    Hello, There is any possibility modify prestashop under Catalog> Monitoring to select all the products and then to delete them at once?

    So, is the that short description? I was thinking that is the full description when I click on the product. I've seen something on Preferences -> Products about "maximum size of the short description" which is set to 500. If i change that, there is no change. Right now i put it on 300, and nothing. Same thing if i put it to 700 or more.

    Yes, shopintimo.es - go to a product, for example here: http://shopintimo.es/durex/dispensador-durex-pleasurefruits-45-cajas-4-uds.html description stops on "Fabricad" - but has to be: "Fabricado en (country) - (finishing the line)

    I've just replaced files under : /classes/ - (all .php files) /classes/controller override/controllers/front /controllers/front with the original files from the install package, and just works!

    Hello, I'm getting some error when I try to access my PS website: Fatal error: Class 'Tools' not found in /home/cipriann/shopintimo.es/classes/shop/Shop.php on line 302 Also in /admin shows me the same error. I opened shop.php at line 302 and I got this: if (!($id_shop = Tools::getValue('id_shop')) || defined('_PS_ADMIN_DIR_')) What to do? Website name: shopintimo.es

    damn, now I look like a stupid. I use 1.5.4.1, so that's the reason. I didn't look that :| Still there is any option to do that work?

    SOLVED. I had to change my MX entries with the google MX (need to register and use google imap&smtp settings - something like... linking my domain with google), after this, i had to ask my hosting provider to open ports: 993, 465, 587 and voilà! everything works perfect! Please mark this topic as SOLVED, thanks.

    As you see in the pictures, I use the same email from my store I think its a shared, but I have my OWN IP (paid IP/month). PS: I can add account to someone in my store, to check my issue if needed.

    Something goes wrong. I cannot send mails from PrestaShop to Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc. (big providers) I did a check on multiple RBL lists, here are the results: 1st screen: 2nd screen: Seems to be all OK, my IP/domain isn't listed. So, I still think that something is wrong.

    Hello, I’ve tried all kind of settings but email still goes in spam folder. Also I’ve tried to configure my Prestashop server, and trough cPanel but still doesn’t work. Here I let you some print screen to see what is all about. PS: By opening this new thread/topic I am asking some help, please! In last 3 days I’ve read more than 20 threads about this issue, but… no solution. I still believe that in this forum is some Prestashop specialist and he/she can help me with this problem, THANKS! 1st: Using Prestashop to send mails with mail function (php): 2nd: Using Prestashop to send mails with SMTP settings (loggin with user&pass of the info@ account): 3rd: cPanel emal account is there (just in “case”): 4th: SPF & DomainKey active: And the last photo with emails in junk/spam folder: ALL OF THEM

    He intentado con SMTP y estandar. Pero con las dos cosas me llegan en la carpeta SPAM. Que puedo hacer?

    Hola, Utilizo Prestashop 1.5.4 y cuando alguien hace algun pedido, los correos de confirmacion llegan en la carpeta SPAM. Que puedo hacer para que me lleguen en INBOX? Gracias
