andi_prestashop

Hi, Im running prestashop 1.5.6 and having problem with customer service module I can send message out from prestashop to my email, but when i reply the mail it doesnt go into prestashop customer service module Im not sure how to configure it but when i click sync, it show success (screenshot attached in this message) Please help Thanks
