overlooked.
  11. The cost of my product is including sales tax. I don't want sales tax to be added until the final total. How can I correct this?
  12. Wow. This is a good example of me not being able to see the forest from the trees. Thank you for catching that. I want the tax to show in the cart, but not be added to the retail price until the final total. How can this be corrected
  13. I have my sales tax rule for US - CA set to 8.00% but it is calculating at 7.4%. There are not even any other US States set to 7.4% for this to get confused with. Currently I have only have the 4 dresses in the Womens => Dresses product category set up for sales tax. Could somebody please help me figure out how to correct this?
  14. By the way, the store url is http://store.peachesenregalia.com/ I'm not exactly sure where to go to define tax settings for customer group, so I tried my best guess by going to: Customers Groups EditI changed the Price Display Method from tax excluded to tax included. I'm still not getting the sales tax to show in the shopping cart.
