I've restored back to 1.6.1.24. I'm attempting to upgrade to 1.7 this week. Hopefully that will fix the problem.

I do not know. I tried to upgrade to 1.7, but it kept failing, so I reverted back to version 1.6.1.24. How do I determine if I am using an incompatible module? Thanks for your help.

The search box is generating an error 500. Clearing carts fixed the problem. Many thanks. Weird how that worked.

So I updated to v 1.6.1.22 and that fixed the problem. So I’ll update to 1.7 and see what happens with the modules links in the back office.

When I updated to v 1.7, when I click on the modules link in the back office i get an error, so I restored back to v 1.6.1.21. Should I just delete that line, or, if you know how to fix the modules link in version 1.7 I could upgrade to that version . Many thanks.

Hi there, I am getting error 500 when clicking on any category in my front office after upgrading to version 1.6.1.21 from previous version. www.florasource.flowers Using version 1.6.1.21 I have a little experience using file manager, but thats about it.

HELP!!!!! I upgraded to 1.6.5 (i think) and i can no longer log in to my BO. My entire website has disappeared. www.florasourcedirect.com I keep getting an http error 500 I have tried to restore from a previous version within softaculous, but, it keeps timing out at 95%.

It seems to be working fine on all browsers except google chrome. Any suggestions?

Just select any product and qty, and checkout via cod or check. You can see how the cursor moves down instantly on the page...

Hi there, I have one page checkout enabled, with COD, Check and Simplify CC as my three payment methods. When I click checkout, the page loads and the cursor jumps down to where one would enter CC number. Then, the customer has to manually scroll all the way to the top in order to review the order. Obviously this issue goes away when I change to 5 step checkout. Any help is appreciated.

When attempting to select the other two options, it just reverts back to the default. This is happening across the board with all products and all attributes. I'm using the most recent version of prestashop.
