  1. Okay I now have orders showing up in the statistics. What I have found though is there is a problem with the amount of invoices the system is counting. Currently if I go to Back Office > Orders > Invoices In there it shows I have only 1 "order awaiting payment to clear" But if I go to Back Office > Orders > Orders There is 3 orders in the "order awaiting payment to clear". Does anyone else get wrong numbers in these two sections? Is there a way to update my stastics?
  2. Hi all, I have prestashop setup and its taking orders so far I have already have about 20 orders. However when I go to any of the following - 1) the stats page 2) Recently sold products 3) Any stats page It shows I have no orders??? I have changed the date ranges, set the cache to never etc but still nothing. I can see the order by going to Orders > Orders and I have a list of orders but cannot find them anywhere else. Any ideas?

  4. Hi all, I have enabled guest checkout and I want my customers to be able to purchase without logging in all the time as I am only selling very small items. Is the following possible - 1) On the page where the customer fills in there details even though guest registration is on it has at the top of the page both a login box and a registration box can these be removed or moved to the bottom of the page? 2) When a customer enters there personal details it is asking for a "Date of Birth" it is not required but I would like to remove it all together as I don't need this much information. If you could let me know it would appreciated! Thanks!
  5. Okay, I have seen this posted a few times but no one has confirmed or answered the question. I have Prestashop 1.5.2 installed, everytime I add a new product and it is added to the cart it shows "Free Shipping" when shipping should not be there. I have done the following - 1) Deleted all carriers and created my own one and it has a red cross for free shipping 2) Tried both selecting shipping by total weight and price 3) Deleted all products and re added Can some confirm if they have free shipping? And if this is a bug or not as a few people have mentioned it. I want to launch my shop ASAP but I can not use it with free shipping for every product!
  6. Is this a confirmed bug and if so is there a log of it somewhere? I have the same issue "Free Shipping" shows up no matter what I change? Thanks!
