    I keep getting a 404 error whenever I try to click on the preferences > seo& urls tab. If I delete the file and reinstall, it appears for a second until I click any links. I can't add any metadata, please help! Prestashop v 1.5.0.17

    Solved it! You have to choose one of the combinations as the default combination. Then it will appear again!

    Hi I am using prestashop's new theme, but I want to change the footer (big darkgray box) to look like the footer from the old prestashop default theme. Can naybody help?

    Hi I know it can seem confusing at first with Invoices and Delivery Slips. Basically the delivery slip is an inventory of the items in the box. You use it to make sure everything that the customer ordered is in the box. You also pack it in the box so that the customer can check over everything. The invoice can be used for the same purpose, but the delivery slip is easier to read because it doesn't have all the prices on it. Also this is good if a customer is having the the package shipped to someone as a gift and they don't want them to know how much they paid.

    Hi, Well the about us page is listed under cms.php, but this will cause you to lose this module for the other cms pages such as terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc. If you are okay with that then just go ahead and exclude cms.php

    Hi, I ran into this same problem about a week ago, here is how to fix it. First make sure it is installed and enabled Then go to you back office and go to Modules> Positions and click transplant a module (located at the top.) Select the module and hook it to the top of page (i think). If it is put in a weird place go back to positions and move it up to the top of the order.

    Hi I am starting an online clothing store. I have it so that if customers want a color or style that is not offered on my website, they can call in and we can fill that order. How can I make it so that I can place the order on my site without the item being available to the general public? To clarify here is an example: A customer wants to order a shirt that is orange. We don't offer it in orange online because we don't keep them in stock due to low demand. Although if they call in requesting orange we will send it to them. How can I place such an order through my site so that the invoice is correct?
