  1. Hi, Yes I am based in Australia too. Is this going to be a problem for me with the new paypal update? Thanks Anne
  2. I have not tried it yet. But paypal has removed SSL3.0 from sandbox. This means TLS can be tested now to ensure any changes you make work correctly
  3. SSL 3.0 has already been disabled on the PayPal Sandbox, so it can be tested now
  4. Ok. Great thanks for your help! I will try it and let you know if it works for me. Cheers Anne
  5. Thanks for your replies. If prestashop do not reply to email I might try to call them. Cheers Anne
  6. PayPal Merchant Technical Services merchant centre contacted me today. They said there is a Poodle vulnerability issue so are cancelling SSL3.0 and changing to TLS on dec 3rd. They said I need to contact my ecommerce platform providers to ensure there is no problem. Is there anything which needs changing or adapting before this happens?
  7. Thanks for your quick reply. The theme used is biosany responsive. I will contact them for help. Thanks Anne
  8. Hi, There is no Zip/Postal code field when new customers register on my shop. It is needed, so they get this error message when they try to register "The Zip/Postal code you've entered is invalid. It must follow this format: 0000." I have enabled zip/postal code in the back office. Customers can register if items are already in their shopping cart. In OPC the zip code is present for new customers and they can register. The problem is for new customers who click on the "My Account" link. Then the zip code field is missing and they cannot register. I am using prestashop 1.5.4.1. My website is seductresshairextensions.com.au Thanks in advance, Anne

  10. I just solved it. I just selected "One Page Checkout" for Order Process Type. It is in the Back Office > Preferences > Orders. It is now working
  11. Hi, I am having problems with express checkout. Customers cannot buy items in express checkout. There is no Data Privacy Checkbox for them to tick so when they click the Continue button they get an error message. Error: "Must agree to terms in data privacy message by clicking checkbox." It is PrestaShop 1.5.4.1 My site is seductresshairextensions.com/prestashop Does any one know what I can do to fix this issue? Spent ages on building my site but now customers cannot buy anything? Driving me nuts! Thanks in advance, Anne
