If you are on shared hosting you'll have to include your hosting username as a prefix for the DB name and DB username.. ie; Database name: hostingusername_dbname Login: hostingusername_dbuser Password: dbpassword (no prefix required) The prefix will usually be the same as the username for Cpanel. I had the error "the field name (English (English)) is invalid" and found it was because I had used the character # in the name. Getting rid of the character fixed the problem. Hope that helps, Violet
