presta is working but it is not showing the taxes to the clients and this means I'm not collecting taxes. I have set up the taxes, tax rules, country, state but still doesn't work

Any Ideas on this error message? A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report: PayPal response: L_ERRORCODE0 -> 81002 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Unspecified Method L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Method Specified is not Supported L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

When I set this up I ended up calling the USPS because the system would not recognize the connection and the USPS people switched it from there side and it worked then all it is they have to switch it to live and not test

Have an issue that when pay pal was installed it worked and today it is still installed but not letting customers check out it states that no payment module is installed

I installed pay pal to my presta shop a month ago and it worked fine I was working on the presta and making some minor changes today and attempted to run the pay pal again today to make sure it was working and it is not on the final page it states that there is not a payment module installed I have verified that pay pal is installed at current time no one can check out of my store any ideas?
