What do i do? Please help me

Hello Old Prestashop users, i am new to prestashop and i want to spice up my shop so it would be attractive..But i find it difficult to add features like shipping logos at the right column,specials,best sellers etc. Please,i will be very grateful if anyone could be of help NB:its prestashop 1.3 Thank you
