How do you prevent this from happening? It happens both on a 1.5.2 restoration or upgrade to from that version to 1.6.1. Default theme.

I just bulk disabled all shipping options and disabled catalog mode...........for anyone else in the future that has the same problem.

I'm going on vacation and have enabled catalog mode but would like customers to still be able to see prices. Is there any easy way to do this? Thanks.

Beware if you use Stripe credit card processing. They offer you no protection as a retailer should anyone want to scam your store and take your hard-earned money. If you have a dispute on a charge they do nothing in way of representation on your behalf. The thing is the the credit card company won't deal with you directly unless you have a merchant account number and will only deal with Stripe, which as stated leave you SOL. Merchant beware. I'm thinking of doing PayPal only from here on out.

I suppose there's no way to get back all those genuine, sincere, highly important comments my customers have left is there?

I like to fold my invoices as they're printed and would like the customer order comments to show up below the invoice number (or besides the billing\shipping address) instead of at the bottom of the invoice. BTW guys, if you open your invoice with Word you can test your changes before you upload them back to your PS install. Here's my modified invoice.tpl with the Order Notes moved to below the address. I also lightened the background border and changed the text color to black in order to save on ink. invoice.txt

I get this damn bug any time I have to take an order from a customer over the phone from a different country. I have to log out as that customer and I think reselect English as my localization and maybe force template recompile.........I'm not sure, but there's a magical process that I'll make note of next time it happens, but I mostly wildly click on crap in a mad rush to stop losing freaking orders for a whole damn day. I'd actually pay good money for this software if I could get guarantees it wouldn't blow up from the slightest sneeze.

How the heck can I apply a credit card payment over the phone AFTER the order has been created? I know how to manually create and order and then go to the 'process payment' screen but let's say I want to create the order and then go back in later, maybe make some changes, and then process the credit card info that was given over the phone? I'm using 1.5.2 Thanks.

I'm trying to save on ink and want to lighten the black bars for Product/Reference and Tax Detail. I'd be happy just using a white background and having regular black lettering. Can some [spam-filter] tell me what fields to change if it's that easy? Thanks.

When I look at my stats page and it says I grossed so much per period of time, does that include shipping or product sales only? Thanks.

I just received this email from a customer: "What's going on? You send me a welcome email, describe idenity safety, then PUBLISH MY PASSWORD IN THE CLEAR!" So is there any way to configure this? Thanks

Advanced stock management has left me going to fulfill an order and whatdya know, the stupid thing isn't decrementing for certain items even though I have all the proper settings set for the items. If you deep six the advanced stock management just like it's the red-headed stepsister of the USPS module and just manually do inventory for each item, will it still decrement when someone buys an item or do I have to manually update that inventory after each sale? Thanks.
