Hopefully someone can help my with this issue. My website is working correctly, but since yesterday sometime when you access it shows error 500. Then if you wait one minute or less it works again. Hi, I am having the same problem. Is there anyway to re-install prestashop without losing any of the information or having to upload everything again? (images, texts, productos, etc...) I know I can export some of the data, but not all my configuration and design! Thanks

Hola necesito ayuda, El día de hoy cambie mi página web de hosting por ya no tenerlo en un hosting compartido. El problema es que, aunque la página web parece funcionar correctamente, hay varias partes del back office que me marcan error 500 al intentar acceder como son todas las opciones de "Parámetros Avanzados", Módulos y Configuración de tienda. Otras opciones como "Pedidos", "Carros de compra", Theme, etc... si funcionan correctamente. Ya he modificado el archivo PHP.INI para que los stats sean los recomendados o incluso mayores a los que pide prestashop. Hello, did you managed to solve this, I am having the same issue. My theme is suppose to be 1270 px widht but the banner is made for the basic theme whish is 1170 px. Because of this I have a black background color behind my image which is annoying. Do you know how to solve this? I have already changed the blockbanner.css but nothing. I managed to change the dimension on the devtool but I do not know where to apply this changes. Help please. Hello, I need some help with my prestashop. Seem to be something simple but I do not know how to fix it. The thing is that, after adding my products to the cart, prestashop is not calculating properly the total amount, and normally there is a difference of 1 peso above or below. Obviously this is only happening when you have 2 or more products on the cart. Please see the image attached, I have 3 products with the prices as listed: 6,000 2,354 1,708 ________ TOTAL 10,062 But prestashop is showing $10,061!!!! Help please
