  1. I'm in UK and I am trying to convert a cart into an order for a customer in Australia, because she was not getting an option when she tries to check out from her cart. I have set up a carrier which allows shipping to Australia and gives all the appropriate settings in 'Rest of the World', which has been enabled. However they are not coming up for her, so I'm trying to create an order from the cart. But when I do that it just says 'No carrier can be applied to this order.' A far as I can see I have everything enabled and a carrier option which I have asked her to use, but I can't see why it won't allow my carrier to be used for this order. Does anyone have any ideas please?
  2. Trying to add a new products and all of a sudden I can't upload any of my images because they are too big. Never had the problem before, but now it's saying that images must be smaller than 2 MB. Does anyone else have the same issue?
  3. Is there a send to a friend email module available for Prestashop 1.7.6.8. please? I can't find one!
  4. See that's the problem. Where is this developer dashboard? I haven't a clue.
  5. I've down loaded the correct module to my MacBook. I've registered an account with Klarna, but have not idea what to upload to my prestashop from the unzipped downloaded folder. Can anyone help please? Editing OK. I've now managed to upload the module but I have no idea what the API username and password are so how do I find out in order to configure it?
  6. Customer has paid with stripe and inadvertently made the order twice and paid for it twice. What is the correct way to cancel the order and issie a refund from Stripe?
  7. Version 1.7.6.8 I have a search box but searching does not find everything it should. It used to work fine but now sometimes does not come up with anything, even if I KNOW there are products there, and sometimes it doesn't come up with all options. Can anyone throw any light on this please?
  8. I need to edit the email address in my contact form, but I can't find the form to edit! v1.7.6.8 Can anyone point me in the right direction. The 'contact form' module doesn't do anything other than offer me an option to send and receive emails. There's no form there to edit.
  9. I have no idea what all this means! I have temporarily solved the current issue by making a new product and disabling the old one. I just want to know if it's possible to make a product available to a specific group only, and how to do or change that.
  10. I think this may possibly be group related, so firstly can products be added available to a specific group only, and how can this be changed? If not can anyone explain why a specific product cannot be added to a cart when other items can? When logged in as a customer, and I click the add to cart button, nothing happens. The item is not added to the cart. Version 1.7.6.8
  11. I managed to block the original email address somehow, (I think by finding the IP addresses used) but now I'm getting them from [email protected] every day again. ReCaptcha doesn't block them. I've even added eric and ericjones to word blocklist. Does anyone by any chance have an IP address for these? I think that's how I stopped them before. TIA
  12. Is it possible to change the shop email address, and if so, how do I do it?
  13. I'm already on version 1.7.6.8 . I updated fairly recently and it was a huge job. I don't want to do yet another upgrade
