from install.txt that come with theme. So make sure you copied blackwhite folder from themes folder in zip file to your root folder/themes so path would be ex. ../prestashop/themes/DEMO

you can define there own css code for GLOBAL css styles in /themes/blackhawk1.2/css/global.css location
