Hello, I have recently been locked out of the BO of our site: http://www.londonvintagestore.com I have tried many fixes to the files via ftp as advised from the prestashop forums & help pages ,but none have resolved the issue. When I try to login the page is blank & the browser address bar displays; http://www.londonvintagestore.com/admin**/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=a421f75caef2b412d7c9544afaf0d0ab&redirect=AdminHome I have not seen this particular issue in the forums and hope that someone can help to resolve it.
