Found it.. module "VAT number" was disabled after upgrade

Problem solved, it was from our site hoster OVH (we really dont recommand it)

Finalement ça se trouvait dans les fichiers d'un module spécifique (Assistant attribut pro) avec une syntaxe étrange. mais c'est bon maintenant
