Glad to help, you're welcome! Im a dummy, but had the same problem. So after upgrade, no theme is selected by default. You have to go to preferences>themes and select a theme. Could be marked as 'SOLVED'.

In the BO>settings>themes is any theme selected?

Just change 'PREFIX' with the prefix of your tables (may be 'ps')
