Malgré ce message d'erreur, les mails automatique s'envoie normalement. Du coup, j'ai du mal à tout comprendre MAIS ca refonctionne.

[Prestashop 1.7.8.2] [Theme Prestacrea] Bonjour, Je me retrouve avec un probleme similaire. Je viens de transferer mon site sur infomaniak en offre cloud. Honnetement tout fonctionne tres bien et le site est plus rapide qu'avant. Sauf qu'il n'y a plus aucun mail automatique qui s'envoie. Apres avoir fait des tests dans tous les sens, cherchez sur google et autre. J'arrive à la fin des ressources que j'ai. @Mediacom87 Savez vous où sont stocké les parametres d'envoie en SMTP, je voudrais les rentrer directement au lieu de le faire par l'interface. C'est la derniere piste que j'ai. Je n'ai pas encore contacté le support, parce que j'attends a la meme reponse que Kenzo-digital. Sauf que la solution qui a été donné ne fonctionne pas pour moi.

Pour ceux qui aurait un jour le même probleme sans trouver de solution. J'ai modifié directement les zones des pays dans la base de donnée. La table pour les ID de chaque zone : _zone La table pour changer les zone des pays : _country En faisant ca, tout est rentré dans l'ordre. On a eu une commande juste apres d'un pays, tout fonctionne. Par contre je ne sais touours pas d'où vient ce probleme.

Prestashop 1.7.8.2 Hebergeur : 02Switch PHP : 7.4 Version de MySQL : 10.5.17-MariaDB Theme : Prestacrea Je rencontre un soucis, j'ai créé des nouvelles zones géographiques pour mieux gérer mes prix d'expédition. Sauf que lorsque je veux changer la zone d'un pays (peu importe lequel d'ailleurs) j'ai ce message d'erreur. J'ai tenté differentes solutions qui se sont avérées ineficace. Auriez vous une idée ? Sachant que le parametrage du/des pays, je n'ai absolument rien changé avec avant. Bonjour Djmatt62, Merci pour votre reponse, ca m'a permis de comprendre que le probleme venait du theme. Je suis retourné voir le theme et une mise à jour etait dispo. En la faisant, ca resout le probleme. Le bouton est de nouveau cliquable et le paiement s'effectue. Je vais continuer mes tests. Merci beaucoup de votre aide !

Bonjour à tous. Je pense etre dans la bonne categorie, mais je suis pas sur. Si ce n'est pas la cas, merci à un modo de le deplacer dans la bonne categorie. Alors, j'ai voulu tester la nouvelle version de la 1.7.8 et son lot de bug qui va avec. Bien-sur j'ai cloné ma boutique, je suis dans un environnement de test. (Je viens de la 1.7.6.5) Globalement tout s'est bien passé et ca a l'air de fonctionner. En back office, j'ai testé plusieurs choses que je fais d'habitude et ca fonctionne. Je veux tester la partie utilisateur maintenant. Je mets un objet dans mon panier et je veux aller au bout de la commande. Quand j'arrive sur le moyen de paiement. Le bouton pour payer n'est pas 'cliquable'. J'ai passé ma boutique en debug mode pour voir l'erreur (en fin de message). J'ai testé avec une version de php 7.4 comme preconisé. Ca n'a rien changé. Est ce que ca pourrait venir du theme ? Je suis avec le theme de Prestacrea Universal que je n'ai pas mis à jour pour l'occasion... Pensez vous à autre chose ? Merci à tous. Bonjour, J'ai installé le module, configuré la clé et les autres paramètres du modules, mais ça n'a pas l'air de fonctionner. Je n'ai aucune commande qui apparaît dans l'onglet de suivi Commande/Lapostesuivi Quand je vais voir mes logs sur La poste developer, il y a bien des requêtes mais apparemment toutes sont en statut HTTP 4xx, je ne sais pas à quoi ca correspond. Autre question peut etre plus debile, j'ai activé le mode debug, mais ou je trouve les informations / log du dit mode debug ? (mes taches cron s'execute parfaitement, ca ne vient pas de ce coté là, enfin je crois) Est ce que ca pourrait venir de l'url de suivi qui est configuré dans les transporteur ? Vous pouvez peut etre mettre le code sur github pour qu'il puisse continuer de vivre et avoir des fork ? C'est toujours sympa de se dire que le module n'a pas été coder juste pour un temps limité mais continue d'exister ?!

Désolé de faire remonter le topic, c'etait simplement pour vous remercier ! Je suis en 1.7.6.5 et ca fonctionne parfaitement bien. Le module n’apparaît pas dans les moyens de paiement mais il y est bien configuré. Dans les modules il est avec les Autres. Encore Merci !
