Hello, We are a little Company, though we do lots of different things. We are installing the version 1.5.3.1 of Prestashop and we have few doubts regarding the invoicing and the warehouse management. We have online and offline stores and we sell both Italian and Spanish products (different products). We believe the right way is to open two stores - one that sells Italian products and the other one Spanish products - both managed with the same back office. We have the following questions: 1- can we keep the same invoice numbering for both stores? 2- we sell products in Europe but also outside Europe (without VAT) - and we'd like to keep two different series, one for Europe (for both stores) and one for outside Europe. Do you know if that is feasible and how to do it? 3- regarding the warehouse management, how do we need to consider the offline store? How can we diminish the warehouse when something is sold? It's not clear to us whether we have to open the offline store as a warehouse or as a proper store. Many thanks.

Salve, Siamo un piccola impresa, anche se ci occupiamo di molte cose diverse. Stiamo installando la versione di Prestashop 1.5.3.1 e abbiamo un dubbio riguardo alla fatturazione e alla gestione del magazzino. Abbiamo sia negozi online che offline e vendiamo prodotti in italiano e in spagnolo (prodotti differenti). Pensiamo che il modo più corretto sia di aprire due negozi, uno che vende prodotti in italiano e l'altro prodotti in spagnolo, entrambi gestiti con lo stesso back office. Le nostre domande sono: - Possiamo tenere la stessa numerazione delle fatture per entrambi i negozi? - Vendiamo i nostri prodotti in Europa, ma facciamo anche vendite extracomunitarie (senza IVA) e ci interesserebbe tenere due serie distinte, una per l'Europa (per entrambi i negozi) e una per le vendite extracomunitarie. Sapete se e come si può fare? - riguardo alla gestione del magazzino, come si deve considerare il negozio offline? Come si fa ridurre il magazzino nel momento in cui c'è una vendita? Non abbiamo ben chiaro se il negozio fisico debba funzionare come una sorta di magazzino o se possa essere un vero e proprio negozio. Grazie mille.

Hola, Somos una empresa pequeñita aunque hacemos muchas cosas distintas. Estamos instalando la versión de prestashop 1.5.3.1. y tengo dudas acerca de la facturación y de la gestión del almacén. Tenemos tienda física y online y a su vez vendemos productos en italiano y en español (los productos son distintos). Creo que la forma correcta será abrir dos tiendas, una con los productos italianos y otra con los españoles, ambas gestionadas desde el mismo back office. Las preguntas son las siguientes: 1. ¿Podemos mantener la misma numeración de facturas para las dos tiendas? 2. Después, vendemos a la UE, pero también hacemos ventas extracomunitarias (sin IVA). Y me interesaría distinguir entre unas y otras teniendo dos series distintas. Una para las de la UE (de ambas tiendas) y otra para las extracomunitarias. ¿Sabéis si esto es posible? ¿Cómo? 3. En cuanto a la gestión del almacén, ¿la tienda física cómo se la considera? ¿Cómo se disminuye el almacén de la tienda física en el momento en que hay una venta? No tengo claro si la tienda física debe crearse como un almacén o como una tienda. Muchas gracias.
