Thank you very much! I thought I have to set up new zones but wasn't entirely sure.

I want to set different shipping costs for countries in Europe. We are based in the UK but have loads of customers from overseas asking for shipping to their countries. I have imported the localization packs for the different countries but can't find how to set the different shipping costs to these countries? Anyone have any ideas? Do I need to set up a different localization for each country? I have searched for hours and am getting slightly frustrated :-(
