I found solution, Localization , Localization menu I change default language to English, then activate Spanish, and then change default language to Spanish

I made installation in english, but because location is Ecuador now is in Spanish. That's ok, but in back office is also spanish, and when I tried to chage lengauge in My preferences, there was English and only Englisg but back ofice was in spain. After I tried to activate Spain in localization language options but i couldn't and system show message You cannot change the status of the default language. Strange because Spanish isn't active. After I activate France and in My preferences I changed to France and after back in English. Now I have back office in English but still can't activate Spanish language in localization language options
